Due to COVID ** we were unable to use our vouchers for Tokio hotel darling harbour Sydney The restaurant hasn’t opened for eating and they suggested we get money back from you. $**
I have tried to let get a refund from you as I phoned the restaurant up and they still haven’t opened and they said I could use the voucher as soon as ooened but when is it opening
I want my money back
