Hello, I made a hotel booking for 4 people but due to Covid-19, we were unable to use it. I've tried contacting Groupon through email and phone but haven't had any luck. The deal doesn't show up in my account, and the hotel requires a new reference number to book our date. The purchase was made on Feb 21, [redacted], with order number 1[redacted]94-[redacted] for £69.00 for a stay on 4/4/[redacted]. Despite my efforts, I haven't received any communication from Groupon. I purchased a product from Groupon and unfortunately, it has not been delivered. Despite receiving a tracking number from Canada Post, upon contacting them, I was informed that the tracking number provided does not belong to me. This presents an issue as I am unsure how to receive the item without the correct tracking information. Additionally, there seems to be confusion with multiple agents responding differently to my inquiries, making it challenging to resolve the situation. The response from Canada Post suggested reaching out to the sender to verify the tracking number and address. I have been faced with challenges in seeking assistance, feeling like I am going in circles with no resolution in sight. I recently purchased a Groupon for airport parking, as I have done in the past. However, on this occasion, there was a long wait and a limited number of shuttles available to take customers to the airport. Despite waiting for 15 minutes in the cold, we were informed that we might have to wait for an hour or more. This was different from my previous experiences with Park DIA, and it resulted in us having to park at the airport, incurring significant expenses. I am disappointed with Groupon and the lack of warning about this change. I have tried reaching out for a refund, but the customer service representative was unhelpful and disconnected the chat. This experience has left me dissatisfied and unsure if I will use Groupon again in the future.

My experience at Pier [redacted] Pontoon Rentals And Gas Station was disappointing. We booked one hour rentals for a single kayak or SUP at $10 and a two-person kayak or SUP at $19 but when we arrived, we were told they didn't have double kayaks available. The lady working there was unfriendly and blamed us for only reserving two single kayaks. Nowhere did it indicate that double kayaks weren't an option. I feel misled and cheated. I am seeking a refund and believe this business should not be featured on Groupon due to this misleading information.

Hi, I want to share my recent disappointing experience at Turkuaz Bar & Grill in Doncaster. Back in February, I purchased a Groupon voucher for a meal for 4 people. Despite the voucher's original expiry in June, I received an extension email until October. I made a reservation on September 7th, confirming I would use the Groupon voucher. However, upon arrival on September 15th, the restaurant declined to accept the Groupon offer. I was charged £58 in February, but now the voucher is invalid. I believe a refund is necessary. I have contacted customer support numerous times, but no progress has been made. I initially ordered one mattress topper, but due to an incorrect expiration date on my Capital One credit card, I was mistakenly charged for three. I only received one and refused delivery for the other two, assuming they would be returned. I refuse to pay for items I do not possess. I feel mistreated and believe this situation may constitute elderly abuse. Despite reaching out for assistance since the order's inception, I have not received any help. I bought two vouchers in March for the same merchant but couldn't use them due to lockdown. Upon checking my account, it showed redeemed, which couldn't be possible as the pub remained closed until July. After contacting support and the merchant, the Walnut Tree Pub confirmed I hadn't used them. The promise was made to refund the amount back into my account, but I have yet to see any credit. As a long-time customer, I am disappointed with the service and hope for a speedy resolution so I can confidently make future purchases. Best regards, David P.

I am quite disappointed by the service provided by your platform, despite its reputation. Here is a summary of the booking issues I encountered: - Initially, I reserved a slot for my daughter on September 18, received a confirmation email, then a cancellation prompting me to select a new date via my customer account. - I then rebooked for September 19, received another acceptance email, then faced another cancellation. - Confusingly, the calendar showed availability on September 18 and unavailability on September 19. - After rebooking for September 18 and receiving confirmation, my daughter faced difficulty locating the address due to the lack of a street number on the hospital square. I ordered two sets of sheets (# GG-[redacted]-[redacted]) on August 20th. Upon receiving them, I found that the quality did not match the description. I requested returns for both sets and have the necessary paperwork for them. Upon receiving 2 return labels for the Khaki and Blue sets together in one box, I decided to return both sets in the same package they arrived in. I used one return label and included copies of both within the box to ensure no confusion regarding the return of 2 sets. After being informed that the refund would be in Groupon Bucks, I seek clarification on whether the "bucks" cover both sets. I have not received written confirmation. Your assistance is appreciated. P.S. I have recently purchased Rachael Ray cookware and would like to confirm that the full amount of the returned "bucks" was applied to this purchase.

Hello, I am contacting you about a charge of $[redacted].27 for a reversal claim. On 8/15/[redacted], a transaction was processed on my account without my knowledge. Once I realized the charge, I contacted my bank on 8/16/[redacted], and they issued a temporary credit while advising me to contact the merchant. Despite my attempts to reach out to the merchant on the same day, there was no response. As of today, 9/23/[redacted], my bank has charged me, leaving my account with a negative balance of -[redacted].00. I did not intend to make a purchase on Groupon; it seemed like an accidental transaction while I was browsing. I did not proceed with any hotel booking, as the charge was not reflected in my bank account until the following morning when I saw it and immediately contacted my bank. I am seeking a refund as I did not use any services from Groupon or book a hotel room intentionally.

I recently visited a salon for a hair color appointment. Despite the salon's claims on their Facebook page about strict COVID measures, I observed several individuals not wearing masks. When I politely asked a man to wear his mask, he became hostile, took my picture, and harassed me. Feeling frightened, I requested my foils to be rinsed so I could leave. Unfortunately, the owner's husband, who I later found out was the person, followed me to the sink and continued to intimidate me. Hastily, I left without completing the hair services. I only interacted with the hairdresser, Nicole, who was kind. Due to the unsettling experience with the owner's husband, I am seeking a refund. Additionally, I urge you to review the business's history of negative feedback and consider discontinuing Groupon deals. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

My Group account was deactivated without any prior notice or official communication. This happened because of a dispute where my credit card sided with Groupon in error, charging me for four unauthorized purchases. Despite my attempts to contact them right away, Groupon doesn't provide a customer service number or reply to emails. They converted the money I paid into "Groupon bucks," which I tried to use, only to find my account deactivated due to their belief that there was still a dispute. This is not the case as the dispute has been resolved, evidenced by the Groupon bucks issued and my credit card's decision. I am requesting the immediate restoration of my account with the full amount in Groupon bucks, followed by a call from a Groupon representative to clarify the situation and acknowledge the lack of any remaining dispute.

I am having trouble accessing my voucher. I bought a voucher for Cohens Optical, but the location was closed, so I received Groupon Bucks. Later, I purchased a voucher for the same type of service at a different location, but I can't find the voucher for it. I believe there may have been an issue with the system combining both purchases. The voucher code I'm having trouble with is 1[redacted]47-[redacted].

I have lodged a complaint regarding a faulty purchase, unfortunately, I have not received any response yet. The socks I bought are defective as they vary in size, some being too small to wear comfortably. I attempted to contact Customer Service without success. I purchased a Groupon for 3 Reiki sessions in February that were set to expire in July. Due to the city shutdown in March, the vendor redeemed my Groupon in April. I contacted them immediately, and they assured me it would be valid until Sept 30th. However, personal services are still unavailable in LA County, and I have relocated. I was unsettled by the early redemption, feeling it was unfair. Despite reaching out to the provider multiple times without a response, I expressed my willingness to use the services next week during a visit to LA. If this is not possible, I requested either a refund or credit for future use, as I spent $[redacted] on this Groupon.
