I scheduled my appointment, showed up on time to get my nails done. I went in salon and it was a very small pallor and several clients. There was one seat available but occupied by a large cat. I am severely allergic to cats and needed to leave. I was not informed that a cat was on the premises or I would not have purchased. Wendi told me to contact Groupon for a refund. My Groupon says refunded but it was not refunded and no service was rendered.
