Hello Groupon team, I purchased two one-day passes over a year ago for my husband and me. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the venue remained closed for an extended period. When I finally reached out, they informed me that they no longer accept the passes and advised me to contact Groupon for a refund. Unfortunately, I no longer have the order confirmation as it has been a while. I am unsure which numbers on the tickets could help confirm my purchase. I had booked a kayak tour to see manatees, scheduled for this afternoon. The address provided was just 40 minutes from our condo. We arrived at the location at 1pm, only to discover we were at the wrong place, about an hour away from the actual tour site. The address on Groupon led us to their main headquarters, not the tour location. We were inconvenienced, paid tolls and gas for this mistake, and the hour-long travel made us miss the tour. If I had known the actual location was two hours away from our condo, I wouldn't have booked. I am requesting a refund of the $[redacted] we paid. I don't want a Groupon voucher. This experience has left me very disappointed. I have screenshots to support this incident.

Hello, I purchased a coupon for dryer vent cleaning from HVAC RESCUE TEAM on May 18, [redacted], with item number [redacted]. After redeeming the coupon on May 29, [redacted], the technician noted mold present and wanted to charge $[redacted] for the service. I initially agreed but changed my mind before any cleaning commenced. The merchant refused to refund my money, despite my discussions with two supervisors. Initially, one said he would speak with the service technician, but later, another supervisor named CRIS stated the money was refunded. However, Citicard did not confirm this, and my follow-up calls have gone unanswered.

I have a couples massage voucher for Green Reflexology Massage Spa for July 13, [redacted]. Our car rental wouldn't start, and I called the spa to reschedule for July 16th at 6 p.m. When we arrived, the lady admitted to putting in the wrong date but asked if I could come back the next day. As my flight left the night before, I declined. She promised to refund the voucher while I was in the office but didn't do so on July 16th or 17th. I changed the appointment to November to give time for a refund. The spa employee told me to go through Groupon for the refund, but I encountered issues with their app. I drove over two hours for the rescheduled appointment and would like assistance in resolving this refund issue promptly.

I am seeking a refund of $15.00 from Groupon or Café Creole Caribbean Spice in Port Charlotte, Florida. On June 15, [redacted], due to the lack of internet service, the female co-owner could not scan the barcode from my phone. I provided her with all necessary documentation a few days later, but the promotion had expired as indicated on the barcode. I have evidence of my $43.91 dinner purchase with my Capital One QuickSilver credit card on June 15, [redacted]. The female co-owner was impolite and insisted that the current Groupon Special was a $8.00 coupon for $10.00 of food, even though my coupon from June 15, [redacted], was for $15.00 for $30.00 worth of food. Despite my attempts to explain, she refused to redeem my coupon. In all my years of dining out, I have never encountered such rudeness. I am requesting a $15.00 refund from Groupon or Café Creole Caribbean Spice in Port Charlotte, Florida. I provided documentation a few days later, including the purchase order, credit card details, and barcode, but the promotion had already expired, as indicated on the barcode. I bought a Groupon deal for a haircut and balayage at Hair By Jessy Molina through a booking made on April. Despite my efforts to schedule the appointment, I have been unsuccessful due to the merchant's assistant being ill with Covid since May 29th. I have tried contacting them multiple times with no response. I am now looking to either get a refund or receive a credit on Groupon for another purchase. I bought 3 tickets through Groupon for Fun Spot America in Orlando, FL for $[redacted].85. The money was deducted from my bank account, but I did not get the activation email for the tickets. The order number is 1[redacted]46-[redacted]. The email should have been sent to [redacted] but I did not receive it. Similarly, I purchased 3 tickets through Groupon for Aquatic Orlando for $[redacted].25, and the amount was debited from my bank account but I did not receive the activation email. I purchased Four Lipo Lite or Ultrasonic Body Contouring Sessions from Go Lite Lipo Lounge on May 15, [redacted]. The order number is 1[redacted]38-[redacted]. To schedule a consultation, I paid a $25 fee through their website using PayPal, as stated in their Groupon advertisement. PayPal confirmed the payment went through to the vendor on July 1. Even though I provided evidence from my credit card and PayPal statements, the vendor claims they did not receive the payment. Despite offering to pay in person or directly now, they insist on PayPal payment in advance. They have stopped responding to my emails, so I am seeking a full refund of $[redacted] from the vendor and will handle the $25 fee with PayPal separately. I have all necessary documentation to support my claim of payment and their refusal to proceed with the services as advertised.

I placed an order for a 2 window tint for my car on the 29th of June. According to Groupon, it was redeemed on the 16th of July, but I was actually in St Louis on that day! My order number is #[redacted]. I am concerned about someone possibly using my Groupon and would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue. During a live chat, the representative was impatient, constantly asking if I was still there whenever I switched to another screen. He mentioned emailing me details, but I haven't received anything yet. It's been two days, and Groupon has not reached out or taken any action. I used voucher # MHBCXMHV, but the vendor didn't honor it because I had made a purchase before. They couldn't provide the merchandise as it was meant for new customers only. I'm requesting a refund for this issue. I had a troublesome experience with a Groupon I purchased for 3 foot massages at Q-Massage. When attempting to schedule an appointment, the phone numbers I tried did not provide clear communication as the staff either did not speak English well or were rude. The manager at the location was also unhelpful and made us feel uncomfortable, leading us to leave without using the services. I contacted Golden Brow Beauty in Brea regarding their Groupon offer. A man answered and insisted I visit in person to make an appointment. When I inquired about the Groupon details, specifically asking if it was for individual lashes or clusters, he mentioned there was no Groupon but services start at $35. He refused to disclose more details over the phone. The business number wasn't on the Groupon page, so I had to find it through Google. This experience has left me feeling hesitant about purchasing a Groupon from a business that seems unreliable and potentially misleading. I believe this is unfair business practice. I suggest excluding them from your network if they won't honor their advertised prices or services.

I had booked house cleaning with COZY MAID for a specific date, the day before hosting house guests. However, they rescheduled it without my consent for the day guests were arriving, which was unacceptable. I decided to cancel the service. I had paid $50.74, including an extra discount for 2 additional hours of cleaning. Despite numerous attempts, I am unable to locate my Order ID, but I provided the COZY MAID redemption code JWEO-FBXL-HZDQ-DRBH which was unsuccessful. I bought a $[redacted] voucher for brake pads for my SUV on 6/10/[redacted]. Accidentally marked it as redeemed on 6/15/[redacted]. Despite not using it, the voucher was not honored. I contacted the service vendor, but they refused to track the redemption. I believe this treatment is discriminatory against seniors and disabled individuals. Groupon Customer Support mentioned they would contact the vendor but has not provided a response as of 7/21/21. I also bought an $85 voucher for the same service from the same vendor that I no longer want to use. I request $[redacted] in Groupon credit for both vouchers or a refund for $85 and $[redacted] in Groupon credit. I used a Groupon to book a cleaning appointment with CozyMaids and was so impressed with the deal that I bought a second one. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. The four-hour cleaning was done by a new cleaner named Carol, who only cleaned the kitchen thoroughly but missed the bathroom entirely. I also paid for an additional hour to clean the baseboards, which was not done. I have a $96 credit with them, but they are unwilling to issue a refund and want me to use the credit for future services. To make matters worse, I received a call from Carol stating that she had not been paid despite my total payment of $[redacted].65, including $75.65 for the Groupon and an additional $[redacted] for the extra hour and the second Groupon that they later claimed I was not eligible for.

I need assistance canceling a booking I made at the Marlow Hotel in Buckinghamshire for July 29th to 31st. When trying to cancel, I encountered an error code. The hotel acknowledged discrepancies in the deal I selected, as it was inaccurately described and did not include everything stated under the option heading I paid for. The original availability of my chosen dates was also problematic on the Groupon app, which prevented me from paying despite supposedly being open. I bought a Groupon for Bistro St. Germain in Seal Beach, CA [redacted] a few months ago. Due to Covid-19, the Bistro had limited hours when I checked the Groupon on July 23, one day before it expired on July 24. Unfortunately, I was informed by the Bistro that it couldn't be used on Friday or Saturday, only Sunday through Thursday. I explained the situation and requested an extension until Sunday, July 24, but was directed to contact Groupon instead. I recently planned a trip to Ft. Lauderdale, Florida for a week in June. I purchased a Group On voucher for a sunrise snorkeling experience for two people beforehand. Upon contacting the tour company to schedule, they informed me that due to windy conditions, snorkeling tours had been suspended for the entire month of June. Unfortunately, my fiancée and I were unable to use the voucher. It was disappointing that Group On did not advise me about weather-related limitations. In hindsight, I realized it would have been more beneficial to reach out directly to Sunrise Paddle Boards as they would have likely informed me of the tour restrictions before I made the purchase.

Despite the ineffective phone number, the support team was helpful but communicating via text drains my phone battery. I shared a snapshot of the conversation with Donna.
