Hello, I purchased four Groupons for a Charlie Brown Christmas Live on Stage. We attended the show tonight, but unfortunately had to leave 20 minutes in due to receiving news of my father-in-law's passing. Can you please provide a refund for the tickets, as we were unable to watch more than a quarter of the show? Thank you. - Jonida D.

I purchased 48 AA batteries and 24 AAA batteries for £30. Despite the tracking information stating they were delivered on 17.12.21, I can confirm they were not received. I was home all day, and no delivery was attempted as no card was left. This situation has left me frustrated and upset. I urgently request a full refund to my debit card. As a person with limited funds and mobility issues, I need this resolved promptly. I bought the batteries for Christmas presents, and now I have to purchase them elsewhere at a higher cost. Refunding the £30 to my debit card is crucial. I do not wish to receive a credit note as I will not be shopping with you again. Please address this matter as a top priority.

I recently had a terrible experience at Solage International Spa and am seeking a refund. The stylist, Pam, was unfriendly and made me feel uncomfortable during the appointment. She complained about my hair length, refused to fix issues, and even pressured me to leave a Groupon review. The final result was unsatisfactory, with my hair looking like a tiger's stripes. Pam was dishonest about the extra charge at the end, adding to my disappointment. I believe I deserve a refund as I will need another appointment to correct her mistakes. Good morning. I have already contacted you about this issue and I am upset because this could have been resolved before the gift was sent, which unfortunately did not happen. I reached out to customer service because I had provided the wrong email address for the gift confirmation. Customer service informed me that the address was correct, but it was not! Therefore, the recipients of the coupon did not receive the gift for Christmas. I request that the coupon be delivered.

My name is Elizabeth M., and my email is [redacted] I registered for a Sams promotion for $15 for one year using the coupon identifier [redacted]. I mistakenly entered my email as [redacted] When I tried to correct it, a customer service representative informed me that since I checked out as a guest, I would need to contact Sams Club directly. Unfortunately, they were unable to assist me, advising me to cancel the charge through my bank, which I couldn't do on the day of the issue, December 23rd. The $15 charge went through due to the bank closure, but without the correct email, I could not receive the confirmation for the coupon as I had hoped.

On December 18, [redacted], I tried to purchase a discounted Groupon for local Botox. I received a confirmation from PayPal, but nothing from Groupon. Since then, I have been unable to log in with my email and password. I reached out via chat and was informed that I would hear back and still receive the discount. After providing additional information and addresses, nothing was resolved. Despite exchanges from December 18 to December 25, when I finally received a response, it only mentioned resetting my password, without addressing my discount concerns. Hello, I recently purchased 4 Dynergy light globes, one sized 18cm and three sized 14cm. Unfortunately, the 18cm globe broke the first time I attempted to load it, causing the loading part to fall into the globe. Out of the three 14cm globes, two are functioning properly, but one did not load at all despite following the same steps. This experience has left me dissatisfied as I am unsure of the longevity of the two working globes. I reached out to [redacted] 8 days ago but have not received a response. I wanted to bring up a couple of issues. When I click on "My Stuff" on Groupon, I noticed that some of my purchases are missing. For example, I ordered carpet grippers, but they were never delivered. I contacted Groupon, and they said the supplier would reach out, but that didn't happen, and now the purchase is not even listed. I had two vouchers for afternoon tea at Higham Farm. One voucher shows as expired at the end of November, but I thought it was valid until December. The other voucher, purchased later, had an expiration date of the end of February [redacted], but it's not showing up at all in my purchases. I had a Groupon appointment booked through the app for today at 1:30 p.m. Unfortunately, I couldn't reach the merchant to confirm, so I decided to go in accordance with the terms to avoid extra fees. Upon arriving, I couldn't get inside the building and struggled to find the correct suite. After finally reaching the merchant, she informed me there was no appointment scheduled under my name for the day. Despite paying for transportation to the appointment and back, I couldn't receive the service. Groupon's booking platform seems to have had a synchronization issue. I would appreciate a refund of the transportation costs rather than Groupon credits, as I'm disappointed and frustrated with the experience.

Hello! We attempted to redeem a Groupon voucher at the steam bath Hamam Savae. The voucher was valid until the 23rd of November. However, we had already booked the appointment in October and had to provide the voucher code. Hamam Savae sent a confirmation for the appointment, stating that Groupon should have extended the voucher. We ended up driving for 60 minutes for nothing because we were counting on the appointment and since we had provided the voucher code, we were certain the appointment was scheduled. I recently bought a Groupon deal for laser tightening but have been struggling to book an appointment with the provider. Every time I call, the person on the phone rushes me and promises to call back. It's frustrating as I have tried multiple times to schedule. I bought Norton NPV on December 24, [redacted]. I located the activation code in my account. When I tried to use the code and log into my email, I couldn't finish the process or reach the vendor for help. I have already emailed them about this issue but have not received a response. Hello, I purchased a Groupon for Dryer Vent Kings with the order number [redacted] on Thursday, Sep 30, [redacted]. However, despite not redeeming it, I discovered that the vendor marked it as redeemed without providing any service. I contacted them and was informed that this occasionally occurs where Groupons are marked as used prematurely. Despite my suspicions, I agreed to schedule a visit. I placed an order, and according to FedEx, they delivered it, but it never arrived. I waited with my mother, father, and brother-in-law in the lobby of my apartment building, 5 minutes before it was supposed to be delivered because they said they were on the way. We waited until we received a message stating the mattress was delivered. In the meantime, we never left the spot where it was supposed to come. All FedEx is doing is telling us to fill out a claim and wait 7-10 days for a reply. I'm asking for your help in finding my mattress. Here's the info: Gabriella S., order #1[redacted]69-[redacted]. Recently, I've been making purchases through Groupon. I bought tickets on the app to see Christmas lights at Emma's Concert at a botanical garden. The app also offered deals for Magic Mike XL and the Blue Man Group, but I can't locate the $71.50 offer for 2 people on the app. I only need 4 or maybe 5 tickets. I recently bought a Sam's Club membership, but I didn't realize it was temporary until I received a card I had to pick up in-store. I wouldn't have bothered if I knew it would expire soon after buying it. I only got it because it was $10, and I wouldn't pay the full price of $45 for a store I don't plan on visiting often. I believe I should receive a refund or at least a credit for this inconvenience.
