During my appointment, it was noted that I couldn't proceed due to being in my first trimester of pregnancy. The requirement to wait until after I finish breastfeeding was not mentioned prior to purchase, and the spa advised me to request a refund from Groupon. I received the first mattress labeled as a queen size, but it turned out to be a full size. The second mattress also arrived as a full size, which I have not opened due to already having one. I recently ordered the 3-pack of "Issac Liev SUMMER Tunics" in Lilac, Violet, and Orchid, but received a 3-pack of "Issac Liev" Tunics in Dark Grey, Burgundy Red, and Peach instead. Although they are nice and suitable for fall, they are not what I selected. I need this issue resolved quickly. I am unable to reach a live person by phone, only through email, online chat, or text. I understand the challenges due to Covid-19, but this situation is frustrating. I have had minimal issues with Groupon before and have been ordering frequently lately. I would appreciate a prompt response before the correct item I ordered is no longer available in my size. Thank you.

Hello, I recently purchased a TV cabinet from Groupon only to discover it arrived damaged and appeared used. After reaching out to Groupon, they provided me with instructions to return the item. I shipped it back a month ago, but I have yet to receive a refund. Groupon now insists on crediting my Groupon account, which I disagree with since I do not plan on purchasing from them again. Their customer service responses are repetitive and unhelpful. I feel frustrated by the lack of resolution and communication regarding the refund. Hello, I purchased an item on my Groupon account, and it was delivered by Nexive, a delivery service that I am not happy with. Unlike Amazon, Nexive has different and inconvenient rules. They attempted to deliver my item on July 22nd, but I missed the delivery as I was in the shower even though I was home. Instead of calling me like other delivery services often do, they returned the item. After contacting them, they informed me that I need to call again today to schedule a new delivery date, which may take up to forty-eight hours. Today they said it might not be possible until tomorrow or Monday, which is frustrating since other services try again the next day. If I don't receive my item tomorrow, I will request a refund promptly and consider reporting this issue. Best regards, Luisa.

I am Sameena Khaliq residing in B68 9SB. I have sent numerous emails regarding my issue with 6 laser hair removal sessions purchased from cosmetique clinic before covid. Despite redeeming the voucher for a patch test, I have not received any further sessions. I have tried contacting groupon without success. I need assistance as groupon has failed to refund me after confirmation from the clinic that I am entitled to it. Speaking to the clinic directly should provide you with the necessary details. I urge groupon to resolve this promptly as I feel abandoned to deal with the situation alone.

I purchased a Groupon coupon on July 8, [redacted], for a session at Studio Medico Balbo. When I tried to book an appointment, I was informed that the Medical Center Balbo no longer honors Groupon deals. Despite following the purchasing instructions, I am unable to use the coupon. According to the stated policy, I am supposed to receive cashback, not Groupon credits. I purchased tickets for three Chiefs games and was refunded in Groupon credits, which I am not happy about. Per the statement from vivid seats about standard cancellation procedures, I am expecting a cash refund. I will be attaching the email from them that confirms this refund policy. I had a disappointing experience with River Road Watersports. I had made an appointment 11 days in advance and had confirmation over the phone. However, upon arrival, I was told that the jet ski we were supposed to use had been damaged and that we couldn't ride. The owner mentioned there had been accidents and issues with state registration. After waiting for 2 hours past our appointment time, we were informed we couldn't ride, although others were allowed to. The owner, Justin Sterns, suggested contacting Groupon for a refund since he couldn't provide one. I requested a refund of $69. I am moving soon and prefer a refund by check or electronic payment over Groupon credit. This experience was very disappointing, and I have no intention of returning to River Road Watersports.

Hello, I wanted to inform you that I have only received 2 out of the 3 boxes from my recent order. One box seems to be lost in transit. I have already contacted the delivery company, and they confirmed the box is lost and have initiated a loss claim. The incomplete delivery has been marked as delivered, but the missing box has rendered the items unusable. I have attempted to call the helpline, but it seems to be out of service. I have not received any update on the situation, and I am quite frustrated as the items are now useless to me in this incomplete state. Hello, this is Waheed. I have used Groupon in the past and was satisfied with the product. Recently, I ordered 3 mattresses, one double and two single. I received an email stating that the two single mattresses were not available for delivery and decided to wait for the double mattress, which arrived today. I realized something was wrong when the driver carried it alone as I had ordered an orthopedic firm mattress that should require two people to lift based on my previous experience with such mattresses. I am disappointed with receiving the wrong product again. I am seeking a quick refund as I do not want to continue dealing with this company. I bought a Groupon for Iron Grill & Restaurant, which closed due to Covid-19. I want a refund for my purchase. I tried accessing the Help Center through my account but the link won't open. I am disappointed by the lack of a direct line to resolve this issue efficiently. I am frustrated by the response I received from AM Home Services regarding my order # [redacted]. They were unable to service my home and redirected me to Groupon for a refund, which I understand is not allowed. I have tried to utilize the credit towards another purchase without success. The service expires on September 16, [redacted], and I am adamant about not losing $[redacted]. I seek guidance on how to redirect the funds to another service. My redemption code for the "Seaport Harbor Summer Cruise for Two" was not accessible initially, leading me to contact Groupon's Customer Support. Zinhle kindly sent me the voucher, but by then, I managed to get the code myself. Attempting to purchase using PayPal, I encountered further issues with redeeming the voucher on Groupon's website. Following the redemption steps provided yielded no option to apply the promotional code. Subsequent attempts to resolve this with Groupon proved futile, as the lack of merchant contact information for the Provincetown II boat trip hindered me. Now, not only have my original plans fallen through, but the event is also sold out when I revisit the link. Feeling frustrated and unable to secure a refund, Groupon's service has left me dissatisfied. As a first and last-time customer, I regret using Groupon and won't recommend it to others. - Kieanna B.

Good afternoon, I recently bought a voucher for a Hydro Colon Therapy Session at Natural Health Associates for $47.00. I had an appointment scheduled for today, July 31st, [redacted]. I recently bought a Groupon voucher for a Keratin treatment at a price of $[redacted]. After applying a 25% off coupon code, I used $[redacted] in Groupon gift cards to cover the remaining balance, which showed as $0 with 1.25 in credit leftover. Unfortunately, upon completing the purchase, I was charged an extra $40, as the promo code apparently didn't apply after using the gift cards. This situation felt deceptive as I was led to believe the balance was settled with the applied code and gift cards. I am disappointed by the lack of customer support options on the website and the closure notice when I tried to contact by phone due to COVID. During our stay in Santa Barbara in [redacted], we bought a Groupon for a local restaurant. Despite trying to use it, the restaurant was closed due to a family emergency. After contacting Groupon and the restaurant, we were still unable to redeem it. Presently, the restaurant is no longer in operation, only offering catering services, and will not honor the Groupon. Groupon's customer service via live chat was unhelpful, stating no refund could be issued. However, as per Groupon's policy, the value paid for the Groupon should be honored. I believe I am entitled to a refund since I was unable to redeem the voucher. The Groupon Number is LG-XP6L-C4G6-5SGF-B6PB. I kindly request Groupon to process the refund as their policy states that the value paid should be honored even if the promotional period has expired.

I had a booking at Makeney Hall in Derbyshire for an afternoon tea for four people, gifted by my children for my birthday. When I tried to change the date, I was surprised to find out it had been cancelled. I don't know who cancelled it or why since it was already paid for by my children. I am feeling a bit frustrated about this situation.
