I bought a maid service groupon in January ****. It does not expire until * May ****. I tried to sign *into my account and was told that I had the wrong password. I was sent a link to change my password. While doing so, I was cut off (timed out). I was ask to chat with a representative. When was typing my problem, I was cut off (timed out). I would like to redeem my paid for groupon as soon as possible. I don't know what else to do.**I was not given enough time to complete the task that I had to do to sign-in. I took my time because I did not want to make mistakes which I often do at this age. I request that you let the young impatient customer service representatives to have a little patience.
