I recently bought a Groupon deal for lash extensions, and the payment was deducted from my bank account immediately. However, the merchant hasn't received any information from Groupon regarding my purchase. I've tried contacting the merchant three times through text, but they are not answering calls. This purchase doesn't show up under My Groupons. I bought it on June 16, [redacted], from Gamma Boutique and Spa for $55. I have already chatted with Groupon twice, but no one has reached out to me as promised. I would like this purchase canceled and refunded promptly. In early [redacted], prior to Covid-19, I purchased four tickets to Warsaw for Summer [redacted]. Due to the ongoing circumstances, our travel dates were rescheduled to this year, [redacted]. Unfortunately, we are unable to make the trip once again. Some members of our group are facing health issues, and one is pregnant, making the travel impossible. I have reached out before and was informed that the matter lies with the tour operator rather than Groupon. However, recently, the tour operator mentioned they need to contact the supplier, which is Groupon, to facilitate a refund for us. The sum involved is significant for four passengers. I would appreciate any assistance you can offer regarding the current status of this situation. I have been a devoted customer of Groupon. I purchased a Groupon online for an oil change at Valvoline, but it was not for a location in my state when I arrived. I tried to cancel it without success. While at the store, I bought another Groupon that did not process, and a refund in Groupon credit never appeared. I tried again with no luck and ended up unable to use a Groupon for the oil change despite spending an hour trying to resolve the issue. I managed to cancel the last one and received a refund to my card. However, I still need refunds for the first two Groupons I purchased, one that I can't refund now and the other that turned into Groupon credit that disappeared. This has cost me over $[redacted], along with a lot of time and effort.

I received a Groupon gift for Sky Dive Pepperell on June 26, [redacted], but due to the pandemic, we were unable to use it. I've contacted Sky Dive Pepperell, and they have kindly agreed to honor the voucher. However, the voucher code seems to be missing from my emails. I only have the order confirmation without an ID or code. The confirmation email was sent to [redacted] We've already checked our Groupon accounts, but there are no vouchers showing up. We need to resolve this urgently to secure our appointment. Thank you for helping us locate our Groupon voucher.

On March 19, [redacted], I bought an afternoon tea experience at the Midland Hotel Manchester via Groupon as a 70th birthday gift for my friend. However, due to Covid restrictions, she couldn't use it. Groupon extended the voucher until December [redacted], but her daughter, who was supposed to join her, battled breast cancer and needed shielding. Despite the treatment ending and her being in remission, they still need to be cautious. My friend reached out to the Midland, willing to honor the voucher if Groupon agrees, but contacting Groupon has been challenging. I am eager to discuss this matter with someone at Groupon.

I bought a Groupon for "The Formula Experience" as a Father's Day gift for my dad. The Groupon listed the address of our local track, so I assumed it was for that track. After purchasing it, we discovered on "The Formula Experience" website that there are no available experiences at our racetrack (World Wide Technology Raceway) for all of [redacted]. There were never any experiences available to book at our track. I feel misled by Groupon as the experience was advertised with our track's address. I prefer a refund to my card for the amount not covered by Groupon Bucks, as I used about $13 in Groupon Bucks for the purchase. I believe we can resolve this matter. Dear Community, I am reaching out regarding my recent experience with a voucher I purchased for HydroColon Therapy at Zen Wellness Center in Hammonton, NJ. Initially scheduled for May 20, [redacted] at 5:30 pm with the owner, Tia, I had to cancel and requested to reschedule. Despite multiple attempts to set a new appointment via their website and text messages, I have not received any response. To add to this, my Groupon account mistakenly shows the voucher as used on May 20, [redacted], although it was not redeemed. I have kept a record of my conversations with Tia as proof. I recently bought a Groupon voucher for Salon de Vive with the order number #[redacted]. Unfortunately, during my appointment on 5/26, my taxi was late, causing me to miss my slot. Although initially informed I could be 15 minutes late, the salon later disputed this. Despite my attempts to reschedule by leaving messages, I received no response. Today, when I called again, the stylist stated the next available appointment was on 8/19, and the Groupon expires on 8/12. This scheduling conflict appears intentional due to the previous booking issue. The stylist, Beata, who engaged in an unprofessional argument with me on 5/26, refused to accommodate me before the Groupon expires. I was told only Beata handles Groupon appointments. I am dissatisfied with this service and request a refund.

I recently returned three pairs of shoes as per our previous communication referenced by Chat Ticket ID: [redacted]. Although the email indicates I requested a refund for the gray pair, I actually requested refunds for all three pairs. The image provided shows a refund for the blue pair, but I have not received any funds despite returning the shoes over a month ago. Following discussions with Haute and being directed back to you, I was informed that Groupon would handle the refund process. However, I have yet to receive any resolution. I encountered issues with my "Wheel at Icon" tickets as they didn't go through, preventing me from using them. I had been looking forward to this experience, especially since my fiancé has been anticipating it for three years. Despite attempting to use the tickets before the expiration date, I was unable to as we live three hours away in Fort Myers, Florida. I took the day off specifically for this and now feel disappointed and frustrated by the situation. I hope there's a way to resolve this, either by activating the tickets for a later date or receiving a refund. It's disheartening to have paid for something and not being able to enjoy it as intended.

Upon checking into the Omni Hotel in Farmer's Branch with my new wife, we faced a disappointing experience. The front desk staff took over an hour to assist us due to an issue with another party checking in. Despite the long wait, they did not apologize or acknowledge the delay. I had to intervene to get checked in. The hotel had a strong mildew smell in the hallways and our room. I called the front desk to express my dissatisfaction, requesting a refund. They mentioned refunding money to Groupon and advised me to reach out to customer service, which I attempted by leaving multiple messages with no response.

I had to cancel my reservation for a Sanctuary Queen Room at the 4-Star Sanctuary Hotel New York in Midtown Manhattan, purchased on June 25, [redacted] (Item #[redacted]), due to my MIL's surgery. The $[redacted].00 refund went to my Groupon account as credit instead of back to my credit card. I need the $[redacted].00 refunded to my credit card to repay my cousin. Normally, cancellations are credited back to my card, but this refund went to Groupon Bucks by default. Please credit the $[redacted].00 back to the card used for this hotel purchase.

Dear Marketplace Merchant/LAGGRA, I received my iPhone 12 Pro Max cover on 6/25/21, but I am dissatisfied with the quality of the product. The item appears to be of low quality, and I would like to return it for a full refund. Despite my efforts to contact Groupon/LAGGRA, I have not received a response or the promised no-charge return mailing label yet. I arrived at the hotel at 11 o’clock, checked in, and realized that the room they gave me was disgusting - dirty sheets, filthy pillows, and the walls were leaking and missing panels in the hallway. This is unacceptable. The photos on Groupon showed a beautiful place, but what I found was completely different - garbage in the hallways with used sheets and housekeeping carts left out. This has been the worst experience I've ever had booking through Groupon. I need someone from the office to call me back about this. My phone number is [redacted]. I want a refund for this situation. I have pictures of everything - the room, the hallway with missing panels, leaking stains on the walls, and the strong smell of mildew and cleaning products. Other guests have also approached us about the same issues.

I work at a hotel and have a question for Grouper. Why do you cause us hotel workers to get yelled at and accused of not honoring reservations promptly? I just had a guest show up three hours after making a reservation through Grouper, but the reservation was not sent to us until two hours later. The guest demanded a free room, claiming we were trying to cheat her because of the delay caused by Grouper. I had to endure her yelling and accusations. As a front desk person and night auditor, I want to thank you for making my job harder by not sending reservations on time.

I received a voucher as a birthday gift that I thought was directly from Summer Elizabeth Day Spa Gold Coast, not realizing it was through Groupon. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, I waited for the right time to use it but was surprised to see it had an expiration date of 17/6/[redacted] when I tried to make a booking. Even though it expired, the business agreed to honor it. However, they couldn't verify an extension due to Groupon's website being down on 29/6/[redacted]. With no way to contact Groupon directly, I'm hoping for a quick response to confirm the extension so I can redeem my gift. Thank you, Karen.

I ordered items from Groupon on the 27th to be delivered to my mum's flat as I am often away. Today at 5:30 pm, the courier rang my mum's bell. She informed him she was on the first floor. However, the courier left the parcel in the reception area, risking it being taken, without attempting to deliver it to her door. My mum, due to health reasons, couldn't move it and had to wait for help. This behavior is unacceptable. The courier also failed to update the delivery status to "delivered." I have 4 concerns to address. Firstly, I have updated my address to [redacted] W. [redacted] St. Apt. [redacted], Overland Park, KS [redacted]. My Groupon for Webster House Restaurant in KCMO expired, yet the restaurant closed before I could redeem it, and I didn't receive a refund from Groupon. Kindly refund the full amount. I also purchased a Groupon for Tasso's Restaurant in KCMO and sent a gift to G. Krystel, but we seem to have lost track of our vouchers. One seems to expire today. Please help me locate them. Lastly, I accidentally bought two Groupons for In The Zone Cryo 30-minute sessions this morning but only need one. Kindly cancel the extra one, and ensure I still receive the 25% off offer on the remaining session. Thank you.

I purchased two deals from Whicho restaurant in Grapevine, Texas, today. I had planned to visit Grapevine with my 90-year-old mother for her oncologist appointment. After her appointment, we were hungry, so I checked Groupon for local deals and we decided on this restaurant. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we found the restaurant closed even though their website stated they were open until 9 PM, they actually close at 3 PM. On October 1, [redacted], I purchased a Groupon for MARQUEZ HAIR DESIGN/VENUS ALLURE SALON & SPA on [redacted] SE Belmont St. in Portland, OR. When I tried to schedule an appointment with Daniel, I could only leave a message. After some back and forth, he told me to come in on March 26th at 5:00pm, but on the same day, he informed me that he was no longer working at that salon and was in the process of relocating. Despite multiple attempts to reach him for a new appointment, I have not received a response. I do not have Daniel's last name or new location.
