I had purchased deals from Glenna at Rejuvenation Spa. I received an email from Groupon stating I was unable to use my Groupons due to circumstances beyond your control. This was not my fault as she moved her service to her home during covid. I should have gotten a refund and NOT Groupon bucks. Please refund the amount on the * Groupons I was unable to use. Please call me if there is a problem with this as I want to get this taken care of. My phone number is ***-***-****. Thank you for your prompt attention in this matter. I like Groupon and want to continue buying Groupons when this issue is resolved.
