I had a voucher for $** at Pure Kana so I opened my voucher and picked what I wanted and started to use the voucher and the amount of money that I owed with my credit card. It kept saying that my CC issuer was denying the charge. I tried * different cards and got the same results. I contatcted the CC companies and they said mothing had been denied . Capital One was behind two of the cards and they said that they saw this problem quite frequently with Pure Kana. *I contacted Pure Kana and they worked with me but kept saying it was the issuer of the card so I said fine. I contacted Capital One last week and asked if they would help me so we processed the order with the same results and then called Pure Kana and they said that the problem was on there end and even though my coupon was expiring that they would honor it and that I would get an email witha case number and everything would be fine. Well no email and when I called them back had never heard of me but offered a new user discount. Obviously the woman just wanted me off the line. Pure Kana is a well known company but they are akso known for doing just this. Please help I am out ** dollars and as a disabled veteran every dollar counts.
