I recently ordered a Brave Man suit but received a classic fit instead of the slim fit I intended. I reached out for a return inquiry and was assigned Untitled ticket [redacted]9. I received a response acknowledging my message and was informed that a customer support representative would be in touch within 24 business hours. Despite no further communication on returning the classic fit, after a week, I decided to place an order for the slim fit. I also replied to the initial message stating our need for assistance on the return procedure for the classic fit. Regrettably, many days have gone by without receiving any follow-up or guidance. I purchased voucher 6V[redacted]6 with the code VS-TYXP-KkS6-4KK9-9B76. Please issue a refund as soon as possible. The hairdresser I booked with cancelled my appointment last minute and claimed they are not accepting Groupon vouchers until February 1st. This situation is unacceptable. I've had a negative experience previously with a canceled Indian dinner voucher in Rose Bay due to COVID restrictions. Kindly process the refund promptly so I can have my hair done in time for Christmas.

I am seeking a refund for a deal I purchased for two 60-minute Swedish Massages at Chiropractic Studio in La Quinta, CA. I canceled my appointment due to Covid-19 in July [redacted]. While the coupon's expiration date was extended to 12/30/20, with the current Stay at Home order reinstated in California as of 12/7/20, my husband and I are not comfortable receiving massages until it is safer to do so. I bought three shirts for approximately $35, but my total charged was $60. I did not expect my order to double in price, especially without transparency on shipping costs or confirmation emails providing the breakdown. The order number is [redacted]. I purchased a Groupon voucher for 1ml of Derma filler as a gift for my wife. The Voucher Code is: VS-CKVS-TGVH-K66K-69TW. When I contacted the provider, I explained that my wife has a hearing impairment, and they declined to provide the service without her speaking directly. I attempted to request a refund through Groupon AU, but the website was not functioning correctly and requested a payment ID that does not exist on the voucher. I urgently need the refund to purchase another gift elsewhere. I am stuck on the Groupon Customer Support page where it states that I have not made any purchases yet. Hello! I received a Groupon voucher with the number 2888DC2998 on 11.12.[redacted]. I planned to redeem it in the spring, but then the lockdown happened. Due to health reasons, I also did not want to go to the hairdresser in recent months. Now, just before the voucher expires, an employee from Miro Haarkunst informed me that they haven't been working with Groupon since March [redacted]. Hello, I hope you're well. On Friday, December 4th, I was surprised to receive an email confirmation for a Groupon purchase that I did not authorize. When I attempted to report this issue, the refund was processed but in Groupon credits, which was not the refund I was expecting. I recently tried to purchase some hats from Royal Brodiuour on sale for $1.99 each with $8.95 for shipping. However, upon checking my cart, I noticed they charged me $8.95 for shipping per hat instead of for all items. I couldn't find their contact details to address this issue. To my surprise, they even charged my bank account twice for the transaction. I never planned on buying the hats due to the surprise shipping costs. It felt deceptive how they charged me immediately. Due to my spouse testing positive for Covid, we are unable to travel to Orlando from Bogota as planned. We are now quarantined and will not be able to enjoy our stay at the Mystic Dunes Resort and Golf Course in Celebration, FL from Dec. 8th to Dec. 15th using order #[redacted]. I bought a Sam's Club membership for $25 but had trouble redeeming the coupon as my email was already in their system from a previous membership. The associate explained that since I had been a member before, the coupon was only for new customers. Now I am stuck with a coupon that says "redeemed," even though I could not use it. They refused to give me a refund and suggested I contact Groupon. Can someone please assist me with this issue? It has been a nightmare.

I bought a Groupon for a 90-minute massage at Kneading To Heel in October. I've tried calling multiple times over the last three weeks to schedule but haven't received a call back. Their voicemail states they're fully booked until December, and my Groupon expires in mid-February. I doubt I'll get my massage before then. Their lack of response is frustrating, and I've expressed my dissatisfaction in a message as well. I'm considering canceling the Groupon and getting one for a different place that answers calls promptly. When I tried to do so, I was informed that viewing the Groupon made it ineligible for a trade-in. It's frustrating, as I have a medical condition causing severe pain, and all I want is some relief. Hello, I am getting in touch via this email because on November 28, [redacted], I ordered 5 boxes of makeup on your website GROUPON: "Vanity Makeup Urban Beauty, 60 pieces" and in each makeup box, there are pieces broken, reduced to powder! I am requesting a refund for the 5 boxes so that I can return them to your warehouse because I cannot use them or give them as gifts for Christmas! It is unacceptable that all 5 boxes have one or more broken pieces! I have taken photos of the damaged boxes. Good morning, I have purchased 2 vouchers for a lash studio for my friend and me. We have been trying to schedule an appointment, but the customer service at this studio is terrible. We couldn't reach an agreement, and they scheduled us for January 15th while talking to another customer in person for next week, stating they have no more appointments available. We would like to request a refund or at least Groupon credit because there is another voucher at the same price that we would rather purchase. I responded to an ad regarding investing in Amazon. A call came asking for money before opening an account. I paid £[redacted].
