I purchased 5 vouchers for £8 selection boxes on Groupon, but the cheapest ones on the Cadbury's website are £20. As a children's charity, this price is too high for us. I contacted Cadbury's, and they advised me to request a refund. I would like to be reimbursed the £20 so I can buy the kids selection boxes from a different source. Thank you.

On November 13th, I purchased a tower kitchen set from your store. Unfortunately, Hermes attempted delivery three times and claimed they returned the parcel. Your customer service representative apologized and issued a refund on November 25th or 26th. However, the "returned" parcel has now been delivered, but I had already made a new order. Hello, I am unhappy with the service I have received. I need to cancel some bed mattresses that I purchased on Groupon. There seems to have been a mistake as I only ordered one mattress, a Brocklin double mattress, but I have been charged £[redacted] from my bank account. I need a refund for the extra charges and cancellation of the additional orders from Somnior Beds Ltd and Sleep Softly Ltd. Hello, I purchased a South Tree voucher worth $[redacted], but my last purchase only equaled $[redacted]. I have another $[redacted] purchase I wish to refund since the value received did not match the amount spent. Instead, I would like to buy two $[redacted] products or something similar to make up the $[redacted] value. The difference between a $[redacted] and a $[redacted] service is significant, and I would appreciate a refund to make additional purchases. Thank you for your assistance.

Hi, I'm Martina P. On May 11, [redacted], I bought 2 teeth whitening sessions from Lash And Bronze in Wappingers Falls, NY for $[redacted]. I took a screenshot of the code, but my phone got damaged, and I lost it. I can't remember which email I used for the purchase. Lash and Bronze found the email but couldn't retrieve the code for me to redeem. They're willing to honor it. Can you help me retrieve my code?

I recently looked into ultrasonic cavitation and was considering purchasing sessions. Although I placed sessions in my cart, I did not finalize the purchase as I was still undecided. To my surprise, I noticed a charge on my bank statement for the sessions. My card must have been linked to previous purchases without my consent. I am requesting to cancel this order and receive a refund to my original payment method instead of receiving "Groupon bucks." The purchase was made less than a week ago, and I am unsure why I am not given the option to cancel and receive a refund to the original form of payment. Thank you for your assistance. I bought a 6-day indoor airport parking pass through Groupon. I followed the instructions, but the code didn't work on the vendor's website. When I tried to apply it, I was charged $75, which was lower than the advertised price. I no longer need the Groupon and would like a refund.

I want to report a company that pressures customers into contracts. Their ad shows prices for 45-minute sessions, but when you buy, they claim it's only for a 15-minute mini-treatment. This makes clients pay full price for shorter ineffective services. They use Groupon to attract customers, but manipulate the information at the time of purchase.

I recently purchased 2 high tea vouchers. Unfortunately, due to a Covid test wait and subsequent lockdown in Sydney, I had to cancel my appointment. After contacting the supplier and providing voucher pictures as requested, I was assured I could rebook. When I tried to do so after the reopening, I was told the vouchers had expired. I seek a full refund as I couldn't use the service due to Covid restrictions and was previously advised that I could use the vouchers at a later date.

I placed an order for a 3-course meal at the Bentley Hotel for June 12, [redacted]. Initially, I tried to use the 30% discount code which reduced the amount to approximately £38, but I couldn't proceed with payment. I called the hotel to make the booking anyway. Upon checking my PayPal account, I saw that no payment had been taken, and I didn't receive a voucher to present at the hotel. When I tried to modify my Wowcher order, the discount wasn't applied this time, so I missed out on the savings. Could you please assist in applying the code as we are retirees and this expense is significant for us? We have booked this meal for our anniversary and were eagerly anticipating the experience.

Hello, I attempted to use my Groupon voucher for a meal for four on its expiration date, only to realize it had expired. This is a significant loss of money for me. I was promised an extension due to Covid, which does not seem to have been honored. The rush to redeem on the last date is perplexing, especially since £54 is a considerable amount for me. Furthermore, when trying to book a meal for two in mid-November using a voucher valid until 30/11/[redacted], I was informed over the phone that all Groupon vouchers had been canceled over five months ago. This lack of communication has resulted in another disappointing loss, especially when a meal was much needed for my partner and myself due to our demanding work schedules in the care sector with opposite shifts. I purchased a Groupon with a Redemption Code: S1[redacted]-DNDMGG that has a promotional value expiration date of 1/12/22. However, I won't be able to schedule the photography session until 1/18/22, which is almost a week after the expiration date. I am wondering if there is a way to extend the Groupon for an additional week. If this is not possible, can I repurchase the same Groupon for $19.99 to use at a later date? Today, when I tried to repurchase it, the system indicated that I had already bought this offer and could not make another purchase at this time. Even though the voucher states that the amount paid never expires, I believe I should be able to buy it again if I can't use the one I already purchased. Can you please provide clarification on this matter?

Last night, before creating an account, I made a purchase on Groupon as a guest. I used my debit card for payment and entered my email. After confirming the purchase, I discovered that I did not receive the Groupon because of the incorrect email entry. Is there a way to rectify this to receive the Groupon I purchased, or can I get a refund instead? Since the confirmation email did not reach me and I had not created an account at that time, I am unable to access the Groupon.

I recently purchased 4 pairs of fleece joggers with zippers, order # [redacted][redacted]. Unfortunately, two of the pairs - the red and olive ones - are unwearable due to their poor quality. This isn't the first time I've had issues with my orders from your site. I am requesting an exchange for two different colors with zippers or a refund. I am frustrated by the $7.50 shipping charges and the nearly 3 weeks it took to receive the order. The customer service experience online was also disappointing, as I was directed to a paid service twice when trying to address my concerns via chat. I recently bought a Groupon for a massage, but when I arrived for my appointment, I was informed that I couldn't use it because it was for first-time customers only. The Groupon did not specify this restriction, and I find it misleading. The owner of Warrick Wellness mentioned that Groupon is at fault and now they are refusing to refund the money, offering only a credit for another Groupon. I explained that I drove 45 minutes for the appointment and felt deceived by this situation, which seemed like a bait-and-switch tactic. I believe Groupon should honor its deals as advertised, or Warrick Wellness should clearly state the restriction. I hope for a resolution as I missed out on the massage and don't want to face similar issues in the future. I am seeking a refund of $40, not a credit.

Hello, I bought a gift voucher for a dining experience for two at Brazil Steakhouse in London last year. I made a reservation for 24/12/[redacted], but due to COVID-19 restrictions, the hospitality sector closed before that date. I've been trying to reach Brazil Steakhouse multiple times, but haven't been able to get through to anyone. I bought a meal voucher for my parents on October 4th. Yesterday, when they tried to use it, the restaurant said they couldn't accept it in December, even though the voucher is valid until January 2nd. I've been attempting to book an appointment with The Glow Factory Esthetics for over a week. After scheduling on Groupon, I contacted them to confirm, but they didn't see it on their end. They provided a booking link and advised skipping the payment, which I couldn't do. After contacting them again, they mentioned booking something for me on Friday, but upon following up the next day, all slots were taken. Feeling frustrated, the esthetician mentioned that offering to book was a courtesy and most don't pay on the booking site, but didn't provide further guidance. It's been 2 days without a response, so I now seek a refund for my Groupon purchase.
