I accepted your offer yesterday for a Costco Gold Membership. I follow the instructions and entered my stuff and then hit "Redeem Online". I then got the Costco Shop card with * & PIN. It doesn't appear that I received the Costco credit. My PayPal account was charged $** for the purchase. I thought my PayPal was only be used for the renewal. I followed up the purchase by going to Costco and completing the membership. I want what was offered to me which would be the $**.** Costco shop card. And my follow up question is how did the $**.** membership shop card work.

GetHuman-headjuge did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
