I recently paid $30.00 to GROUPON for a SAM'S CLUB MEMBERSHIP. However, I've faced embarrassment twice as I tried to redeem the membership card, as GROUPON failed to send any information to SAM'S CLUB, despite the promotion's end date being the last day of January. Contacting GROUPON's customer service has proven difficult, even via telephone. Currently texting from my laptop, I will search for emails related to my SAM'S CLUB MEMBERSHIP purchase. The promotion promised $45.00 in merchandise from SAM'S CLUB, a free pie, and the MEMBERSHIP. I'm disappointed and frustrated with the lack of resolution.

Hello, I still have some unused Groupons, but after contacting a representative, I was informed that there is nothing left on my account. I suspect this might be due to my past cox.net email address being deactivated. I currently use two gmail accounts. I have about 7 painting Groupons and a few others that I purchased. Please check at [redacted] I am Noriko Chung residing at [redacted] Masterpiece Drive, Oceanside, CA [redacted]. My phone number is now [redacted]. I appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue as I value Groupon and believe it is a reliable company. Your help is greatly appreciated. Thank you. Sincerely, Noriko Chung

I bought a Groupon for a surgical procedure, but the doctor canceled my appointment abruptly, stating urgency. Later, I discovered that the doctor's license was suspended due to expired medications discovered in his offices, posing a risk to patients' health. The Department of Health suspended Dr. Boris O. Bergus from practicing after finding expired medications at his American Vein Centers locations in East Greenwich and Lincoln during surprise visits. The medicines with past expiration dates, some older than ten years, raised serious safety concerns. Additionally, inspectors found hypodermic needles in inappropriate conditions, like extending from a Botox box in a refrigerator.

Hello, I intended to purchase an injectable lip filler from a vendor as advertised on their website. Unfortunately, when I reached out to schedule an appointment, I was informed that needles were not available due to being on back order. The vendor only offered a pressurized machine, which was not the service I desired. I feel misled by this false advertising. I am seeking a refund to my original payment method instead of receiving Groupon credit, the only option currently presented to me.

I bought lip injections, but when I tried to schedule, I was informed they were out of needles. Instead, they offered a non-injectable lip filler, which wasn't what I wanted. This change wasn't upfront on Groupon's website. They're only offering Groupon credit, but I want a refund due to the misleading information. Please advise on next steps.

I spent $20.00 on returning two pairs of Item #[redacted]-9 in Blue & Brown that didn't fit despite following the sizing chart. The return was supposed to cost $3.95 per pair as stated by the merchant, which I received on Jan. 9, [redacted]. I tried contacting the merchant multiple times with no success. After reaching out to Groupon through this chat, I was promised an email from the merchant within 48 hours, which I never received. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will no longer purchase from Groupon and will escalate the matter to the BBB.

I bought 3 tickets through the Universal Groupon deal. At first, it seemed the payment didn't go through, prompting me to retry. I re-entered my credit card details and it went through. However, upon checking my emails, I noticed that I received 2 confirmation emails and my credit card was charged twice, totaling over $[redacted]. I am seeking a refund for one of the duplicate orders, aiming to have just one order for 3 tickets instead of ending up with 2 separate orders each for 6 tickets.

I purchased a groupon for dermal filler, but when I contacted the merchant, they insisted I needed to buy extra filler from them directly to get the under eye service. I couldn't get a refund, so I ended up with $[redacted] in groupon credit. None of the merchants provide under eye filler as advertised, which is misleading. It seems like a deceptive practice to offer groupon credit instead of a refund when a service can't be fulfilled without spending significantly more money. Despite multiple efforts with customer service, I've been unable to get a refund. I'll likely end up using the groupon credit eventually, but I wish getting my money back was an option. The student discount didn't work for me either, despite trying with various student emails. Thank you for addressing these issues. Sincerely, -P.P.

I bought a Groupon for Defy in Fort Myers, FL, for Saturday, February 4. However, I discovered that the Groupon is not valid after 5 pm on weekends. Additionally, when I checked, the Groupon showed as redeemed, even though I had not used it. I spoke with a representative on February 4, who mentioned a refund within 7 days, but I have not received it yet.

I bought a Groupon on Friday, February 4, [redacted], for Ohana Center for Healing Therapies. However, the business marked my Groupon as redeemed on Friday, February 11, [redacted], without me booking or using their services. When I contacted them, I was informed they automatically redeem Groupons to prevent expiration. They mentioned being fully booked until the end of March and only booking Groupons on specific days. They assured me they would try to reverse the redemption with Groupon. Since I haven't utilized the service and am unable to schedule an appointment, I am seeking a refund. My payment was $49 in Groupon Trade in Bucks and $75, totaling $[redacted].

Hello, good afternoon! It has been over 30 days since I placed an order for a facial. However, due to the limited hours of the provider and my busy schedule as a teacher, we couldn't connect within the required timeframe. Today, during a consultation, I found out that the facial I purchased via Groupon is not suitable for my skin type. The provider suggested I cancel my current purchase to buy a more appropriate facial. Unfortunately, my financial situation has changed, and receiving Groupon credit will not assist with my rent. I am aware of the policy but due to the circumstances, I am hoping for a refund as we tried several times to connect within the timeframe, which was challenging with her limited hours. Kindly advise on the available options. I would greatly appreciate it if a refund could be considered. Thank you. Warm regards, J.

After purchasing a Groupon, my bank account was incorrectly charged multiple times totaling $38. Despite being refunded for most of the charges, this remaining amount has not been explained or repaid for over a month. In addition, they are canceling my fully paid Groupons without issuing a refund. I'm frustrated by this ongoing issue and the lack of resolution. The request to provide another card and more money to speak to an American representative is unacceptable. I want my $38 and $17.99 refunded promptly. I will be involving my bank to address this situation, as promises of a refund within five days have not been fulfilled after two months. This experience highlights the frustration of sharing financial information with overseas call centers.

I bought a Groupon Voucher last year for a Haircut/Deep Conditioning package at Salon Indigo in Las Vegas, NV. I've tried to use it multiple times, but faced various excuses each time. Being in Mesquite, NV, it's over an hour drive for me, so I haven't pushed the issue. The voucher will expire on March 12, [redacted], so I called today. The receptionist mentioned I might have to pay more due to my hair length. This was not part of the initial voucher conditions. When I requested an appointment, she accused me of rudeness and refused to book me. I'm disappointed by this encounter and no longer wish to visit the salon. I'm seeking a refund for the $31.20 voucher, number [redacted]3.

After reading numerous negative reviews about Cozy Maid possibly being a scam, I am concerned about their lack of responsiveness and questionable business practices. I purchased Groupons for a Sam's Club membership and the restaurant "Auntie's Kitchen" in Tallahassee, FL, approximately one week before Christmas. The payment went through, but I have not yet received my order. I have already missed out on over two months of my Sam's Club annual membership. Could you please issue a Sam's card that will activate the membership from when the card is shipped or received? Thank you. Tracy M. [redacted] Montejo Drive Tallahassee, FL [redacted] [redacted]

I bought a $25 Groupon for a Sam's Club membership on 3-16-[redacted]. Upon visiting the store, I was informed that I didn't qualify for the promotion because I had been a member in [redacted] by being added as a co-user to a friend's account, rather than purchasing a membership myself. Sam's Club advised me to contact Groupon for a refund. I am requesting a $25 refund since I didn't receive a membership card and can't obtain one through Sam's Club. I reached out to my bank and will dispute the charge if Groupon does not issue the refund. My purchase was made in good faith, and I ended up feeling frustrated. It would be beneficial to have a customer service phone number for resolving such issues. Please refund the $25. Thank you, Diana B.

I am inquiring about an "Eagle Heights" experience for two that I bought for my daughter and her partner, which is set to expire on March 24th. Due to recent unfortunate events such as the passing of both my daughter's father and her partner's father, a house move, covid-related issues, and the ongoing care of a sick elderly pet, along with their work commitments, they have been unable to schedule a day to enjoy this experience. They are unable to take time off before the expiration date next week. I hope to request an extension of the expiry date by at least a month to give them the opportunity to plan and enjoy the Eagle Heights experience they have eagerly anticipated booking. Considering the hardships they have faced recently, I believe this would be a wonderful respite for them. Thank you for your understanding. Best regards, H. Kotonou Sent from my iPhone

I am displeased with Groupon's services. I recently made a purchase and upon canceling within the allowed time frame, I expected a prompt refund to my original payment method. However, five days later, I have not received any indication that my refund has been processed. It is frustrating to deal with this issue with no option to reach a live representative for assistance. I have proof of my refund request on March 12, [redacted], and I am seeking a quick resolution to this matter. If prompt action is not taken to return my full refund, I will escalate this concern further. My name is Dina T., and I made the purchase on March 9, [redacted], with Item #[redacted] using the email address [redacted]

I purchased a Groupon deal for injections at Linz Clinic for my forehead. I scheduled an appointment but had to cancel due to an eye infection that required surgery. My surgeon advised me to postpone the procedure until fully healed. Despite explaining this, Linz Clinic still pressured me to come in. Subsequently, I faced unexpected health issues like plaque formation in my leg and spine problems that led to additional surgeries, causing me to reschedule multiple times. However, the doctor at Linz Clinic refused to consider my health challenges, stating that I canceled too often and declined me as a client without inquiring about my circumstances. Now I have a Groupon that he refuses to honor and mentions only Groupon can issue refunds. I did not cancel out of laziness but due to unforeseen medical emergencies. I am disappointed by his lack of understanding and unwillingness to accommodate me despite the genuine reasons for rescheduling. I seek a refund for my Groupon purchase. Regards, Susan V. Parker.
