I bought a Groupon for house cleaning from DTC Cleaning services. I reached out to the vendor to schedule my cleaning, provided my information via text and email when they called to confirm. However, I didn't receive any response after contacting them via text, email, and voicemail closer to the scheduled date. Groupon only offered Groupon bucks as a refund due to the voucher being expired. When trying to discuss this with an operator, the conversation felt rushed, and I didn't have a chance to respond to their final decision. I am looking to speak with a live person to address this matter promptly.

I mistakenly bought a movie ticket and now I am seeking a refund. I live alone and do not attend movies, so I am certain I did not purchase a $53 ticket for three people. The charge of $53 caught me off guard. It is concerning to hear that you plan to keep my money despite not providing me with any service or product. Taking money without offering anything in return feels unfair and resembles a scam. I am disappointed that Groupon is handling the situation this way, especially considering the current economic challenges people are facing. I am considering escalating this matter to the movie theater, the Better Business Bureau, and sharing my experience on social media if it is not resolved satisfactorily. I am adamant about getting a refund rather than Groupon credits. Additionally, I have $16.79 in Groupon credits from a previous unsatisfactory experience that I am unable to use. I urge you to address these issues promptly so that I can close my account and avoid future transactions with Groupon.

I recently purchased a carpet cleaning service from Up Right Cleaning and Restoration for five rooms. I contacted the owner a month ago, who directed me to his son to schedule the service. Despite waiting for weeks after his son's promise to contact me, I found out today that the company is going out of business. The son mentioned that Groupon would issue a refund for the service, as they have not received any funds from them. As an 84-year-old customer, I cannot afford to lose the $87.12 I paid for the voucher. I trust in your reputation to honor this refund promptly. I bought a Groupon deal for 4 acupuncture sessions at Lowry Community Acupuncture, but I'm struggling to book them. The only contact method with the provider is through text, and after a brief exchange last night, they stopped responding. I fear I won't be able to redeem the Groupon as the provider is only offering times I already said don't work for me. It seems like these Groupon appointments aren't a priority for them, and they might want to cancel them altogether. I can't find a way to reach out to Groupon for help, and there seems to be no option to exchange the voucher, which is frustrating.

I purchased a whole-house duct and dryer vent cleaning service about a month ago, but it has not been completed yet. Initially, the technician arrived in the evening and tried to upsell me on cleaning the furnace, which I refused. They promised someone would clean the ducts and dryer vent the same day, but no one showed up. After contacting them, they rescheduled but still did not show up as planned. Despite setting up another appointment, they claimed they tried to call but got no answer, which I found confusing. I unfortunately experienced significant issues with an order I placed for chocolate covered strawberries through Groupon. My parents, who were grieving the loss of my grandmother due to COVID, received the strawberries three weeks late, and they were in terrible condition - rotten and wet from melted ice packs. This occurred during a difficult period as I am currently unable to work due to injuries from a car accident. Hello, I have previously reached out regarding the same issue. I had an account with Groupon and have made purchases using it. However, when attempting to log in now, the system indicates that I do not have an account. I am confident that I am using the correct account as it is set on auto-login and is the only one I use. I need guidance on how to rectify this situation or find a workaround if necessary. I attempted to re-register, but the system notified me that the address is already in use. Although I still receive emails from Groupon regarding local offers, I am unable to access my account. The issue arose when the system malfunctioned as I was logged in and trying to make a purchase. I regret to share my disappointing experience with Shades of Bliss massage services. On my first visit, there was a scheduling mix-up, resulting in a delayed and unsatisfactory massage. Despite this, I decided to give them another chance with my second Groupon. Unfortunately, on the day of my appointment, the office was closed as they claimed my appointment was actually for the following week. This incorrect information has left me frustrated and reluctant to revisit their establishment. Hello. I accidentally bought two Groupons from the same company, one for 6 sessions and another for 12 sessions. I only intended to buy the one with 12 sessions and didn't realize the other was still in my cart. The 6-session purchase was promptly refunded as it was a mistake. However, upon trying to schedule an initial consultation, I was informed that I might not be a suitable candidate for the procedure. Furthermore, the provider mentioned he's relocating, making it unlikely for me to complete the 12 sessions I paid for before he moves. Although the provider is willing to refund the 12-session package, they encountered an issue with Groupon due to the earlier refund. I have been trying to follow up with you since early December for the 8th time about my order placed on December 4th for Cerruti [redacted] perfume, which you have charged me for. The status on your website still shows it's in transit. Please either deliver it to my address at 17 Square Jean Bohuon, [redacted] Montreuil sur Ille, or I will have to report this as fraud and theft since I haven't received the order, but you have taken the payment. I have sent you the necessary documents, and I was told it would be sent to me, but there has been no progress. I am running out of patience and will escalate this to the Consumer Dispute Association and even to the presidency of the Republic, which deals with such issues as fraud. Hoping for a prompt response by phone at 06 69 40 68 65, as my husband missed out on his Christmas gift, and I hope he can at least receive his perfume for his birthday in May. In January [redacted], I mistakenly bought duplicate vouchers for Sal's Heating and Cooling. I paid $79.00 for one hour of drain cleaning, using a promo code that brought the total to $49.00. Even though the vouchers are valid until May 9, [redacted], I received an email today saying they were both redeemed on April 29, [redacted]. I haven't used both vouchers yet. I confirmed with Sal's Heating and Cooling that I'll use one on May 4, [redacted], and they suggested changing the service to cleaning both my Furnace and Air Conditioner. I tried to buy a voucher for $63.00, but it processed before I could apply a promo code and payment method. I emailed when I noticed the error, but haven't received a response. Thank you, Gail M. I am a frequent Groupon shopper. Currently, I am wearing a brace on my right arm and hand after elbow surgery. I accidentally bought two vouchers for vitamin/food allergies and deficiencies. I have no need for them since I already consult with an allergist, and I was only browsing out of interest. I quickly tried to get a refund for both vouchers but was only credited for one. Despite multiple attempts, I was unable to return the second voucher. I am in a tough spot as I am out of work for the next four months and really need that money back. I bought a Groupon deal offering 50% off for microblading at Royal Brow in Smyrna, Georgia. I tried calling the company during business hours several times with no answer, so I texted them on their listed number mentioning my Groupon on February 18th. After a delayed response on February 23rd promising to send a link, I followed up on March 4th and was eventually directed to book online for an appointment on April 22nd by paying a $15 deposit fee. However, when I arrived for my appointment, the technician, Mecca, informed me that she couldn't honor the Groupon and suggested waiting until July for the next available Groupon appointment. She offered the same 50% off deal at the time and assured me I could likely get a refund for the unused Groupon. Though I received good service, I am now worried about getting a refund for the Groupon and would appreciate assistance from Groupon in resolving this matter. Thank you.

I bought a coupon for a 2-hour cleaning service from Cozy Maid. My appointment was set for 4/30/21 between 11 am and 1 pm. I got a text saying they couldn't find a cleaner for me on 4/30/21. I tried to reschedule for 5/1/21, but I'm not available then. I tried to cancel or change the date using the auto reply, but the website was not user-friendly, and I couldn't find any support. I won't be using this company again due to issues with cleaners not fulfilling the service. It's frustrating to deal with automated responses and no real customer service. I want a refund. On April 27, my reservation was canceled due to a lack of tables outside. When I tried to reschedule for another day, there were no available dates. Therefore, I am unable to use my coupon. I suspect I am being deceived. The restaurant indeed has tables outside, so they could have honored my coupon. Why was it canceled? The order was refundable within 14 days of purchase. Therefore, unjustly canceling my order based on one of your Groupon business policies means I will not get my money back. Does this seem fair to you? It does not to me. I consider this a scam and believe I am entitled to a refund.

I am extremely frustrated by the experience I had with GOOPON and Kwik Kar on Frankford Rd. Recently, I purchased an oil change voucher from GOOPON, but when my husband and I went to redeem it, the service was not thorough. Despite showing the purchase barcode, they overlooked checking several essential fluids and components in my car. Furthermore, my husband was unexpectedly charged $71 due to an address discrepancy that should have been addressed earlier. This situation is particularly concerning as we now have to forgo medication for my husband who recently underwent open heart surgery. I am urgently requesting a full refund for both transactions to alleviate the financial strain this has caused us.
