I was trying to get a refund for my $***.** tickets for two for the universoul circus that we were not able to attend due to it was *cancelled due to the virus. ... My name is Jason Akins and I had bought two tickets to the universoul circus on March **, **** but it got cancelled due to the*virus and then got rescheduled for May *, **** but I had to work so I still could not go. I wanted to see if you could get a refund for me due to the two tickets were really expensive and I do not have money to just throw away but I was going to take my*mother but she could not go either in May. If you could tell me what I need to do to get a refund or if yall can contact someone I*would really appreciate it because I know if that was them they would want their money back. I just did not know where to start.*My order number is: ********.
this was really frustrating due to I think any show you pay to see and they have to cancel I think they should automatically*refund your money due to the fact people cannot work and they need their money for a rainy day. I am sure they would want*theirs.
They could make it right by sending me my refund as I said before $***.** is a lot of money to waste by not even being able to*see the show.
I just ordered tickets this first time on the internet and they got my money in a good and timely manner, so yes I am a good*customer but will not try to go again since it is this hard trying to get a refund. This is the first time and last.
