I have a Groupon voucher worth $40 for 800baskets.com. I've had difficulty placing an order despite multiple attempts due to poor customer service. As my voucher is close to expiration, I would like a refund. My Groupon code is VS-RBTM-LGBG-R1MC-51CY, and another code I have is 49ZGKCPV. I encountered account troubles in November [redacted] that claimed my email address was incorrect, which was not the case. I bought a faulty item from Groupon during that month, but they denied my account existed at that time. I have evidence from my banking app confirming at least four purchases within that period. Despite contacting live support multiple times, they were unhelpful, insisting I never had a Groupon account. I reserved two rooms for a three-night stay at the Show Boat in Atlantic. We checked in on Wednesday, December 23, [redacted]. Upon returning to Room [redacted] after dinner, my grand daughter spotted a mouse behind the bed, which made us uneasy. Despite not finding any visible holes, the next morning, another mouse was seen behind the dresser near the mini refrigerator. Unwilling to stay in a room with rodents during a pandemic, I promptly informed the front desk, checked out, and relocated to another hotel. I am seeking a full refund to my credit card for this unpleasant experience.

I have encountered an issue with my recent Groupon orders that show as 'shipped' but according to USPS, they do not exist. The orders in question are: 1. Order # [redacted] from Dearlovers: 5 Pairs Women's Wool Cashmere Socks 2. Order # [redacted] from JVINI: 4 Pack Women's Ultra-Soft Warm Fleece Lined Solid Leggings USPS claims that shipping orders were created but the items were never given to them for delivery. As a result, I am unable to return items that were never shipped. These were intended as Christmas presents, and I had to purchase replacements elsewhere. I am seeking a refund for these orders. I purchased a Groupon for Christine’s Day Spa, but it seems like they have gone out of business. I have been trying to contact them multiple times at [redacted], but their mailbox is full. When I visited the spa in person, it was closed. I was hoping to treat a friend to a spa day before Christmas as a farewell gift, but unfortunately, that plan fell through. I bought a Groupon for two Shutterfly calendars - one for one calendar and another for two calendars. I've been having trouble customizing them with photos and backgrounds due to persistent error messages. I've been a Shutterfly user for years, so I'm not sure why this is happening. Groupon refunded one calendar purchase, but I'm still waiting for refunds on the other two. I'd appreciate assistance in getting refunds for all the calendars. Thank you.

I purchased two $7 pizza vouchers from Toarminas. Initially, I tried to apply a $5 voucher to bring the total to $9, but the purchase button kept spinning. It seems there was a glitch, as I inadvertently made a second purchase without the voucher, totaling $14. Trying to rectify this, I managed to trade in one voucher but mistakenly "looked at" the second voucher, so it’s now non-refundable. After some back and forth, I was able to purchase two $7 vouchers for $14, applying the trade-in and using $3.50 of my original $5 credit. I need to review a breakdown of the charges, as I am unsure how much I was billed without checking my credit card. I am interested in speaking with someone. Do you have a Groupon customer service phone number available?

I recently purchased 2 sets of Boldking razor blades for €13.98 each. The purchase number is 1[redacted]47-[redacted], made on December 27, [redacted]. I bought this after receiving a reminder from Groupon about it. I tried to place the order with Boldking using the 2 Groupon codes and immediately saw on their website that I couldn't get the discount because it wasn't my first purchase with Boldking. I bought an online pet first aid course from your website. I actually bought two of the same course - one for myself and one as a gift for a friend. The gift was supposed to be sent to her via email on 25th December, but she has not received it yet. I would like to know why she hasn't received it and request that the purchased voucher be emailed to her as soon as possible. This is the third time I've had an issue with undelivered items from your company in the past month alone. I bought 3 Deluxe packages of Scottish Lord or Lady Decorative Titles and 3 German Nobility Titles with order number 1[redacted]70-[redacted]. However, when I check the vouchers, I only see two for each. Please provide me with the additional vouchers I paid for. Another issue is with the Scottish title. When I try to redeem it, the full price is higher than what was listed on Groupon. Groupon showed $51, but the redemption site lists it as $62. I was charged $51 but now I have to pay an extra $11 to redeem the title.

I am disappointed with my recent order. I purchased hats for $1.99 each, receiving a total of 7. What surprised me was the shipping cost, which was $8.99 for each hat. I ended up paying $63.00 for shipping all items in one small package, which seems excessive. I have been a long-time customer and usually have a great experience with Groupon. However, the quality of the nightstand tables I received in the same order is poor. The finishing is incomplete, the paint job is sloppy, the size is smaller than expected, and the drawers lack proper support. I am dissatisfied with this purchase and hope for a resolution. I recently purchased several items for Christmas, but only one has arrived. Tracking information shows that 5 items were supposedly delivered on December 9th, while 2 are still in transit with a supposed delivery date of December 12th that has passed. Out of the 11 items ordered, I have received only 3. This has been my first experience ordering from Groupon, and unfortunately, it has been quite disappointing. I have tried to contact customer service without success. I have been a loyal customer for many years, but this experience has made me reconsider. It's frustrating that the gifts I planned to give to my family members never arrived, leaving me with only 3 presents. I would appreciate a refund or credit on my account to resolve this issue. The missing items include 2 Italian sterling silver necklaces, 1 Italian sterling silver necklace, 2 motivational tag necklaces, and 2 LCD digital non-contact thermometers. I frequently receive Groupon offers that are irrelevant and unattainable. The US/Canada border closure has rendered these offers impractical. Sam's Club in Canada closed down years ago, making the store vouchers irrelevant. Groupon keeps sending me magazine offers that are not valid in Canada. I am not able to fulfill offers for Buffalo cigars or trips to places like the Finger Lakes due to restrictions. If these issues cannot be resolved, please close my account. I recently bought an oil service voucher from Pit Stop Oil Change Center intending to use it within the 6 months timeframe allowed. However, upon visiting the center with my cars, I was informed of a rule change preventing me from redeeming the vouchers as previously done. This was not the condition I agreed to upon purchasing. Despite being informed that Groupon is aware of this change, I received no prior notification. I am dissatisfied with the owner's response, and I am considering not returning to this establishment. I hope to find a resolution, possibly a refund, as I am disappointed in the inconvenience and the feeling of wasting money after going through the trouble of seeking out a discount.

I have a Groupon for a service at Thomas Sloanaker Salon Studio. I scheduled an appointment online this morning as it seemed to be the only way to reach them. To secure the appointment, I had to pay $1. However, later in the day, I became unsure about it. I tried calling them multiple times to cancel, but they did not answer the phone. After checking their website, I found out that if I cancel within 24 hours, they charge $37.50. I am extremely frustrated with this policy and feel they are taking advantage of customers. It's disappointing to see a business operate in such a manner. Now, I am faced with the choice of canceling and paying $37.50 or not showing up and being charged $75. This situation has left me feeling quite upset.
