I placed an order for delivery from Sushi Mon in Chicago around *:** and received an order confirmation right away letting me know it was received. I am currently still waiting for it to be delivered. Order was expected to be delivered within **-** minutes of receiving a confirmation email - it is now after *pm. **I placed my order using the GrubHub*Yelp app. Although the order confirmation was received through email, I noticed my order didn’t up on the dashboard of the GrubHub app. This is frustrating and I’ve received ZERO updates from GrubHub about the status of my order. I’ve called the restaurant three times asking about the status of the order and they claim it is on its way and will be contacting the driver. I’ve also tried to contact GrubHub through phone and chat but haven’t been able to get in touch with anyone - my wait time for chat was ** in the queue and expected wait time over the phone was more than ** minutes.**Please find a way to rectify this issue, and I’m asking for a full refund for tonight’s meal.
