I purchased a voucher for Chattanooga Family Dentistry, believing it was a complete package. When I called to make an appointment, I was informed it was only for one tooth and that I would need to pay an additional $[redacted]. This was not what I expected, as I thought it was a comprehensive deal with no extra costs. I'm unable to afford the added amount, and I want to cancel the voucher. Unfortunately, I've been struggling to reach anyone for assistance. The live chat and email options have been unhelpful due to technical issues. Can someone please assist me with this matter? I purchased a Groupon deal for Salon [redacted] in Hackensack on August 3, [redacted], which included a haircut and single process color. I scheduled an appointment for today at 12:00 pm. However, upon arrival, the staff was very rude. They refused to color my hair, despite me not being informed of this when I booked. Additionally, they claimed I hadn't paid, even though I confirmed my payment of $44.80 via Discover on August 3, [redacted] to Groupon, Inc. After proving my payment, they requested a verification code, which I couldn't provide. I reached out to Groupon for assistance, but no one was available on Sunday. Due to this experience, I won't be returning to this salon and would like a refund.

I recently noticed an unauthorized purchase on my credit card that wasn't made through my account. My bank advised me to contact the merchant or file a formal fraud claim. Despite numerous attempts to reach out to Groupon via phone and email, I haven't received any customer service assistance. Working six days a week for the IRS makes it challenging to resolve this issue. I fear Groupon might be complicit in facilitating fraudulent transactions. I have meticulously documented all communication attempts for reference. It seems puzzling why there is a lack of efficient customer service and how unauthorized payments are processed without proper verification. If this matter persists unresolved, I may escalate it to the BBB and federal fraud claims department. - M. B.

I need to make changes to my reservation at Dunes Manor Hotel. I am looking to cancel my Oceanfront Double-Queen Room booking for 3 nights from September 7 to September 10, [redacted]. I bought 2 Groupons for a whale watching cruise with "7 Seas Whale Watch" in Gloucester, MA for 3 people. Both Groupons were redeemed for a morning tour on August 16, [redacted]. The cruise got canceled due to bad weather, and we received an email. We tried to reschedule for the next day, but the company suggested not to due to weather forecast. We can't use the Groupons now and would like a full refund. The company said Groupon has to process it. I took a screenshot of this conversation. Thank you.

However, he is facing difficulties registering despite following the provided instructions due to issues acknowledged by Real Estate Express. I am incredibly frustrated with my recent experiences on Groupon. Firstly, I was mistakenly charged twice for my Costco membership. Additionally, when I used a Groupon voucher for Blooms Today to send flowers to a friend in mourning, the flowers were never delivered. While Blooms Today reimbursed the purchase amount, the Groupon payment was not refunded. I then faced issues using a Groupon for Hello Fresh; after a lengthy process, I was unable to apply the voucher at checkout. I am requesting a refund for Hello Fresh, Costco, and Blooms Today purchases made with my account ending in [redacted]. Groupon's lack of customer support has been exceptionally frustrating. I bought Groupons for event tickets which got canceled. According to the Groupon Extraordinary Event Policy, if an event is canceled and not rescheduled, purchasers should receive a refund. I contacted customer service through chat and rep Deepen M. only offered Groupon Bucks, refusing a refund through the original payment method. The chat was ended swiftly without checking if I had further questions or was satisfied. In a second chat with agent Siddbarth "Sid", who was more polite, they still only offered Groupon Bucks. Despite requesting to see terms stating refunds were only in Groupon Bucks, neither agent could provide them. I am familiar with handling sales, particularly cruises during COVID-19, where vendors are required to offer cash refunds, not just credits. Groupon is only offering Groupon Bucks, despite my suggestions for alternatives like Groupon Select membership. I declined to proceed with the Groupon Bucks option and seek a cash refund instead.

Hello Customer Support Team, I'm writing to express my recent experience with a hotel booking through Groupon. I reserved a room at the Days Inn Wild Wild West in Las Vegas for myself and a family member with a disability. Upon contacting the hotel, I was informed that our room is on the second floor and no accommodations on the first floor are available, with no option to change the reservation. Due to this issue, I had to book another room at The Orleans Hotel and Casino through Groupon. I kindly request a full refund based on Groupon's cancellation policy. My expectations for the new booking include specific accommodations such as a fridge for medication, a view of the strip, a roll-away bed or pull-out mattress, and a meal voucher. Today, I bought 3 magazines as gifts, but had a frustrating experience trying to redeem them. I was directed to provide my credit card details to a third-party company to process the transaction, but I couldn't proceed without selecting additional magazines. Frustrated, I left the site and attempted to cancel my order through Groupon. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a way to contact them as their website kept showing an error message. I tried calling their support numbers, but only got automated responses before being disconnected. I just want to cancel the order and will no longer use Groupon. I also reached out to my credit card company to try and prevent the transaction from going through, but they couldn't stop it at that point. They advised me to contact them after the charge goes through for further assistance, using the same information I've shared here.

I bought a 4 pack of Dupont High Allergen Care Air Filters 16X25X1 on August 21, [redacted], with order number [redacted]. The filters arrived on August 27, [redacted], but they were all damaged - torn, wrinkled, bent, and out of shape. Only one filter had a proper Dupont label. I have tried contacting Groupon for return and refund instructions, but when I try to request a return shipping label on their website, it does not work. I have been a satisfied Groupon customer before but this purchase was disappointing. I am looking for a full refund for these unusable filters.

On August 17, [redacted], I tried to buy a Costco Membership from Groupon but had issues applying my SHOP CARD NUMBER AND PIN. After attempting again, I got charged another $60. I asked for a refund and got it on 8/1/20 (SBE1TCH-) Reference to Refund. However, my Discover Card statement shows that I got charged three times: 8/17/20 (55DXWB9E) $60, 8/17/20 (4BDYjLPR) $60, and 8/18/20 (ES1PN1H) $60. I found out on 8/27/20 that only Visa Credit Cards are accepted for this purchase. I want to cancel all these orders, including the duplicates on my Discover card ending [redacted], immediately. I no longer wish to acquire the Costco membership through Groupon.

I recently bought two 12" x 10" premium gallery canvas prints from Printerpix for $5.00 each using a Groupon that expires today, Aug. 29th. The redemption code is EAAZ8YVFN4X3. Initially, I intended to order just two, but ended up wanting four. To my surprise, when I went to check out, the shipping cost was $49.12, much more than my original order total of $29.98. Even if I had stuck with the two canvases, the shipping would still amount to $49.12. This costly shipping fee has left me disappointed in Printerpix as well as Groupon, and has deterred me from making any future purchases from them.

I am seeking a $34 reimbursement for a haircut and shampoo I never received. The situation unraveled due to multiple rescheduling issues on the hairdresser's end, leading to a lengthy delay at my appointment. Despite trying to be flexible, the stylist made me wait excessively without clear communication. I feel the description provided to get a refund is inaccurate, and I am frustrated by the lack of resolution. The experience left me displeased, especially since I was refused service after expressing my upset at the delays caused by the stylist. I believe the responsibility for the situation falls on the salon's mishandling rather than on me. I am disappointed by the handling of the situation, and now, facing challenges to recoup my money.

At approximately 11:30 a.m. today, I bought three Zerona services from Loma Skin and Laser in Scottsdale, AZ for $74.25 each using my PayPal account, confirmed by PayPal and pending in my bank account. I did not receive any confirmation. After a lengthy live chat with a Groupon representative regarding Ticket ID [redacted][redacted]7, the issue was unresolved, and I was misinformed that the sale had ended. In frustration, I made another purchase but discovered the voucher was being sent to an outdated email address, [redacted], instead of my current email, [redacted] A different live chat with another representative successfully corrected the email address, and the second $74.25 purchase is now reflected in my account. I need the vouchers for both purchases to be resent to my correct email address.

I received a damaged order of rattan furniture back in April [redacted]. I have been in communication since then, but have faced difficulties with the collection process. The issue is with an Ireland site, and I have provided images of the damage on the day the furniture was delivered. Despite interacting with multiple agents, we are still waiting for ArrowXl to schedule a pick-up. Recently, they provided a phone number that appears to be invalid. I have a Living Social Voucher with the following number: VS-2N5L-BSFB-GjBT-5XjR for a Brake Pad Replacement service at ARMO Motors on [redacted] Fitzwatertown Rd. in Willow Grove, Pa. [redacted]. The initial appointment was for September 1st at 1:30pm, but no mechanic was available due to a family emergency. I rescheduled and arrived at 8:50am on September 2nd, but the owner did not show up or return my calls. This experience has been frustrating, and I feel the need to warn other customers about the reliability of this business. I am requesting a refund for the voucher purchase.

Dear Sir or Madam, I purchased a Spa Day gift for my son, Andrew, and his partner, Rachel, at the Hilton Hotel in Manchester at Spa Urban Oasis in December [redacted]. They tried to book the spa day for the end of January but were unable to secure a date due to heavy bookings. After rescheduling for April 10th, the spa was closed because of the Covid-19 lockdown. The spa assured them they could rebook once they reopened. Unfortunately, the spa has since closed permanently, and my son was unable to reschedule. I purchased the Groupon deal for 16 Bottles of Wine for $49 but was surprised by the undisclosed shipping charges. Upon discovering the additional $34-35 fee, I decided to cancel my order. Groupon stated that a refund would be issued in Groupon points, but I am requesting a full monetary refund. Transparency is essential, and I believe the lack of upfront information is misleading. I have raised a dispute with my bank, Bank of America, regarding this charge. Although I have been a loyal Groupon customer, I hope to resolve this issue promptly to maintain a positive relationship with your company.

Hello, I bought two Groupon vouchers from Nasim Microblading. I attempted to schedule an appointment pre-pandemic, but faced scheduling conflicts or distance issues.
