i want to know why my bill is at $***.** THIS MONTH we have call you * times since July to solve this problem and you did not do anything about it our bill keeps getting higher and higher every month last time you said as per Lee anna that she will take care of it i am so stress out about this bill for this month last year at this time we paid every $***.** each month can you please do something about it my husband and i live on our social security checks so we can not afford the payment that you give us for the electricity it's way too much to digest let me know what you can do and lower our bill we do not use the AC at night we shut it off around * pm and turn it back on at around * am just to save electricity so please give us a call or write back i will appreciate it very much thank you Mrs Louis Borek at ***-****. my account number is * **********. hope to hear from you soon.
