I recently ordered seafood through Groupon and realized they do not deliver to Canada. I have been attempting to cancel my order and receive a refund without success. The voucher code is GP 11[redacted]-[redacted]-B45F, and the order number is 1[redacted]93-[redacted]. I have already been charged on my credit card and would like a refund promptly. It was unexpected that I was charged in US dollars. As a long-time member of Groupon, I expect better service. If I do not receive a reply within a few days, I may need to share my experience on social media. Hi, I recently purchased a Groupon for a two-night stay at the Four Points by Sheraton in downtown San Diego under the email [redacted] I noticed the Groupon in my orders on Friday, but it has since disappeared from my account without a trace. The hotel confirmed they didn't receive the booking despite me being charged $[redacted] for the stay on my credit card. It's frustrating that I can't retrieve the voucher, and this isn't the first time I've had issues with Groupon. I purchased a BJ's membership $55 discount on Groupon for $40. Groupon withdrew the funds from my bank account, but BJ's has no record of it when I contacted them. Please provide me with a voucher, coupon code, or update BJ's, or refund my money. It is frustrating that you took my payment but are not addressing my concerns. As a Disabled VET and Senior citizen on a fixed income, I am disappointed. I hope to receive a prompt response as quick as you processed my payment. Thank you.

Last year, I purchased a Hello Fresh Groupon voucher for two weeks of three meals for two. Regrettably, I forgot to use it until just 3 days before it expired. Groupon's website was down during that period, and despite multiple attempts, I couldn't access my voucher. Eventually, after contacting Groupon's customer service, they couldn't extend the expiry but did refund me. I then re-ordered the same deal on Groupon, noting the order number and expiry date this time. However, when I checked your website, only the old [expired and refunded] voucher was visible. Our red wine order, number 1[redacted]61-[redacted], has not been delivered. We received an email on the 11th of June confirming the order but haven't received any further updates. Despite trying to contact you via email, live chat, and phone, we haven't had any luck. Being in our 70's, we find it challenging to deal with technology and are feeling very frustrated. We are eager to receive the wine we ordered. Initially, we tried to request a refund, but were directed to a website asking for our bank details and a £1 fee, which made us wary of a possible scam. I recently purchased a Groupon deal for the Ark Encounter in Kentucky for June 26th, but unfortunately, the charge on my account is for the Titanic in Tennessee, which is not what I intended to buy. Yesterday, I bought several parasailing packages from "Laguna's on Pensacola Beach" for our upcoming Florida vacation. Today, we received news that a close family friend is gravely ill with advanced leukemia, forcing us to cancel our trip. I was able to get most of the Groupons refunded; unfortunately, I am unable to refund 2 vouchers that were viewed. We reside in Ohio and have not used these vouchers. I am looking to have the $85 payment for each package reimbursed to our credit card if feasible.

I purchased a Groupon deal for duct cleaning priced at $29.00. After making the payment, I discovered that the company only services locations within 20 miles of Hagerstown, MD, while I reside in Centreville, VA, which is further away. I used PayPal for the transaction. Upon contacting the company, I found they were unavailable. I have since cancelled the Groupon and requested a refund citing the reason as "bought by mistake" since the option for living too far was not available. It would be helpful if Groupon included the company's phone number and location in their advertisement. I hope to receive my refund easily without any issues. I don't typically use Groupon and would appreciate if the site could be more user-friendly. I have spent considerable time trying to resolve this matter through customer service calls and recordings.

On July 2, [redacted], I tried to use voucher #[redacted]6 at Portucale restaurant, only to be told it had already been redeemed. This was impossible as I have not visited the restaurant since February 13, [redacted] due to Covid-19 closures. Today, I checked my Groupon account and saw that the voucher had been refunded. The situation is concerning as I had two other vouchers for Portucale that were affected by Covid-19, with one being voided and another refunded (#[redacted] and #[redacted]8). I never requested a refund for voucher #[redacted]6. Please review your records as I believe there has been an error, and the voucher should still be valid. I have been waiting to dine out again and plan to return to Portucale next week, provided there are no further restaurant closures mandated by the Governor of New Jersey. On June 1st, I bought a National Geographic Little Kids Magazine subscription on Groupon as a gift, and I received a voucher. The Groupon number is VS-7VFY-XRN2-G2SY-KHYF and the Redemption Code is WEWUGRRN43GTP6M. The purchase is confirmed in my account, and I've followed the instructions to access it. Despite seeing it in my account, I am unable to redeem it on both the Groupon app and the website. I never got any notification concerning where to redeem it, so I'm worried it won't be shipped. The voucher doesn't specify which merchant it's for. I've also successfully redeemed another magazine recently, so I'm perplexed as to why this one is causing issues. This was intended as a gift for a birthday on July 7th, and I've been struggling with this problem for about a month. I would appreciate any assistance.

I am having trouble finding the confirmation for my Groupon purchases with Groupon merchant Montage West in Amherst, NY [redacted]. I have previously used 3 or 4 Groupon vouchers successfully with this merchant, but now they are denying them and I am at a loss of over $50. This is very frustrating, especially since I cannot reach any customer service agents via phone and I cannot find my confirmation code, which I likely purchased in January or February. Text agents have not been able to assist me without technical issues. I really hope this issue can be resolved promptly. Thank you.

I have been trying to contact Groupon to resolve an issue with undelivered items. I have been attempting to reach Groupon's customer service regarding my complaint since last Tuesday. Despite providing the requested information multiple times, I keep receiving repeated requests. This morning, I sent a detailed email with the required information, only to receive yet another request for the same details this evening. The missing items are two [redacted] psi mini air compressors from (Gift Gadget) that were ordered on June 24th. Instead, I received a package on June 26th containing only 8 out of the 12 car scents that were supposed to be in the box. Despite informing customer service, the situation remains unresolved. I am extremely frustrated with the incompetence of their customer service. I obtained the necessary information from their own website, yet they seem unable to locate it.

I am requesting a refund as I was unable to use my Groupon vouchers for both the Mardi Gras Museum and Bourbon Heat. When my friends and I visited the Mardi Gras Museum, we were disappointed to find it closed with a for sale sign. Despite checking in advance and confirming their opening hours via phone and their website, it was unexpectedly closed. Additionally, our visit to Bourbon Heat was thwarted due to full-scale construction. Consequently, I kindly ask for a refund for the unused Groupons.

I recently purchased a Sealy Response Performance Firm mattress through Groupon and was expecting delivery within 3 to 4 weeks. Unfortunately, the tracking information has not been updated since June 11 and I have been unable to determine a delivery date. Despite reaching out to Groupon for assistance, I have been unsuccessful in contacting the shipping company as the provided carrier link is not working and the phone number leads to long hold times. The shipping company mentioned a potential delivery date of the 7th, which I explained wouldn't work due to my recent move to Truckee, California. While attempting to provide my new address, the call was disconnected, leaving me with no way to follow up. As the day comes to an end, the mattress has yet to arrive, leaving me unsure of its location. Hello, last August, I ordered a 'Bavaria Blue Hydrangea' from your company. Unfortunately, the plant did not flower last year, and now that it's about to bloom, I see it's 'Pink' instead of 'Blue.' I specifically chose a blue Hydrangea to avoid having too much pink in my small garden. I have bought many plants from Groupon without any issues, but it seems my order got mixed up with Thompson & Morgan, who sent me the wrong plant, 'Camilla' instead of 'Hydrangea Bavaria Blue.' Hello, I am trying to make a purchase but my basket still contains items from a previous visit that I no longer want. Groupon Code: VS-[redacted]-GLWY-FLHC-CMH Order: 2x afternoon tea and spa deal I contacted Parkmore Hotel & Purple Peacock regarding my expired voucher due to coronavirus restrictions. They advised me to reach out to Groupon for resolution in order to make the booking. After emailing customer support, Sharon stated there is nothing to be done, which left me feeling frustrated. Attempts to access live chat were unsuccessful. I replied to Sharon but received no response. Considering the circumstances of the pandemic preventing booking, I believe an extension or refund should be granted. I am dissatisfied with the handling of this situation by Groupon and expect better customer service. I insist on either an extension for the booking or a refund. If not resolved, I request to escalate the matter to the management for further assistance.
