I used my CITI card to order and pay for a Sealy mattress. The delivery was attempted, but there were mix-ups with the email address and phone number provided by CRST or Sealy or Groupon. A person named Nathaniel M. claimed we cancelled the order without contacting us. We are puzzled as we were looking forward to receiving our second Sealy mattress from Groupon. The issue seems to involve the Scopes system. When contacting Sealy or Groupon, please refer to the scope number SCP[redacted] and the account reference number [redacted]0. We have neither received the mattress nor had our dispute resolved by Groupon or CITI. We urgently need the mattress for our bedroom. Kindly reach out to us for a resolution. Kenneth S.

Order number [redacted]49 is for a stand-up computer desk which arrived damaged in a box that looked like it had been mishandled by UPS. I have photographed the box as evidence. Unfortunately, the desk itself has chipped, and I am looking to return it for a refund instead of a replacement. I have concerns about my upcoming order for doggie stairs; if shipped via UPS, I fear they may also arrive damaged. I would appreciate a prompt response regarding sending me a return label to return the desk. I am disappointed by the lack of customer support through live communication and the inconvenience of having to pay to resolve issues. I placed an order, made the payment, and patiently waited for it to arrive. Recently, I received an email confirming the shipment with a tracking number. However, when I checked with USPS, it showed the package was delivered to my garage, which is incorrect. I tried to file a claim with USPS, but the information from Groupon was insufficient, hindering the process. I attempted to contact Groupon via phone and chat but was unsuccessful in reaching any agents for assistance. I submitted a request for help through Groupon's Customer Support email but have not received a response. It is disappointing that Groupon's customer service is not readily available to assist in resolving this issue promptly. I urgently needed the items as gifts for an upcoming wedding event. If Groupon cannot provide better customer service, I would like a full refund. As someone with extensive experience in customer service, I understand the importance of addressing customer needs efficiently, especially during these challenging times. Please either ensure the delivery of my order or process a refund so I can purchase an alternative gift for the wedding. Hello, I am Ilisha McCall. Today, on 2/2/21 at 1:29pm and 1:32 pm, I received a call from Michelle, a staff member from flgx Adventure Course, offering me the option to either cancel and get a refund or reschedule my booking for February 6th, [redacted] due to bad weather making the course unsuitable for operation. I asked if I could call back using the same number she reached me on and she confirmed. I called back at 1:38 pm, 1:40 pm, and 1:45 pm but got an after-hours automated response, even though their working hours are from 9 am to 5 pm daily. After emailing my cancellation since no one answered the phone, I was informed that I need to contact Groupon to get a refund. I would appreciate any assistance regarding this matter. I have a Groupon that expired on 6/20/[redacted]. I have attempted to use it multiple times since last year and most recently last week, but the restaurant was closed due to COVID-19. I handed over the expired Groupon last Sunday, and the restaurant suggested I contact Groupon to have it reissued. They are unable to assist with this, so I am reaching out to see if Groupon could renew or reissue the voucher so I can use it at the Old Orchard Inn. I am eager to return to the restaurant soon as I really enjoy it there. Please advise on how to proceed. Thank you for your help.

I bought two Groupons for a tandem skydive at Skydiving Land on 2/3/[redacted], with order #1[redacted]85-[redacted]. The Groupon advertised the location at [redacted] Paul Buchman Highway, Plant City, Florida, [redacted]. I later found out from Skydiving Land that this location is closed and the Groupon can be used in Fort Wales, Florida. I want a refund because I can't travel to Fort Wales, and this wasn't the location I initially purchased. Despite trying to reach customer support through the app without success, I am unable to get through via phone as well. Please assist me with this matter.

I recently ordered a product for $10, used the correct Groupon code, filled in my information, and provided my credit card details. Upon checking out on the merchant's website, I was surprised to see the bill was over $60. Instead, I was expecting to pay just $10 plus a small shipping charge. Now, I'm having trouble finding my voucher or order number due to the multiple windows I had to open to address this issue. I purchased a Groupon voucher for services at Derenda's Voila! Salon Suite and have been trying to schedule an appointment since Monday. I left messages, filled out their online booking form, and called multiple times but received no response. Feeling frustrated, I left a message today expressing my disappointment and intention to notify Groupon. Surprisingly, thirty minutes later, I received a call back from Derenda, who offered limited availability next week. Only after mentioning Groupon did she respond. I am dissatisfied with this experience and will not be pursuing services with them any further. I feel it's important to share my experience with others.

Good morning, Today, after the aesthetic center in question had to reschedule due to the lockdown and COVID, I managed to have my first session. Apart from the rudeness of the center's owner, I kindly request a refund, even if only partial, as she mentioned she won't be able to provide the second session before the deadline of 26/02 (which, in my opinion, is related to the activation of the coupon and not the actual sessions, as is customary in other offers). She claimed she couldn't do anything and considered the coupon closed after today's first session, which was only disclosed to me at the end of the session, not before, or else I wouldn't have proceeded. Hello, I purchased a mattress protector and two duvet sets - one king and one double in seersucker check ochre after Christmas. I was pleased with them and placed another order on January 21st for another mattress protector and both bed sets in grey check. When I unpacked to wash the bedding, I discovered a large stain on the king size duvet, which I managed to remove, and realized the double duvet had misaligned studs. This prompted me to check the mattress cover, which I found to be ripped near the elastic. I wonder if these items are irregulars, as the previous ones I bought were fine. I have retained the packaging for the cover but washed the bedding. Could you advise on how to proceed? I would appreciate a replacement for the damaged mattress cover. Thank you for your assistance. I purchased a voucher for headlight restoration from a company that offers a mobile service. I have used their services in the past when they came to me. I recently discovered, right before my appointment, that they are not mobile anymore. I now have to travel 40 miles to reach them, which was not communicated to me during our conversations over three days even after providing my address. I am in the process of seeking a refund and believe they should be responsible for misleading advertising and poor customer service.

I am having trouble redeeming my Groupon for the IRock, IFly, and Flowrider services. The website does not allow me to book using the Groupon for the available times. Despite attempting live chat support, the issue remains unresolved and the chat was disconnected. I wish to schedule the Groupon before it expires, however, the website is hindering this process. I have viewed the Groupon, causing it to show as used. The expiration date has not been extended despite the pandemic, which I find confusing. I would appreciate an extension of the expiration date or an exchange for a usable service before it expires. Whilst I understand this deviates from the standard exchange policy, the circumstances preventing me from using it prior to expiration are beyond my control. Therefore, I believe an exception should be made in this case.

At the end of December, I ordered the perfume Scotch & Soda Barfly EDT 100ml for 42.98€ from your website. Unfortunately, the perfume has not arrived yet. I am seeking assistance regarding an issue with a hotel stay I recently booked. The hotel did not meet the expectations set by their reviews. They lacked amenities such as breakfast, and the environment was unpleasant with cold hallways and pool area, as well as subpar room conditions including cigarette burns on the bedding. After expressing my dissatisfaction to the staff, I was advised to check out without any promise of a refund. I proceeded to book another hotel at Holiday Inn, which was a better experience. I have been communicating with a customer service agent for almost a week now, trying to obtain a refund in the form of Groupon bucks totaling almost $[redacted]. The limitations on spending these Groupon bucks are problematic, and I simply want a monetary refund instead. The current situation is frustrating and I hope to resolve it promptly.

I purchased an oil change voucher from Valvoline, but I couldn't make a copy as I don't have a copier, and somehow the original voucher has disappeared from my emails. The voucher expires on Feb 12, and I urgently need to get my car's oil changed. I contacted Valvoline in Woodbridge, VA, and they informed me that they require the actual voucher. I recently purchased a pair of green and black boots from Groupon. After receiving them, I noticed several defects such as bubbles, a tear on the top of the left boot, and dents in the rubber. These flaws make the boots unwearable. I have contacted customer service both here and through the merchant's website to resolve the issue without any response.
