Order ********-*********I received an email that my order was updated with an extra $* charge for brown rice, which I did not know was an extra charge, and only one of the two rice packs was brown, the other is white. But the email did not include an updated receipt. I need a correct email receipt. I tried four times to contact customer support by chat, each with excessive wait times. The agents could not send me an updated*correct email receipt. I tried calling but again the wait time is excessive and I can't hang around on the phone, I am working. The problem with the receipt was a minor inconvenience, but the complete lack of customer support os infuriating. Frankly, with so much competition in the restaurant delivery space, I am baffled that you don't provide a way to actually reach you to resolve a problem. You are driving customers to Amazon Restaurants, Uber Eats, PostMates, Door Dash, etc.**--Randall
