I am feeling very upset and require assistance online. I provided my credit card information for a $1 response and explained my issue where I placed two orders with Sam's Club on both November 28 and November 29. Although I attempted to complete the online form, it indicated that the information was already submitted. While I received a refund for the second order, I believe it's in the form of store credit. I'd prefer to speak with someone over the phone as I seem to be encountering multiple issues. As I don't use text messaging, I am at a standstill without any concrete resolution or a reachable phone number. I want to gift a Nat Geo Kids subscription to a different address and receive confirmation of my Sam's Club membership. Please engage in an online chat with me, provide a phone number, or refund the $60 to my credit card. If this is not resolved promptly, I will no longer utilize Groupon services. It's imperative that you respond promptly either through online chat or by calling at [redacted].

I made a purchase from Qualtry using one of your deals. Initially, I was charged $24, but I was then charged $90 at full price for the order. I would like the order to be canceled, my money refunded from both you and Qualtry, or have Qualtry refund me $90 and honor the $24 price as advertised. I believe my money was taken unfairly, and I'm seeking a resolution. Additionally, I need guidance on redeeming my coupon as I believe I followed all the proper steps and should not have been overcharged. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will pursue a fraud charge against both your company and Qualtry. My first experience with your service has left me very disappointed.

Hello, a few months ago, I purchased a Groupon deal. Typically, I wouldn't do this, but unfortunately, my mom passed away this year, and I've been spending a lot of time in New York taking care of her and dealing with everything after her passing. I used Paypal to pay for my previous orders, which has my current shipping address. Unfortunately, the items were sent to an address I haven't lived at for nine years. My current address is: [redacted] Conrad Drive Apt. B3 Spring Valley, CA [redacted] I can't find a way to update my address in your system. It's confusing why the old address was used when Paypal has my correct information. I still hope to get my orders, but if that's not an option, I kindly request a refund. I need help with returning a faulty jumper to Groupon. I bought it on November 21st and have been trying to return it for about two weeks now. I can't find the form to return it on their website or any contact information. I need a returns label and assurance of a refund. Every time I try to follow the Returns process on the website, it just takes me back to my order. It seems like the parcel is still in transit according to the tracking information, but I can't reach a human to clarify this issue, which is frustrating.

I purchased a Groupon for a Christmas gift and reached out to the merchant. The merchant only has appointments available in late January, which was not my intention when I bought the Groupon. After waiting on hold for 10 minutes, they informed me that there would be an extra charge of $[redacted], on top of the $[redacted] I already paid. This additional cost was not disclosed earlier and feels like false advertising. I am seeking a refund so I can find another place to have the remote starter installed on my daughter's car before Christmas.

I recently ordered a jumper from Doozoo on December 5th. According to the tracking information, my parcel is currently in transit, but it also shows that it has been refunded. However, I have not received any refund yet. I am unsure if the order is still on its way or if it has been cancelled, resulting in the refund status. The payment was deducted from my account, and I have been unable to locate a contact number for the company. I am now questioning the legitimacy of this company. Hello, I recently purchased a permanent eyeliner session on Groupon and unfortunately had a bad experience with the service provider. After scheduling an appointment for the 18th, the timing was changed without consultation, leading to confusion. Due to a sudden memorial event, I needed to reschedule my appointment for the 24th, Christmas Eve, which was accepted. Regrettably, there has been another change to my appointment date to the 18th, a day I am unavailable. Despite attempting to communicate my concerns, I have not received a response from the service provider. Given the stress this situation has caused, I would appreciate a refund.

I recently purchased a Groupon deal for Mia’s Melody Esthetics last week. I opted for either 3 waxings at $21.70 or 5 waxings for $47.20. After attempting to contact the provided number multiple times without success, I discovered that it had been disconnected. Upon further investigation, I found that a different esthetics salon had taken over the number and agreed to honor the Groupon rate. It seems that the initial phone number was part of a scam. I purchased [redacted] Printerpix cards. I spent the day designing them, but had trouble using the Groupon for the order, and found out that Groupon has its own shipping fees. I had checked the shipping costs beforehand and saw it was much lower, but now it seems to be $24.99 per [redacted] cards, totaling nearly $75 for shipping. Printerpix recommended reaching out for assistance with this issue.

I recently bought an expensive slimming package with 5 appointments. Despite multiple attempts, I've struggled to schedule an appointment. I'm feeling frustrated by the complexity of your booking system. If I can't secure a slot soon, I'd like a refund. This experience has been disheartening given the high cost of over $[redacted]. I received a notification about an unauthorized Groupon purchase for two coupons priced at $20.12 each, charged to my credit card. I was with my girlfriend and daughter trying to attend an event when we found out about the vaccination requirement. I am requesting a refund for the three tickets. If that is not feasible, could I receive a credit for future purchases? I have been a Groupon customer for over a decade, making numerous purchases, and plan on continuing to do so. I recently bought the Key Cleaning & Restoration service in November. I set up an appointment for December 8th, but I hadn't heard anything until today when they texted me saying they were 25 minutes away. I didn't recognize the number, so I told them they weren't scheduled with me. They mentioned cleaning the carpet and asked if I wanted to cancel. I agreed, and they said okay. Later, I got a Groupon request to rate the service, but I hadn't received any services that day. The Groupon is still valid until May [redacted]. I recently went to Total Nails and Hair Academy for a "Russian pedicure" after being in a cast for 8 weeks. Unfortunately, I ended up just getting my toes painted and not the service I was expecting as advertised on Groupon. Additionally, I left with a chipped toenail and the nail artist was unavailable to do my nails. Despite this being a busy time, the lack of empathy for my situation, especially with having to pick up my husband from the airport after the passing of his mother, was disappointing. The customer service was lacking, and I was only offered to reschedule for next week when I am traveling for a funeral out of state. From the initial confusion about the services offered to the overall experience, I have decided not to return for any future appointments and requested a refund for the services not provided.

When I bought flowers and a basket, I didn't realize they were voucher items. My sister received an email about it but didn't understand and discouraged me from spending money. Upon chatting with a virtual assistant, I was reassured the order would be credited, then suddenly informed it had been sent out.
