I placed an order for the Maria Yee Matsumoto Tansu ([redacted]) on August 10, [redacted], and received a confirmation email the same day. I have been trying to contact them via phone since then to inquire about the estimated delivery time as it states 2-day shipping. However, all listed phone numbers seem to be out of service. Today, on August 15, [redacted], I checked my credit card account to verify any pending charges related to the order, but there was no record of any transaction. I am now worried about the status of my order and whether it was indeed processed. I hope this is a legitimate purchase, as I am interested in the item. Thank you. It would be beneficial to speak with a live customer service representative for clarification.

I received the 'Snowboarding Santa Ornament' last week, but it arrived broken. I contacted Gump's customer service, and they assured me a replacement would be sent. However, I have yet to receive any updates or the replacement ornament. My attempts to reach them by phone have been unsuccessful. The ornament cost $25 plus tax and shipping. Communication with Customer Service was challenging, as English did not seem to be the representative's first language. Thank you, Mary K.

I purchased a Vaillancourt Santa on a Snowball ornament last week and paid $25 for expedited shipping. However, I have not received a confirmation email regarding my order. The charge has appeared on my card, but I am unable to track the package. I opted for fast shipping and am concerned about the lack of information. If the order does not arrive today, I will have to consider canceling it, although this might be a challenge without any details from your end.
