Subject: Urgent Order Cancellation Request I have been attempting to cancel my order urgently as it was placed in error today. Unfortunately, my efforts have been met with automated responses and no live support. The only communication I received directed me to a service called 6YA, where I was charged a monthly fee for a service I neither need nor want. Moreover, I will incur a $9.99 charge to cancel this unnecessary subscription. To clarify, this was the website recommended by your Groupon representative to cancel the order. If I encounter any further difficulties with canceling my order and receiving an immediate refund, along with terminating the 6YA account without additional charges, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter legally and inform relevant consumer protection agencies. I contacted to arrange the service I purchased, which expires on 11/01/21. I made four calls before speaking to a representative who later called me back. Unfortunately, the woman I spoke with lacked good customer service skills and informed me that the earliest appointment available is on November 17th. I am disappointed with Groupon and Tiatus Spa, now known as Echelon Spa. I was taken aback by the lack of availability and expressed my dissatisfaction, requesting a refund. The woman explained the company's challenges, which did not interest me. Selling a service comes with the responsibility of addressing these issues. She rudely ended the call without addressing my concerns. I am seeking a prompt refund so I can find a more efficient and professional provider. This delay is unacceptable to me, and I am extremely frustrated. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I made a hotel reservation at the Sands Casino in Reno, NV for my wife using Groupon. However, the reservation displayed my name instead of hers on the confirmation email. I tried to correct it but was unsuccessful. I contacted the Sands Casino, and they assured me it would be alright. Unfortunately, when my wife arrived, she couldn't check in, and they canceled the Groupon, making her purchase another one. They advised her to contact Groupon for a refund. She mentioned the rooms were nothing like the pictures and felt unsafe as the location seemed unkempt. I'm in Cleveland, OH, and feeling helpless as she's there for a medical procedure. I wanted a safe and comfortable room for her recovery. I'm now concerned about getting a refund and disputing the inaccurate portrayal on Groupon. On the day of my appointment with Claudia's hairstylist, my son, who has special needs, suffered a stroke. I attempted to reschedule once I could, but Claudia did not return my calls until two days later. She then informed me that she would not allow me to reschedule and had already redeemed my Groupon. Given my son's health emergency, I find her decision disappointing. I am requesting a credit considering the circumstances and the unprofessional way this situation was handled.

I bought a Qula experience voucher on May 21 or 22, but I haven't received the code yet. The voucher was actually ordered by my husband, who is currently in the hospital without internet access, so I am unable to retrieve the order code to resolve this with customer service. I have tried searching for alternative ways to contact Groupon's customer service but have been unsuccessful. I was really looking forward to enjoying this experience this afternoon, so I hope this issue can be resolved soon.

On the 25th of August, I booked a couple's massage for my grandparents, but unfortunately, they had a terrible experience. They mentioned that the staff talked continuously and left them alone in the room for an extended period. They also described an inappropriate incident and an unauthorized charge of $40 on my card, when only $6.50 was supposed to be charged for taxes. After my parents got dressed and called me to pick them up early, they were quite upset. I tried to address the issue with the lady at the front desk, but she refused to listen and insisted that we wouldn't receive a refund. As a long-time Groupon customer who has always enjoyed the deals, I'm disappointed that this special treat for my grandparents turned out so poorly. I'm reaching out for help and requesting a refund for the unauthorized charge.

I noticed an issue with my account related to some cleaning services purchases. According to my account, I bought 2 6-hour cleanings from Anton Maids on June 10 and used both on June 15, which I wasn't aware of because I haven't used them. It also indicates a purchase of a 2-hour cleaning from Cozy Maids on Aug. 17, which I didn't make. The charges seem to be connected to a credit card that is no longer active. I would like a refund for one of the 6-hour cleanings since I only intended to buy one, and I have not used either. I haven't received my August credit card statement yet to confirm the charge for the 2-hour cleaning, but it's puzzling how it could be billed to a defunct card. I'm seeking assistance in resolving these discrepancies.

Yesterday, I tried to order 9 mattresses and 1 bed online through Groupon Bordeaux for around [redacted] euros. Unfortunately, my French bank card was declined due to a monthly limit of [redacted] euros. After removing 4 beds from my order, bringing it down to just under [redacted] euros, the order went through (order number 1[redacted]41-[redacted]). Now, I am trying to reorder the 4 mattresses I removed using a different bank card, but I keep getting an error message stating "The purchase limit for this item has been exceeded." I never purchased these specific mattresses before, as I removed them from my original order. I have attempted to order them multiple times without success, leading to multiple erroneous orders in my history. Hello, I'm Tom Baker. I have an online account with Groupon Bordeaux under [redacted] Yesterday, I tried to order nine mattresses and one bed totaling about [redacted] euros. Hello, Issue: I am experiencing difficulties redeeming my Groupon voucher in Philadelphia as it is not accessible on the app. I have the voucher in a pdf format, which states it is transferable. Background: I have two mobile devices with Groupon installed, one linked to my current email ([redacted]) and the other to my old email ([redacted]). I accidentally made a purchase using the outdated email account and had Groupon delete that account. They sent me a pdf of the purchase stating it cannot be transferred to my current email's Groupon account. Ich bitte daher erneut darum, die 17.09 Euro umgehend zurückzuerstatten. I purchased a Groupon from Hair by JN with order number [redacted] on 3-14-21. Groupon deducted $54.40 from my Groupon bucks, leaving me with a balance of $0.80. Later, I discovered they also charged my credit card. After contacting them, they credited my card. I scheduled an appointment with the salon for 9-2-21. However, the stylist texted me that she had been exposed to Covid and had to cancel. When I arrived at the salon, she informed me she would not accept the Groupon and advised me to seek a refund from Groupon. Despite contacting Groupon three times, they insist they did not deduct any Groupon bucks. The stylist is difficult to reach and delays responding to texts. I wasted over 2 hours that day, and she acted as if I inconvenienced her. Kindly refund me the $54.40 Groupon bucks. Otherwise, I will involve the BBB.

I received a tea for two voucher in Bristol, but I am having trouble booking because the person who purchased it is on vacation. The voucher is for the Mercure Bristol North The Grange Hotel. The booking was postponed due to my husband being taken to the intensive care unit, and it was supposed to be held for a future date. I purchased the New York C3 CityPass on Groupon on August 30, [redacted], to explore the tourist attractions in New York City during my stay on the 30th and 31st of August. Unfortunately, when I tried to redeem my cruise ticket and use my coupon, the Groupon website was inaccessible. After waiting for an hour, I had to purchase another ticket at the office for the cruise. The next day, I encountered the same issue with the website and had to buy individual tickets for all the attractions, missing out on using my coupon. I purchased two Groupon vouchers, but when I went to use them at the massage location, it was not valid, leading me to realize it was a fraudulent listing. I've attempted to dispute the charge through my bank, but they recommended contacting Groupon for a refund. This email is my third attempt to seek a resolution. It would be greatly appreciated if Groupon could investigate the coupon I bought, as it remains unused in my account, and facilitate a refund.

I bought a Groupon, but when I went to use it, I was told I couldn't because I had already used a similar one earlier in the year. The app won't let me get a refund because it says the voucher has been used, even though I never opened it. I unintentionally spent $[redacted] on it and I've tried to reuse it to no avail.
