I ordered 2 sets of walkie talkies for my grandsons, but only one set arrived and the side torch doesn't work on one of them. The other set never arrived. I tried to contact customer service and spoke with someone named Vasanth N., but I'm not sure if she received all my replies. The contact number she provided is not working properly. Hello, my name is Lori. I recently made a purchase of 5 pieces of jewelry from Groupon. Unfortunately, I have only received 2 out of the 5 items I ordered. I am facing issues accessing the site to track my remaining items as I could previously. I have order numbers and tracking details, but I am unable to log in and check on the delivery status. I bought a Sam's Club membership on November 20, [redacted], and my credit card was charged $35.00 for order number [redacted]. I have a redemption code for the purchase but can't redeem it on the website. The local Sam's Club customer service couldn't assist. I am disappointed that I can't access my account even though I am using the correct login information. GroupOn claims I have no account. How can I be charged if there is no account? I feel confused and frustrated. I regret not signing up directly at Sam's Club. I am seeking a refund to my credit card as this issue remains unresolved. Feeling let down :(

I utilized PayPal to make a payment of $21.25 for a Black Friday special on a chimney cleaning service. However, I have not received any confirmation regarding the deal. Though PayPal stated the order was pending, I just noticed that the $21.25 has been deducted from my account without any communication from the chimney cleaning service. I am eager to either schedule the chimney cleaning or request a refund of the payment. Thank you. It just occurred to me that this is not the Groupon platform. On November 24th, [redacted], I placed an order for an angel wing photo necklace, a best friends necklace, and a men’s multi woven leather bracelet. I have received the items mentioned above. Subsequently, on December 11th, [redacted], I ordered a Joni men’s multi-purpose bag and a self-heating knee support, but these have not been delivered yet. The tracking information for all items states they are still in transit. I am concerned whether they will arrive before Christmas as they are intended as gifts.

I purchased multiple items at the same time, and while one of the parcels arrived, the second one did not. My tracking number [redacted][redacted] for the Pieridae Ombre Velvet Touch double duvet cover indicates delivery, but the photo shown is of a different large box, not a duvet cover. It seems like the item was falsely marked as delivered, skipping a step in the process. I have been unable to reach Hermes by phone or email. I paid £19.95 for the duvet cover and cannot afford to lose that amount. The tracking status claims it was left in a safe place as per my instructions, which is inaccurate as I rarely leave my home, and I have thoroughly checked all possible hiding spots like behind the rubbish bins.

I received my order, but unfortunately, it arrived broken. I had trouble accessing the refund form on my phone. I have reached out to Groupon through resolver but have not received any response yet. I am seeking a refund for the damaged angel wing locket I ordered, with Order number [redacted]. The total amount paid was 5.48, including postage, and I would like to have this refunded. The locket was meant to be a Christmas gift for a colleague, and due to the damage, I had to purchase an alternative gift. Hello, I ordered a pair of earrings with stellux crystals on December 6, [redacted]. The order number is #1[redacted]84-[redacted]. According to the tracking information, my earrings were supposedly delivered to my mailbox or received, but I have not received anything. I went to the post office where I was informed that the tracking number for my order, which is 2L[redacted]8, was actually delivered to a lady in the Eure department while I am located in Bouches-du-Rhône. Good afternoon. I am reaching out regarding an electric scooter order I placed with the order number 1[redacted]71-[redacted] on November 29, [redacted]. It has been frustrating to discover nearly three weeks later that the scooter is unavailable after being told it was in stock during the order. I understand that a credit is an option, but I urgently request a full refund as this was meant to be a Christmas gift for my son. As the holiday approaches, I will need the refund promptly to seek another gift elsewhere.

I ordered 5-6 pairs of slippers in November. Unfortunately, my order never arrived. I began tracking it on December 8, [redacted], and it showed delivery to the U.S. On December 11, the system indicated it was still in transit to Louisiana. Today, I checked and found out the packages made it to Louisiana but then were returned. I'm concerned and would like to know what steps will be taken. If the packages are not sent back, I would like a refund. If an alternative address is necessary, please send the packages to [redacted] Robert St. New Orleans, LA [redacted]. On 12/15/20, I tried to buy a Groupon for a one-week medically supervised weight loss program for $[redacted] and did not intend to buy the 30-day Ultra Slim with 4 cavitation for $[redacted]. Unfortunately, my card was charged a total of $[redacted], which was disappointing. I attempted to get a refund for the $[redacted] purchase, but it was only refunded as Groupon credit. I ordered items from your company but have not received them. The postal service informed me that they only received a ripped shipping label, not the package. On October 29, [redacted], I purchased three Multi-Tier Bamboo Plant Stands for $[redacted].00 with an additional $9.95 for shipping, totaling $[redacted].95. The payment was made to Groupon Australia on October 30, [redacted]. However, when I received the parcel on December 16, [redacted], it only contained two stands instead of the three I ordered. The label on the parcel indicated it should contain two stands. I am kindly requesting a refund of $[redacted].00, which covers the cost of the two stands I received and the shipping fee. In April [redacted], I was double-charged by Groupon, and after filing a dispute with Citibank, the issue was resolved with a credit of $25.58 from Groupon. However, on December 1, [redacted], a mistake led to the charge being reversed and again charged to me. Citibank cannot reverse the payment to Groupon, leaving Groupon with an extra $25.58. I am unsure how to address this matter as it needs to be resolved by Groupon. I am looking for guidance on who to contact and how to reach a person to rectify this situation.

I've been in touch with Groupon multiple times about the mattress I ordered on November 18th. However, I still haven't received it or been informed about the delay. I'm getting impatient and really want this sorted out. Can you please look into the status of my order and confirm if I'll receive it before Christmas? If not, I would prefer a full refund as I've already waited for quite some time.

Hello. I placed two separate orders for the same product to go to two different addresses. One order has arrived five days ago, but the other has not yet been delivered. Unfortunately, neither order has up-to-date tracking information on your website. The first order was placed on December 07, [redacted], with Order # [redacted]11; however, it also seems that there is a second order number, so here is the other one: Order #: [redacted]29. The delivery address for the undelivered order is 6 Kings Avenue, Muswell Hill, London, N10 1PB, for recipient J. Muttock. The item is a hula hoop. I bought a voucher for $39.00 ([redacted]0) from Carpet Boss about 1.5 to 2 weeks ago. The deal was for two rooms, each up to [redacted] square feet. Upon contacting them to schedule, I was surprised by additional fees not mentioned before: a $35.00 sanitizing fee due to COVID, charges for accessing apartment buildings (citing common access complications), and a $49.00 fee per room for stain removal. The new total cost amounted to $[redacted].00, which was not disclosed during the voucher purchase. Despite scheduling two appointments, they failed to show up. I have requested a refund from the company at this point.

I recently made purchases and later canceled subscriptions for the St. Pete Times, only to discover that I no longer qualify due to being a previous customer. Subsequently, I canceled my order upon learning this information. Despite my attempts following the provided video instructions, I was unable to locate the view voucher needed to obtain the $25 Sam's Club membership code. I have retracted all my purchases to avoid charges on my credit card. I am still interested in obtaining the Sam's Club membership and would appreciate assistance with this matter.
