Hello, I would like to share my recent experience at Hidden Beauty Gems where I booked an eyebrow microblade/Ombré service for today at noon. Unfortunately, the procedure could not be completed due to technical issues with the needle/ink, despite spending 4 hours there. I left without the service I paid $91 for using my debit card. I am looking forward to receiving an update on the refund process, noting the website mentions a 1-2 day timeframe which I hope includes weekends. Lastly, please confirm the receipt of my email. In December [redacted], I purchased a Groupon for a couples massage at a luxurious spa on Brockton Ave in Riverside. When I called to schedule my appointment, the manager informed me that they were no longer accepting Groupons. She explained that she had tried to contact Groupon to remove the offer, as it was causing them financial losses. Despite my Groupon being valid until April 28, [redacted], she refused to honor it. I bought two Groupons for Canvas on sale. I purchased one picture with the first Groupon without issues. However, when I tried to use the second Groupon for a new order, the merchant discounted the purchase but would not allow me to use it. I contacted customer service about the problem and was provided with options for a refund, but my response email bounced back as undelivered. After reaching out multiple times, the new representative was unhelpful and even seemed condescending. I am seeking a refund for the second Groupon that I couldn't use. If this matter isn't resolved promptly, I will dispute the charges with Visa and provide evidence of my attempts to resolve the issue. I have a history of using Groupons, but I will refrain from making future purchases until this is resolved.

Around three weeks ago, I purchased a Sam's Club card for my wife through Groupon. I never received the confirmation email after the purchase. A few days ago, I purchased another Sam's Club card for myself through Groupon. Just recently, I received the email linked to my wife's card purchase. I requested a refund as we don't need two cards, but Groupon declined to refund it to our credit card. They mentioned issuing the refund in Groupon credit instead. I recently purchased a Groupon for a basic manicure and pedicure from "Larisa Nails" in Las Vegas, NV. I attempted to schedule an appointment by calling multiple times last week but received no response. When I called this morning, a lady answered impolitely and informed me that the earliest available slot is on May 18, which is five weeks away. Despite expressing my disappointment, she rudely replied, "Take it or leave it!". Shocked by her attitude, I reluctantly agreed to the appointment but decided I will not return to this establishment. I acquired a Groupon for Air Purity Specialists but unfortunately, they have not honored their service agreement. Despite having an appointment on January 26th, the technician notified me of car difficulties, causing a delay, and ultimately had to cancel as the issue persisted. I was assured someone would contact me to reschedule, but I never received any further communication. After reaching out on February 28th, the company mentioned being behind schedule due to the recent Texas freeze but admitted that my service should have been rescheduled earlier. Despite my efforts, my concerns were left unresolved, and I have not had any communication from them. Regrettably, based on this experience, I would advise against using their services in the future due to their unprofessional behavior.

I recently made a reservation through Groupon for a hotel in Myrtle Beach for April 9-11, [redacted]. I bought a Groupon voucher for a hairstylist, but didn't hear back until after calling multiple times. The stylist is fully booked for 6 weeks, which doesn't work for me. I placed an order for a sonic toothbrush and masks, but I have been wrongly charged for multiple items that I did not order. My account shows three charges that are incorrect. On 4/09/21, there was a charge of $62.46 and on 4/10/21, another charge for $52.77. The third charge of $63.54 is the only one that corresponds to my actual order. I have reached out to the companies via email to address these unauthorized charges. Additionally, I received two Dastmalchi platinum Elite Sonic toothbrushes although I only ordered one. I tried to cancel my order within the given time frame, but I was unable to get through to a human when calling. The app didn't have an option to cancel because I mistakenly viewed the voucher, not realizing it was a mistake as a new user. The service provider on Groupon advertised two locations, but now due to Covid-19, they are only operating at a location over an hour away. I chose them for their two-location availability, which is no longer the case. I'm seeking a refund of $[redacted].00. I did try to dispute the charge with AmEx, but your company opposed it. I've already secured the services I needed from another provider, no longer requiring this transaction. I find it disappointing that there is no direct customer service contact available, which will impact my decision of using your services again.

I've been a Groupon member for years and recently encountered issues making a purchase at Bonefish Grill in Daytona Beach, FL, using the credit card saved on my account. Despite receiving the voucher, I couldn't complete the transaction after several attempts. When trying to log in later, I kept getting an Error [redacted] message and found out my account was seemingly deleted. Although I can receive emails at my usual address [redacted], I can't access my account as it says it doesn't exist. Customer service suggested I might have used a different email, but I've consistently used the same one. Attempting to create a new account won't work since my email is already in use. I live at a new address in Port Orange, FL, but the recent purchase isn't showing on my credit card statement yet. Any assistance would be appreciated.

I encountered issues from the start with this establishment. Initially, I tried contacting them but received no response despite leaving messages for a callback, which went unreturned. I understand that this delay may be due to COVID-19 disruptions. Eventually, I managed to connect with a representative. I requested a Saturday appointment, but was informed the next available slot was on May 8th, whereas my Groupon voucher expired on May 5th. Subsequently, I asked for a time window during my lunch hour at either 11am or 12pm. However, I was informed that appointments were solely available at 8am and 5pm, necessitating a COVID test and a visit within 3 to 4 days post receiving test results. It seems challenging to promptly schedule an appointment given these constraints.

I have a ticket ID #[redacted][redacted]7 (#[redacted]4). This order was placed in error and I was informed it's non-refundable unless the hotel authorizes it. I contacted Sandy Smith at the hotel on 4/6/[redacted], and she noted the account for the refund. Despite this, Karen S. mentioned in an email on 4/9/[redacted] that the hotel declined the refund. I replied on 4/12/[redacted] but haven't received a response regarding my request to speak to Sandy Smith. Regarding the cancellation policy, the confirmation email mentioned a deadline that had already passed before I even made the order, making it impossible to cancel within the timeframe. Additionally, the fine print indicates no fees for changes, but the hotel's penalty policy was different. I dispute Karen S.'s claim of contacting the hotel on my behalf as I personally spoke to Sandy Smith about the booking error and the agreed refund. Hello! I have a Groupon that the place is overbooked and unable to honor. The Groupon expires on April 16. Since April 6, I have been emailing them to update my Groupon. I have only received a few responses, with the last one agreeing to update it, but I never got the confirmation. Here is a revised version of the email I sent: "Please update my Groupon for Bornagaindoctor/PDO Thread Neck, which expires on April 16, to your acceptance of $[redacted].62. I bought a Groupon on July 27, [redacted] for 5 photo books from Printerpix. I received 3 books without issues but never got the remaining 2 after ordering on October 22. Despite contacting Printerpix via phone, email, and chat, and receiving promises that the books were on their way, they never arrived. Printerpix stated the books were lost in the mail after Christmas, promised to reprint and rush mail them, but they are still missing. Despite multiple attempts each month to follow up, nobody calls back as promised. Despite being assured on March 18 that the books would arrive by month-end, it's now April 16 and there's been no communication from Printerpix. Speaking with Richard, who has promised to follow up, he mentioned production not answering, a frequent excuse. Frustrated that nobody keeps their promises, I just want Groupon to help me get my 2 photo books.

I received a refund last summer but now it seems to have disappeared. Subject: Order Number: [redacted], Microneedling 90 Minutes, unprofessional and unfriendly behavior, service not provided, disrespect towards Groupon. Disregard for Groupon policies by Naturopath Caterina Ammendolen-Damms Dear Groupon Team, Today, on 4/17/[redacted], at 4:00 PM, the Microneedling appointment scheduled with Ms. Ammendolen-Damms was abruptly terminated by her after just 15 minutes. She loudly yelled at me, questioning my expectations for a "cheap Groupon deal," and demanded I leave. Details: The facial local anesthesia was administered without assessing the condition of my skin by her assistant in advance, who admitted upon my inquiry that she was a business student and took the job due to pandemic circumstances. When Mrs. Ammendolen-Damms entered the treatment room, I politely asked if she wanted to examine my current skin condition. In response, she angrily told me to leave immediately, saying I should not expect much from a "cheap Groupon deal," mentioning she had given me an appointment even though her aunt had passed away (she personally scheduled the appointment). There were two other cosmetic clients in the adjacent room (during COVID times). Following this, the young assistant swiftly wiped the local anesthesia off my face. I hurriedly put on my coat, and as I left, Mrs. Ammendolen-Damms shouted that I could break my neck with my "cheap Groupon deal." I was left shocked on the street. I have never encountered such unprofessional behavior in all my life. Upon arriving home 50 minutes later, my face was still numb and cold. I promptly consulted a cosmetics professional who advised me to cleanse my face multiple times with warm water to remove the anesthesia. I then requested Mrs. Ammendolen-Damms in writing to refund the pre-paid amount through Groupon. I kindly ask the Groupon team to transfer the funds back to my PayPal account. Please consider if she is the right Groupon partner (adherence to a code of conduct) for your future collaborations. I fail to understand why she provides services through Groupon if she deems Groupon inferior and cheap, fails to have customers attended by a professional, and resorts to derogatory remarks. Personal life should not affect customer interactions. For a paid and booked service through Groupon, I expect a friendly and professional experience. I recently purchased a Valvoline oil change coupon and encountered an issue with the location selection. Despite choosing the Riverdale, NJ location during the purchase process, the confirmation displayed different locations. On November 25, I mistakenly pressed the shopping cart icon, resulting in the accidental purchase of items totaling $[redacted]. I promptly reached out to the support team via email and also contacted the bank. While the bank temporarily credited the money, they later withdrew it, claiming the purchase was valid. I used the email [redacted] and the now defunct Visa debit card for this transaction. The bank has since issued me a new card with different numbers. Despite my efforts, the issue remains unresolved. I am facing financial difficulties and unemployment, making it crucial to prove my innocence regarding these purchases. Despite multiple attempts, the Groupon department continues to send generic responses, compounding my frustration. I have records from Bank of America that do not provide the necessary assistance.
