Order # [redacted], Flow Moves in GA. I redeemed the order and scheduled an appointment for November 21st at 2 pm. Unfortunately, a family emergency arose, and I had to reschedule. Despite calling and emailing them, I received no response. My friend waited for the movers on the rescheduled date, but they never showed up. No calls or emails from them either. A disappointing experience overall. I am requesting a refund as the service was not utilized.

I made a hotel reservation via Groupon, but my Groupon account is connected to my Facebook account, which is linked to an outdated email address. Unfortunately, Groupon automatically sent the booking confirmation to this outdated email without asking for an updated one. I am seeking advice on how to update my email address in my Groupon account so that future communications, like confirmations for my upcoming trip, are sent to the correct email.

I purchased a Shellac nails deal in October to use for Christmas. Regrettably, the salon professional presently has Covid and won't be able to honor my voucher. She is also dealing with cancer and doubts she will return before my voucher expires on February 3rd. As a nurse, I can only fit this in during the Christmas break and will be focused on administering the Covid vaccine in the New Year, making it impossible to schedule my nail appointment. May I kindly request a refund? Thank you.

I recently thought I had booked a Groupon deal for a two-night stay at a hotel in NH. However, the payment did not process, possibly due to restrictions on my work computer. Consequently, I contacted the hotel directly to secure one night with my credit card and planned to pay for the second night upon arrival. I am requesting a refund for two advanced medical certification CPR classes that were purchased. My employer informed me they could not be accepted and advised me to investigate further. After verifying, I discovered that these certifications are not endorsed by the AHA. When attempting to communicate with the company, they offered a gift card instead of a refund, leading me to suspect potential credit card fraud. Despite my efforts to reach out to Groupon, I have been unsuccessful. It is crucial that these certifications be removed from Groupon as they do not have AHA support and inaccurately claim hospitals should recognize their credentials.

I accidentally made multiple purchases on Groupon through Paypal instead of just one. I intended to buy two necklaces at $12.99 each, one in silver and one in gold, totaling $31.47 with tax and shipping. However, I mistakenly placed additional orders - one for $31.47 and another for $17.83 for one necklace. Without immediate email confirmations from Groupon or Paypal, I thought my initial order didn't go through. I am struggling to reach Groupon's customer service for help. I only want to receive the two necklaces I initially ordered (silver and gold) and request a refund to Paypal for $31.47 and $17.83, not in Groupon credit.

I purchased a $[redacted] cellphone that was never delivered. My daughter checked the mailbox but it was not there. USPS claims it was delivered, but we did not receive it. Last March, I ordered one for my son, and it arrived then. This one was for my daughter's birthday, but it never came, which has left her heartbroken. I placed an order for a tracksuit on 16/11/20 but have yet to receive it. I was told via live chat that it was expected to arrive by the 24th, and if not, to follow up after the 26th or 27th. It's now December 6th, and I find this delay extremely frustrating. My order number is [redacted]. While I do have email confirmation, the item isn't displaying in my Groupon account.

Hello, I had recently rescheduled an appointment with your company, as advised by the practitioner. They mentioned that the voucher would remain valid past its expiration due to COVID-19 circumstances. However, I was surprised to receive an email informing me that the company has gone into liquidation, resulting in the cancellation of my upcoming appointment next week. I can provide emails as proof of the rescheduled appointment and the unfortunate news of liquidation from the practitioner. The vendor refuses to refund me, insisting I pay an additional $[redacted] for Radiesse hand filler, even though I never met with the technician. I need to confirm if today is the delivery date for my small double mattress purchase. The tracking information only shows that it is still at the dispatch stage. I recently purchased a wine package but encountered difficulties accessing the voucher in "My Orders." After reaching out to live chat, I received no assistance, only a vague promise of future contact. Trying another wine offer, I discovered that wine had to be physically picked up, which isn't feasible for me due to my age and recent car accident. I canceled the order, incurring a fee that appears to only be redeemable in Washington D.C. I am having trouble redeeming my voucher at SkinLabo. There is no form to input the voucher code and security code. Every time I try, it just takes me to the website and prompts me to purchase again! I bought a Groupon deal for a State Safety and Emission Inspection at C&J Automotive, Inc. for $42. I made the purchase on October 30, [redacted]. However, when I tried to cancel the order, Groupon informed me that it couldn't be refunded to my original payment card. This doesn't seem fair to me, and I strongly prefer that the refund be issued to my original payment card.

I recently updated my credit card information for Shirley A. Wyatt. I used to purchase three (3) passes to Uptown Juglet Fund Park - Chandler at $12.00 and $22.40 each with a VISA ending in [redacted], which has since been compromised.
