Order Number [redacted] Date: 25/11/[redacted] I purchased a 6.5L Slow Cooker, but unfortunately, it never arrived. Despite waiting until the 23rd of December, it did not show up, so I had to purchase a similar item from Argos as a Christmas present. I tracked the item, but it did not show as in transit or delivered on the Hermes site. Strangely, it is marked as delivered on My Groupon, which is incorrect. All my other items were delivered without issues. I would appreciate your assistance with this matter. Thank you. Gail B.

Hello, Before placing an order, I noticed that you charge for account creation, so I opted not to proceed. However, I realized that the order was still processed. I made the purchase as a guest, but I am facing issues with my email address since it's linked to my old email, which I am unable to access. I would like to request the cancellation of my account with your company. I am displeased that the purchase was completed even though I decided against it. I recently purchased 2 chocolate hampers from JLB Hampers through Groupon and was hoping for a safe transaction. However, my orders have not arrived, and I am concerned about the refund process and the lack of communication from both JLB and Groupon. I have tried reaching out to JLB and Groupon multiple times using the numbers 24SNGAQKBZ IN10343 and 24EKGZYS9 IN10349, but have not received a satisfactory response. It appears that JLB has not been operating since [redacted], raising questions about why Groupon continues to sponsor them. As a retiree, losing £34.98 is a significant amount for me, and I expect Groupon to take responsibility for the situation.

I purchased a Groupon deal for 2 pillow covers from Qualtry in November [redacted]. Despite following the instructions on the website, the price was not adjusted at checkout as indicated. Instead of the expected $15 for shipping, I was charged $54. I attempted to cancel immediately, but the order was marked undeliverable. I reached out to Qualtry for assistance, and they requested a code which I did not receive after redeeming online. I am seeking to have the pricing issue resolved, and Qualtry has mentioned they can adjust it once I provide the code from Groupon. I received the two pillow covers but still need to pass on the code to Qualtry for correction. I have tried contacting via email without success. I purchased 4 NFL Aprons with Chef hats, but I received 11 of them instead. I have been trying to return the extra items and get a refund for the ones I did not request. The vendor somehow sent me more than I intended to buy, and I am unable to return them according to the website. This is frustrating as I remember having trouble placing the order initially, which might have caused this mix-up. It's disappointing to be unable to get a refund for items I never wanted in the first place. This experience has left me dissatisfied and hesitant to shop through Groupon again. I purchased a 26-week subscription to the NY Post through Groupon this morning using voucher GRP-5cb-[redacted]-0c1 and Order #[redacted] for $70. When I attempted to redeem the voucher, I was informed by NY Post that I was not eligible as it was for new customers only, despite my last subscription being over 3 years ago. The NY Post representative advised me to contact Groupon for a refund. I spoke with a Groupon agent named Reddyprakash S. around 9:30 AM, who explained that they could not issue a refund as the terms specified 'new customers only.' I am requesting a refund of $70 to my card as I have not used the voucher for any purchase. If this matter cannot be resolved, I will have to contact my credit card company. On January 9th at 2:15 pm, I was informed that my parcel with tracking number JD[redacted][redacted], shipped by Yodel, was delivered and signed for at my address. When I contacted Yodel about not receiving the parcel, they admitted that the driver delivered it to the wrong address. No one is taking responsibility for this mistake, and as a loyal customer of Groupon, I am disappointed. I will refrain from making further purchases on Groupon until this issue is resolved. I am urgently seeking either a replacement for my parcel or information on its current location for retrieval. Despite sending several emails, I have had no success in resolving this matter. I placed an order on Groupon on December 3, [redacted], for 2 large model carts, but I have not received any updates since then. Order number: [redacted] [redacted] [redacted], Tracking number: CPR AK0 [redacted] [redacted] [redacted]. The carrier's website, "ColisPrives," has shown the status as "in transit" since December 3. Due to the notification being received by the carrier but not the package, no claims can be made. After 3 weeks of searching online, I couldn't find any contact information for Groupon's customer service. I sent a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to Groupon's headquarters in Dublin, but I haven't received a response. I tried 3 phone numbers, 2 didn't answer, the third one seemed promising. However, it led me to a voicemail explaining that Groupon employees work remotely and the company doesn't provide a phone service for each employee, preventing them from receiving messages, even though they are connected to the internet. I am at a loss on how to reach them. Finally, I am turning to your platform for assistance.

I bought three sessions of RF cavitation treatment using the Groupon code VS-ZWKT-BZ7K-RC3Z-4PK4 and Security Code 5A3ZE69F88. When I called on January 13, [redacted], to schedule, I was instructed to do so through Facebook. Despite explaining that I don't have Facebook and that the voucher instructed me to call for booking, I was asked to text my booking request. After receiving no response, I followed up on January 15, [redacted], for confirmation and was asked for my last name and security code. I provided this information on January 16, [redacted]. Recently, I was asked to choose a time through Facebook and to provide the full security code, to which I responded once more that I don't have Facebook. I reiterated my security code and requested a refund. Upon doing so, I was advised to seek a refund from the original company. Although I tried to request a refund through the app, I was unable to, and the voucher shows it as redeemed on January 19, [redacted]. I have not used the voucher, and I'm yet to confirm a booking. I am seeking a prompt refund.

I am a 68-year-old and received a Groupon voucher for an Essential Car Detail as a gift from my son last Christmas. Due to Covid-19 restrictions and the governor's orders in Georgia, I have been unable to use it. Despite my attempts to contact the company using the phone number provided on the Groupon voucher on four separate occasions, I have not been successful. The phone line now indicates it's not accepting calls. With no physical address available, I'm unsure how to redeem my voucher. I am a massage therapist seeking to reschedule my appointment. I have been disappointed by the lack of communication from the business owner. Despite multiple phone calls and emails, I did not receive a response. I contacted an affiliated location, Evolve Strength of Edmonton, with available massage services at three different sites. When trying to reschedule my appointment, I mentioned I purchased the service through Groupon. The person I spoke to assured me they would pass on my request. Shortly after ending the call, I received a text message reprimanding me for contacting different locations. This unprofessional response has made me reconsider receiving a massage from this establishment. Regarding your email dated Jan. 25, [redacted], titled "Your deal expires soon: Career Academy," I can't redeem it because there is no redeem button at the "Groupon Training Software" site. Additionally, I am having trouble updating the "Microsoft [redacted] Administration Basics" as attached. I purchased the program, but it is outdated and the update is not working. I'm very frustrated. Please resolve this issue promptly or provide a refund.

I placed an order for CBD gummies with Prepper Stuff LLC on 1/10/[redacted] but have yet to receive my items. After contacting Postal Serve, I was told the tracking number provided is invalid (Tracking# [redacted][redacted]6) and filed a Service Request for Post Office # [redacted]3. My credit card was charged $42.39 on the same day as the order. Despite being a regular Groupon user, I can't find any information about Prepper Stuff, LLC. I worry about being scammed out of my money. Prepper Stuff LLC only responded once via email, claiming a delay by USPS. However, subsequent emails requesting a refund have been ignored. I feel let down by Groupon and will seek an alternate seller if this isn't resolved. The Postal Service blames the issue on the sender mishandling the package. I received my latest shirt today, which was another "Black History ***" shirt, but I have already received that one. My order number is **********. The shirts I have received so far are: "Black History ***", "Dream LIKE MARTIN, Lead LIKE HARRIET, Challenge LIKE ROSA, Fight like MALCOLM." I am expecting the shirt that says: "I AM BLACK HISTORY." However, I noticed in "my stuff" that the same shirts have been ordered three times. If I mistakenly ordered them multiple times, please issue a refund. I encountered an issue with my Groupons as the merchant redeemed them before the expiration date without my knowledge. Although the expiration was January 14, [redacted], they were used on January 2, [redacted]. I reached out to the merchant, explaining that I bought the Groupon with my debit card under the name Yolanda Myles, not Yolanda Wyatt as my account indicated. The merchant informed me that Groupon requested proof of my identity as Yolanda Wyatt. I provided my bank statement and credit card information showing the purchase, as well as two forms of ID. Despite the evidence, only a partial refund was given for two redeemed Groupons by the merchant. They advised me to resolve the discrepancy with Groupon due to the name difference. I updated my account information on January 25, [redacted], to avoid similar issues in the future. I would appreciate a refund for Groupon #[redacted], purchased on July 17, [redacted], and redeemed prematurely on January 2, [redacted], before its expiration on January 14, [redacted]. Thank you.

I purchased a Groupon voucher on January 8, [redacted], for J&S Auto in Warwick, Rhode Island, for $34. Unfortunately, the garage was too busy to service my car within a reasonable time frame due to a high volume of customers. I had to cancel my order after finding out I had covid-19. I received an email confirming the refund process and was assured my money would be back in my account within 48 hours, possibly up to 10 days, by January 11. However, it's now the end of the month, well past the promised timeframe, and the money has not been returned. I am frustrated and considering contacting the Better Business Bureau as this delay is unacceptable. It has been over 20 days since the refund was supposed to be processed, and my money is still not back in my account.
