I requested a refund from the spa where I bought three procedures. Despite attempts to reach them by phone and text due to a full voicemail, they only responded after two days. The earliest they could schedule me for was 10 days away, only able to do one procedure, inconveniencing me as I was leaving town soon. After notifying them of this, they stopped responding to my messages. I have been unable to reach customer support for a refund and have refrained from booking elsewhere due to lack of response from the spa and Groupon. I would appreciate a call or text regarding the refund process. Thank you.

I am writing to address an issue we encountered with two Groupon vouchers we received as birthday gifts. Unfortunately, due to distance and unforeseen family issues, we are unable to utilize them. We contacted the accommodation in advance, explaining our situation and inability to be present on the original dates set by the gift givers. They kindly acknowledged our situation and mentioned they would inform us about any possible options to reschedule. However, to date, we have not received any updates. We kindly request the opportunity to exchange the vouchers for a more convenient option, possibly within our proximity in Novara or nearby areas, rather than the distant offer of a golf lesson and stay. Purtroppo, a causa della distanza e di questioni familiari, non possiamo utilizzarli al momento. Abbiamo contattato la struttura in anticipo per comunicare l'impossibilità di presenziare alle date programmate dai donatori dei coupon. Ci è stata assicurata che ci avrebbero fatto sapere come procedere per spostare le date, ma ad oggi non abbiamo ricevuto alcuna informazione in merito. I have a Groupon for Sabaidee Thai Massage that expired in May [redacted]. Due to COVID, I couldn't use it, but the merchant agreed to accept it. I can't access the voucher or full barcode now. Can you please resend the voucher so I can present it to the merchant? Also, the expiration dates for ME Physiotherapy, Sunny Foot Spa, and the massage seem to have passed, and my Groupon Bucks balance is lower than expected. I only see $51.75 from a trade-in for a collagen wrap. Can you extend the expiration dates for these deals as well, considering the circumstances?

I was going through my email and noticed a message from Groupon advertising discounted tickets for SeaWorld and Aquatica, which my grandchildren wanted to visit. I attempted to purchase 2 tickets using PayPal, but the confirmation showed tickets for Adventure Island in Tampa instead. I've tried contacting Groupon via phone and chat with no success. When I tried to make changes on PayPal, I was advised to dispute the transaction. I just want the correct tickets and not a refund. I have not been able to reach anyone since 7/30/20. The current situation has impacted us all. I kindly requested a refund or a voucher credit for a gift voucher that had expired. Despite facing challenges in reaching Groupon, I attempted to resolve the issue. Upon contacting them, I was informed that due to the expiration of the voucher, which had a 4-month validity period, a refund could not be provided. I inquired about the possibility of receiving a credit but received no further response. I am frustrated as it was not within my control.

I am requesting a refund for a synthetic oil change I purchased at McWilliams and Walden in Bakersfield, CA. I was asked to return on August 7, [redacted], at 7:45 a.m. to avoid a two-hour wait. Despite my compliance, my car was not serviced even after two hours. When I requested a refund, they returned my voucher but failed to provide a refund for the purchase, which is deceitful. They instructed me to seek a refund on Groupon, but the coupon was unavailable when I checked. I intend to report this behavior to the Better Business Bureau and the Automotive Bureau in California. I booked a two-night stay through Groupon at Homewood Suites. On August 3rd, I contacted customer support to request a refund after missing the cancellation deadline. They denied my request. Despite this, I showed up for my stay. Upon arrival, the hotel informed me that my room reservation had been canceled by Groupon after I had checked in. There are a few issues I'm having with Groupon and it's making me consider not shopping there anymore. I've tried to return a Hillo Hat (#[redacted]) and a Cross on Chain (#[redacted]) with no response, also an Appliance for Cleaning Teeth (#[redacted]13) got lost between UPS and USPS without anyone taking responsibility. I've been a customer from the beginning, but it's getting too difficult. I write detailed emails but haven't had much luck. Groupon's customer support hasn't been very helpful, and it's becoming too much of a hassle to shop there now. Vivian Passmore

I'm having trouble with the email address www.groupon.com/customer__support as it keeps showing as invalid when I try to send an email. I bought a pair of gravity chairs in June [redacted], but only started using them in March [redacted] after living in temporary accommodation. Despite hardly using them, all sides of the chairs have ripped because the eyelets have come off the seat. I checked the terms and conditions but couldn't find guidance on what to do if a product becomes unusable quickly. I've attached pictures of the chairs to the email that won't go through. I purchased a Groupon for laser hair removal in Stony Point (NY) with a friend. When I called to book, they only had an appointment available for 3 weeks later. Despite this, I scheduled appointments for both of us. However, a week before the appointment, I realized I couldn't make it due to work. I tried to cancel by calling multiple times and leaving a message, but they didn't respond, and their limited hours made it difficult to reach them. Unfortunately, I accidentally opened the voucher while trying to cancel. I haven't used their services and would like a refund or a voucher for another place.

Upon arriving, the hotel requested a credit card which I didn't have. They offered to move me to another hotel, which I was unhappy about due to my long journey and urgent family situation involving my nephew in the Niagara region. The stress from this situation made providing a credit card a health risk for me. The hotel suggested contacting GroupOn for a FULL REFUND of $71.25. I bought a Groupon for microblading, but upon trying to schedule an appointment, I was informed of a non-refundable $30 "deposit", which felt more like an unexpected extra charge. The situation escalated when the technician was rude about it. Despite confirming the appointment twice via text, I traveled a total of 50 minutes only to find the technician never showed up. When I called, she claimed she was present, but the locked doors and lights off at the shop suggested otherwise. Hello, I need assistance canceling the order/voucher mentioned above. My daughter, a university Art student, bought a voucher for a hair appointment at a local salon. Upon arrival, she was informed she couldn't use the voucher because she had visited the salon before, and Groupon vouchers are supposed to be for "new customers only."
