I would like to make a cancellation and a refund! I purchased a room in Las Vegas for Sept. *-* at the Days Inn Wild Wild West and when I called they mentioned that my booking is for the second floor, to which I exclaimed to them that I cannot walk up the stairs since they do not have a elevator. It is me and my handicap family member and we are not able to walk the stairs we asked for accommodations on the first floor and they stated that there are no open rooms. I since then had to book a new room at different hotel just so my accommodations are meet. I would like a refund and cancellation for the Days Inn Wild Wild West.
