I ordered a flower arrangement (Blue Himalayan Poppies) on February **, **** and was notified that it was on backorder (order *W*******). By the time it was ****pped in April, I had changed my mind. I called to cancel my order when notified it was going to be ****pped but was told it was too late to cancel. When it was delivered, I immediately emailed to get a return label and sent the item back for a refund which I have never received. Thank you for help in this matter.
I trust that Gumps.com will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
