Your customer service team is rude *Really rude!!!!!!!*I feel discusseded in what type of customer service you guys give *I asked to speak to the manager and she put me on hold for ** mins and then said there is no manager *I asked to speak to the team leader was on hold for * mins there is no one *What kind of service do you guys give over the phone absolutely treat the customer like trash *This sarah girl just kept putting me on hold *I was being charged for the call *In total I was charged £** coz they kept me on the phone nearly an hour *I’m just soo shocked, can’t even speak English *Properly, kept talking over me *This guess contact company is soo rude *One girl I spoke to was called rukhsana and the other one Sarah they were so rude *It’s unbelievable that a company like GUESS treat there customers over the phone like trash
