I haven't used Groupon in a while as my card was hacked last time, resulting in a $[redacted] charge. Recently, a $99.98 charge was detected as fraud by my bank after using Groupon again. I feel hesitant to use my Groupon account now and would like a refund for the charge and all credit balances. I recently purchased a Groupon for a 6-hour cleaning service with Cozy Maid. During the booking process, I was prompted to provide a credit card number in case of additional charges, which made me uncomfortable. Despite this, I proceeded with the booking but was surprised to see a charge of $[redacted] on my credit card - $[redacted] for a mysterious charge and an $11 processing fee. I did not order any additional services, and I am unable to reach customer service as there is no email or phone number provided. I am hesitant to continue with a company that offers no means of communication for issue resolution and am requesting a refund to my credit card rather than Groupon credits. I visited the address specified on the Smogster Groupon. To schedule, I had to pay a $40 deposit using my credit card. When I arrived, they worked on the car but informed me they were no longer associated with the business listed on the Groupon. They transferred my $40 payment to the new shop, resulting in me paying the full price without using my Groupon. I am requesting a refund of the Groupon charge and suggesting that the smog shops update their information to avoid similar situations. It's frustrating to pay $64 instead of the expected $38.

I have been experiencing ongoing issues with Printerpix since October. I bought a Groupon deal in July [redacted] for 5 photo books, each with 40 pages. I have only received 3 of the 5 books I ordered back in October, and despite numerous promises and phone calls from their end, the missing 2 books have yet to arrive. They assured me multiple times that they would follow up, but so far, no resolution has been reached. Today, they even promised that a person named 'Abrem' would call me by the end of the day, but I have heard nothing. These books were meant to be Christmas gifts, and I am concerned that I may never receive them despite the assurances given. Earlier today, my husband and I selected Option 2 during a chat session with Groupon regarding a cleaning service. Despite the promise of a call 48-24 hours prior to our appointment, we never heard from Bubbling Cleaning/Cozy Maid. I was concerned about their legitimacy since they lacked a listed phone number and Better Business Bureau listing. Nevertheless, I appreciate Groupon for canceling the unacknowledged appointment and providing Groupon Bucks. I was disappointed by the experience and feel these businesses may not be trustworthy. In early December [redacted], I purchased several Wheel of Brisbane tickets which I cannot find in my email. Due to losing my job and getting caught up in life, I recently found them but had trouble with my printer. I then ordered more products from Groupon and assumed the coupons I bought would be under my account. Realizing they're time-limited, I feel it's unfair not to extend or renew them especially after spending a significant amount of money. Can you help me address this issue? Regards, Deb

Yesterday afternoon, my husband and I opted for Option 2 to cancel the appointment. We had issues with a company under two names with no contact information, no BBB rating, and no worker contacting us as promised. I contacted Groupon for help regarding Bubbly Cleaning and Cozy Maid legitimacy issues. It was disappointing that the cleaners didn't reach out before the appointment. I appreciate the refund options offered by Groupon. I will discuss this with my husband before deciding on the best course of action since I have doubts about the legitimacy of these businesses. I contacted Groupon in July regarding a terrible experience at Zen Salon in Appleton, WI where I had a manicure. I am seeking a refund due to the subpar service from an uncertified technician who damaged my nails, which is against WI law. Despite leaving a detailed review with photos, I have not received a response. I bought 2 Groupon vouchers for this salon but could only use one. I am requesting refunds for both. I also had a negative experience at Studio R in Menasha, WI last winter. A new employee caused severe skin damage during a Brazilian wax and dermaplaning, leaving me with bleeding and scabbing for 2 weeks. The treatment was not performed properly, as she missed half of my face and did not remove dead skin as intended. The salon owner directed me to seek a refund through Groupon since she was unable to assist. I purchased 2 Brazilian wax and 2 dermaplaning Groupon vouchers, but could only use one of each due to the ordeal. Following my awful experience with the unqualified replacement for my regular esthetician, I am requesting a full refund.

Hi there, Last year, my wife Carla purchased a coupon for a hair cut and style, which she tried to use twice without success due to scheduling conflicts. I purchased a Groupon deal for three truewhite advanced LED light whitening systems in early January [redacted]. Despite redeeming and ordering them, I have not received the products. I have reached out to the company multiple times via email and voicemail but have not received a response. It's frustrating that their support line only allows leaving messages. I'm hoping Groupon can assist me in receiving the items I purchased. I purchased a Materassi e Doghe Silver Prince Mattress through Groupon on 7.9.[redacted]. This mattress was advertised as being extra firm and suitable for back and cervical issues. Unfortunately, after using it for only five months, I have experienced increased low back pain and even developed new ear discomfort due to a significant dip forming where I sleep. This has resulted in severe back pain, which is not acceptable for an extra firm mattress. I am dissatisfied with the product and am seeking a resolution from the brand.

Yesterday, I bought a discount voucher from Groupon for airport transportation with USA Coach Limousine. However, when I tried to book a car on their website, I couldn't use the voucher and had to pay the full price. I had a terrible experience with their website, probably one of the worst. I called their toll-free number ([redacted]) multiple times last evening, but it was always busy. I also tried a local number ([redacted]) with no luck. I intended to use the voucher today for my family, but due to the poor customer service from USA Coach Limo, we couldn't use it and had to make other arrangements to get to the airport. Please refund the $80 I spent on the voucher promptly. Thank you.

I purchased a Mediterranean Food deal from Chickpeas Kitchen in Sacramento on December 2, [redacted]. However, I am currently on the east coast caring for a friend and won't be able to use the Groupon before it expires on April 1, [redacted]. I tried to follow the instructions to convert it to $20 in Groupon Bucks, without success. Can I request a refund to Groupon Bucks instead? I am unable to return to Sacramento to use the voucher, but I am a loyal customer who may purchase it again in the future. Kindly transfer the credit to my Groupon account. This morning, I clicked on the “BUY” button and was surprised to see the total was over $[redacted]. The items in my wish list were added to the $49.99 Groupon I redeemed today, resulting in 3 Valvoline Groupons and 2 for spa services all with the same expiration date. I successfully canceled 3 of them, but received Groupon Bucks instead of a refund to my card, jeopardizing my planned expenses for an eye doctor visit and rent in two days. I'd like the money refunded to my card instead of receiving Groupon Bucks. There are a total of 4 coupons to be refunded, but one says it is "traded," which is unclear to me. Today, March 29, I used the only one of the 5 that I intended to buy. Thank you.

I made a booking for a massage at L&Z Massage for my mother's birthday, but unfortunately, the establishment could not accommodate us as planned. Despite a confirmed appointment, when we arrived at 11:00am, they were not ready for us, which led us to leave by 11:07 due to insufficient staff. We presented our Groupon voucher, and after the staff member contacted her boss, we were informed to expect a call at 2:00pm for the appointment, which never happened. This experience was disappointing, and we are seeking a refund for both my mother's missed appointment and my sister's individual massage that could not be accommodated at the same time.

Regarding order# [redacted], I want to address the issue with the service area falsely claimed as eighty miles from zip code [redacted]. When attempting to contact them, the procedure is frustrating, as only an answering service is available. After waiting for five days, they finally reached out to inform me that it's not within their service range. Despite the fine print's claim, trying to speak to someone directly in their office only leads to more interaction with the answering service. I am considering filing complaints with the BBB and the City of Scottsdale. The communication method of emails is not preferred, and a lack of a direct line of contact is disappointing. I believe Forever Vent does not uphold their own terms effectively. Contact via phone call is preferable, at [redacted]. As for Groupon, their customer service approach is similarly lacking, resorting to email communication while avoiding direct contact.
