I had about * different employees either make false claims to pacify me after making errors and trying to save money instead of reimbursing me, end the chat purposely, hang up on me because I wanted to check for the coupon and confirm before i lose their contact, and basically avoid taking responsibility for the ** hours I spent bouncing around from rep to rep to rep, either not getting the coupon as promised, or having to spend the coupon on a purchase I didnt want to (my coupon was manually applied to a meal that was inedible, also it was my coupon to spend not the reps. my sister had a miscarriage and I was trying to take care of her and spend more time by her side instead of shopping and cooking, and this totally backfired. I thought I could depend on grubhub but I should have known, after all MY INFORMATION WAS STOLEN AFTER I ORDERED THROUGH THEM and I was propositioned by the delivery man to do drugs and then some. I'm fed up with the agents claiming they send coupons then hanging up so you cant check. My sister was in so much paid from not being able to eat, she needed her smoothies as one was for the night and the other for the morning when I am at work and she cant move around much. I wanted her to pull it out the freezer and be okay. instead I got the same runaround for over * hours because no one wants to take responsibility. the restaurant constantly uses the "call grubhub" excuse to make it right and grubhub always has an excuse for why their platform doesnt work or why the number they put to the restaurant doesnt work, its a never ending story. I have schizoaffective DISORDER and I tend to become withdrawn, agoraphobic, and need to order food alot, but many nights have i had to eat something I dont want, and I have to fight for a measly coupon when i wasted time AND im going to bed hungry!!! Im so frustrated and I feel disrespected by all the reps who ended the chat without warning, I make minimum wage and I really value the money I spend. I'm tired of getting stiffed with fake promises of coupons and having to always eat whatever is left of the slim pickings during late night after they mess up my order and make it seem like its my fault smh. I'm disabled and stressed that I cant depend on a meal if I pay for it.
