Hello to whom this may concern within customer support,*My name is Aurelia Burns Ive previously booked a room through groupon.com for a hotel in Las Vegas NV at the Days Inn Wild Wild West for myself and my handicap family member. I recently called the hotel to see if everything was okay and if my reservation went through and to see where we are staying. They stated to me that we are booked on the second floor and that there are no single floors available and that I am unable to change my reservation. I asked the hotel if they may books us a room for the first floor and there is nothing. I would like to receive a cancellation and a full refund due to the inconveniences. I have attached images of Groupon's statements of your terms and conditions of cancellation and refunds. I would also like to state that I am very very very upset that I had to book another room at a different hotel mind I add through Groupon at The Orleans Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas NV. I am hoping that the accommodations will suit the needs of myself and my handicap family member, I would also like to add that I had to pay for such an unbelievable inconsequential room at the Days Inn Wild Wild West hotel. As such I aspect the booking I made for The Orleans Hotel and Casino to have accommodations of a fridge for myself and my family members medicine, a complimentary view of the strip, a roll away bed or a pull out mattress, and a meal voucher. It is wrong that I was not able to pick the room I need for our accommodations and huge inconvenience that I had to pay an additional $** towards a different hotel through your website. I am also a spouse of a deceased military vet and a teacher with AAA insurance, and a senior, and with such uphold I help book conventions for military vets, teachers, and seniors, and provide feedback to AAA as to where a good place would be for discounted rates, and so far Groupon as disappointed me!
