I purchased a voucher worth $30, but when I tried to apply it at checkout, the website only recognized it as a $15 value. This discrepancy is frustrating as it essentially cuts the value in half. I contacted ProFlowers, the vendor, who directed me back to Groupon, but I cannot find anyone to speak with about this issue. As a frequent user of Groupon, I am disappointed with this experience and do not want to feel like I am being cheated.

I ordered a Haute Edition women's wool blend single-breasted coat in grey on June 1st, but I have not yet received it. Groupon charged my Visa card $52.94 on the same day. I emailed about this issue on June 27th and received a cc'd response on June 28th, indicating that I had mistakenly contacted Groupon's Merchant Service instead of the appropriate department. It was mentioned that the ticket requester needed to be manually changed from the MS agent email to the customer email. I am eagerly awaiting a prompt reply to my email as I may need to reach out to my credit card company if this matter is not resolved soon.

I would like to request a refund for the red dog collar I returned, size large. It was too big, so I reordered a medium size. I have been waiting for over two weeks for the refund of $15.00 plus sales tax. Hello, I would like to report that my issue has not been resolved yet. On May 2, [redacted], my order (Order Number: [redacted]) was processed. However, on May 5, I received a message informing me of a delay, stating the order would arrive around June 24. Sadly, I have not received it or received any further updates. I bought a $55 chiropractor voucher online, but didn't receive a confirmation email. I might have entered the wrong email address during guest checkout. The correct debit card details were entered, and the billing address is accurate. I purchased the voucher at 12-1pm on 7/9/20. I recently used a Groupon for Hair Cut and Highlights at Moon Hair in Centreville VA. I am extremely disappointed with my experience. The salon seemed unclean, and Mr. Moon informed me that I needed a double process with a $70 additional charge, which I reluctantly agreed to. Despite requesting a base color and highlight color for my blonde hair, my hair is now brown, and the highlights are hardly noticeable. I am hesitant to return to Mr. Moon due to his lack of experience with styling and coloring Caucasian hair. Furthermore, I was surprised that he only accepted cash for the upcharge. On July 8, [redacted], I placed order #1[redacted]89-[redacted] for a canvas print from Printpix USA using 7 Groupon bucks. After contacting Printpix and receiving ticket number [redacted], they promised to resolve the issue shortly. However, upon reviewing my order, I noticed that my Groupon bucks were not deducted, and the print was priced higher than advertised at $9, instead of $7. Although Groupon confirmed my purchase and deducted the 7 bucks, the discrepancy remains. I intended the print as a birthday gift, but with the delays, it may not arrive on time. I request the print for the correct price of $7 with my Groupon bucks applied, along with a clear delivery timeline. Otherwise, I would like Groupon to refund the $7 and cancel the order to resolve the issue.

On July 2, [redacted], I purchased two deals for Grafton Oyster Bar for my husband and me. Upon attempting to print the coupons, I only received one email from Groupon with both coupons listed under order number 1[redacted]29-[redacted]. The lack of a barcode on the printed coupon led to Grafton Oyster Bar refusing to accept it. I believe I should have received two separate emails for each coupon. I also purchased two gift coupons for Grafton Oyster Bar at the same time, which were successfully emailed to our friends without issue. They received two separate emails for their coupons. Hello, I am reaching out to address an issue with a recently purchased Groupon for a cleaning service. The voucher was redeemed to schedule an appointment for today, July 10th at 9am. Unfortunately, the cleaning organization, IZI Cleaning Services, did not arrive as scheduled and has been unresponsive to my attempts to contact them. Given their unprofessional behavior and poor customer service, I am requesting a full refund for the voucher. This situation is definitely an exception to the typical refund policy, as the company's actions have raised serious doubts about their legitimacy. Upon reading reviews, it seems I am not the only customer who has experienced a no-show after scheduling with them. I bought an iPad Mini 4 in August, which I enjoyed until recently when it stopped connecting to my wifi. I've tried troubleshooting by restarting the modem and resetting the iPad's settings after looking up solutions online. Despite recognizing the wifi signal with a blue checkmark next to the network name, there is no actual connection when trying to access websites like Google. Even after upgrading my FIOS and using a VPN, which were implemented before the iPad issue, no progress has been made. Hello, Last month, I tried to order some sandals from my cart, but ended up validating the entire cart by mistake. I have been trying to reach customer service through all available channels, and only received a response via email stating that nothing could be done. After sending three additional emails and receiving a second unsatisfactory response from your customer service, it is time to resolve this issue. I would like to return everything for a refund. Order #[redacted] was placed on June 30th and was transferred to a USPS mail facility on July 9th. As of July 15th, the package has not been delivered. Despite trying to track it using UPS tracking #[redacted][redacted][redacted] on the USPS site, the tracking number is not recognized. The USPS facility in Fontana, CA, is located less than 15 miles from Chino, CA, and the item should have been delivered within 3-5 days, today being the latest. If it is not delivered by tomorrow, I would like to receive credit for the items on my account. I have frequently purchased from this vendor and have never experienced delays as severe as this shipment. Considering the extended delay, I believe the package may have been lost at the USPS Fontana, CA facility with little chance of recovery. If the package is not delivered by July 16th, I request a prompt resolution to this matter. Thank you for your assistance.

I signed up on Groupon today with the email address [redacted] I bought a voucher for a one-night stay at The Anglers Arms in Morpeth, Northumberland. After a few tries, my card was finally charged, and I got an email confirming the purchase. However, the hotel doesn't recognize the booking reference I was given. When I tried to access my booking on Groupon, it says my email is not registered. Due to wrist issues, I find typing painful. I attempted to call for help, but there's no option to speak to someone. I cannot handle long typing back and forth, so I need assistance to fix this and provide me with a valid booking reference.

I have been unable to reach Groupon by phone, which is quite inconvenient as a customer. I placed an order for bamboo sheets and butter in queen size. Unfortunately, I am unable to edit the order on your website. I would like to cancel this order; however, the merchandise is marked as non-returnable. Please reach out to me via email at [redacted] to assist me with this matter. Your policy states that orders must be cancelled within 2 hours, but your system does not allow for this. Furthermore, your initial response time of 3 days is unhelpful to me. If I do not receive a prompt response from Groupon, I will be forced to cancel the order, dispute the charge on my credit card, and unsubscribe from Groupon. I find it challenging to communicate with your customer service team, which is disappointing.
