Hello, On the 4th of October [redacted], I purchased the following deal: Hello Monica, Thank you for your order (#1[redacted]06-[redacted]), placed on October 4, [redacted]. Your Groupon for the offer at Il Cascinale: For 4 people: 4-course à la carte menu with a glass of wine is ready. You can click on the Mobile App to use the coupon, or print it from My Groupons at any time. To redeem your Groupon, follow the instructions in the coupon's terms of use. On the same day, I made an appointment for today at 12:30 PM, and you confirmed. Today I showed up at the restaurant and found it closed. Only then, when I opened the Groupon app, did I realize the restaurant is closed and will reopen on 01/02/[redacted], the same day the deal closes. I request a refund for the amount paid. It appears misleading to advertise a deal that can't actually be enjoyed. Below is the reservation with all the details. On August 10th, I purchased a Groupon with my American Express credit card for $[redacted] to receive an IPL treatment on my face. However, when I arrived for my appointment at Couture Med Spa Oviedo, they informed me that I was not eligible for the treatment due to my skin type. They advised me to contact Groupon for a refund. After unsuccessful attempts to reach Groupon at 1-[redacted], I contacted American Express customer service to dispute the charge. Despite multiple emails to Groupon requesting a refund to my American Express credit card, I have not received my $[redacted] reimbursement.

I bought a Groupon voucher for a facial that I haven't used yet because of the Covid-19 situation. I'm 74 years old and have been a loyal Groupon customer for years. Given the current circumstances, it's impossible to have a facial treatment while wearing a mask. The Groupon I purchased will expire on October 15, [redacted]. I tried reaching out to the salon, but they were unable to assist me and suggested I contact Groupon for help. I would appreciate a credit for the $45.00 that I paid for the voucher. On June 27, I made a $93 payment for two items that I have vague recollections of. One purchase was for three massages at a DC Office I can't recall the name of, and I only received two massages (the therapist was too rough, leaving a scar on my back, so I didn't go for the third). The other purchase was for six meals from Home Chef at $22.50, valid until October 8. I recently found this note and realized I never redeemed the meals. I am unsure how to proceed to claim the meals and would appreciate assistance. If obtaining the meals is not possible, I would like a refund for this portion of my $93 payment. Dealing with GroupOn has been frustrating, each attempt to seek help has been unproductive. This is my final attempt to resolve this matter.

Order No. [redacted]39 for an Orthopedic King-size Mattress was placed on June 22, [redacted], and received about a week later. After following instructions to allow the mattress to settle, we found issues with it. Initially, one side was uncomfortable with springs felt through the cover, and after flipping it, depressions formed quickly, making it uncomfortable again. In just three and a half months, the quality has deteriorated significantly. I am requesting a full refund and collection for inspection and disposal due to the poor quality. I have taken photos of the mattress, and can send them upon request to a provided email address for further review.

On October 10th, I noticed a Groupon charge for beginner gun classes in Illinois on my Paypal account, dated October 8th. I live in Indiana and already have my concealed carry permit. Although I viewed the offer, I did not make the purchase because I wouldn't travel over 2 hours for unnecessary classes. What baffled me further was receiving an email from Groupon reminding me about the item left in my cart, which happened to be the same gun class deal. How could I allegedly buy it on the 8th and still have it in my cart on the 10th? I purchased Mari CannaRx CBD Oil and capsules at approximately $10 each. However, two weeks later, I discovered unauthorized charges from Vitrixadetox, totaling $89.73 and $89.72 on my account. Following a call to [redacted], I was informed that by using Groupon I had unknowingly signed up for a monthly subscription. Despite not being aware of this, the customer service representative mentioned that I agreed to it. I expressed my desire to return the CBD products, which were unused, for a full refund. In February [redacted], I purchased a Groupon for two massages at 44th Street St. Health and Wellness, now known as Better Body Solutions. The massages were priced at $28 each, totaling $56 paid with my AMEX card. After using one massage, I discovered the name change when scheduling the second one. Due to a Covid extension, the appointment was rescheduled, but I encountered an issue with the voucher number. Groupon's online chat support assisted me by providing a copy of my payment statement and a partial credit card number. Hello, I purchased voucher order# [redacted]43 back in June with the intention of using it at Finchley Back Care Centre. Despite repeatedly attempting to book online, I have been unable to secure an appointment due to apparent unavailability. As the voucher is set to expire on Monday, October 19th, I suspect this challenge may be related to the ongoing Covid situation. I encountered an issue with my credit card while purchasing a mattress cover. I mistakenly input the wrong expiration date but corrected it later on. To my surprise, I was charged for two identical mattress covers and then another one the following day. I immediately contacted customer service through chat, explaining that I only intended to order one mattress cover, but they claimed the orders had been shipped, and they couldn't cancel them. I returned the extra covers unopened, but I haven't received confirmation of their return. As a senior on a fixed income, buying the mattress cover was a financial stretch for me. I believe this situation is exploitative towards the elderly. I had to stop payment through my bank, which unfortunately affected my credit. The bank noticed the duplicate purchases, which I denied, but the charges still went through. I have tried to resolve this with the bank, but they couldn't decipher the information the company provided. I feel frustrated as there seems to be no direct way to resolve this other than through chat support. I am considering escalating this by contacting the Better Business Bureau or seeking media attention to address this matter.

We bought a Giovanni's Ristorante Groupon Dinner for two with wine, which initially had no restrictions on dine-in or carryout. Due to the pandemic, I contacted Giovanni's and was told by a manager that the groupon could be used for both dine-in and carryout, with an extended expiration date of 10/23/20. When I attempted to use the groupon on 10/10/20, Chris from Giovanni's informed me it was now "Covid dine-in only," despite my previous conversation with the manager. Chris became aggressive when I tried to explain and kept insisting on "Covid dine-in only." Following my doctor's advice, we avoid dining in restaurants during the pandemic and have been utilizing carryout and curbside services instead. Despite Chris's rude behavior, we are willing to give Giovanni's another chance to honor the groupon for our carryout order. If they persist in refusing, we request a full refund of the $32.10 we paid for the Giovanni's groupon.

I ordered a Mattress Cover, but encountered issues with my Capital One Credit Card. They sent me a new card with the same number but a different expiration date, causing them to inadvertently charge me for 3 covers. After clarifying this with Capital One via email on August 5th, I was still charged incorrectly. Groupon advised me to update my credit card information, but even after contacting their support on the same day, the issue persisted. They charged me for two covers on August 6th and one on August 7th, totaling three. I refused delivery of the extra covers and returned them unopened. Groupon sent excessive paperwork to Capital One, which I couldn't decipher due to poor copies. Being 73, I feel taken advantage of and believe this situation constitutes Elder Abuse. I'm unable to afford these unauthorized charges and am struggling to resolve this issue with Groupon.

Hello, I received a Groupon from my daughter for 3 Spinal Decompression Treatments with Consultation at the Toronto Spine and Sports Clinic. The Groupon code is VS-2NM7-T7YC-K2ZL-H7C2. After speaking with the doctor over the phone, I was informed that I am not a suitable candidate for the treatments as he is unable to treat me. Frustrated by her unprofessional conduct, I have decided to escalate this matter to Groupon and requested a refund for the voucher, urging them to reconsider working with Danyel in the future due to her unsafe practices and poor customer service.
