I want my money refunded, the Rifle is no good. Please read the above problem detail. This Mr. Ron Van **** needs to do the right thing and take the Rifle back and refund my $*,***.** ... I was the high bidder on a Browning BAR Rifle, item ********** listed on GUMBROKER as LIKE NEW CONDITION. My bid was $*,***.**. I mailed a Wells Fargo cashier's check in the amount $*,***.** which included shipping, to Ron Van ****, RP Shooting Sports, **** Oak Leaf Street, Joliet, Illinois, *****. When I received the said Rifle it had a broke*damaged stock and scratches on the receiver. I called several times and sent several emails to Mr. **** (the seller) to let him know the gun was NO GOOD. I did not want the * day inspection period to elapse (* day rule) so I mailed the Rifle back to Mr. ****. I sent some emails thru GUNBROKER and Mr. Ron Van **** finally called me one time and wanted to know why I sent an email thru GB to him. He said that the gun was LIKE NEW when he shipped it to my FFL and that it was Damaged in Shipping and that it was my problem to contact the shipper for insurance coverage, not his problem. My FFL did not open the "bubble wrap" on the Rifle and I know that my FFL did not damage the Rifle. The scratches on the Receiver were old scratches and the stock had several small chips of wood missing. I tried several more times by both, phone and email to let him know I was shipping the Rifle back to him. I emailed him the shipping tracking number (never received communication from him). I was never able to contact him again. My USPS deliver person brought the Rifle to my house today (not to my FFL dealer). Mr. **** had refused the Rifle when it was delivered to Him and returned it to me. I emailed gunbroker with a picture of only one of the damage places on the Rifle. I need someone with GB to call me and to please help me with this problem seller. I want a refund of my $*,***.** and I want to send Mr. **** his no good Rifle back. I paid $*,***.** plus $**.** shipping, total of $*,***.** for a Browning BAR that was listed as LIKE NEW and when I received the Rifle it was not even close to being LIKE NEW. It had small chips of wood broke from the wood stock and had several scratches on the Metal Receiver part of the Rifle. Mr. Ron Van **** should take his NO GOOD Browning Rifle back and give me my money back. Neither GUNBROKER or I have the time and money to deal with problem people such as Mr. ****.
The Seller (Ron Van ****) must take his NO GOOD Rifle BACK and Refund my $*,***.** * $**.** shipping, total of $*,***.** I believe that GUNBROKER will do the RIGHT thing and make this seller do the Right thing by taking the No Good Rifle back and Refunding MY MONEY.
I have a POSITIVE FEEDBACK of A*(***) I believe that Gunbroker is an excellent Company.

The item number is ********** Browning BAR Rifle .*** listed by seller as "LIKE NEW CONDITION". When I received the Rifle the stock was BROKE and the RECEIVER had scratches on it.
