I purchased a Groupon deal last night and was charged for it, received my confirmation and everything.... then, just now, I was charged for the same thing again! I only needed ONE of these seeing as to how it's a vavation stay, and now Groupon has charged me TWICE, without my authorization, completely draining my account! I have * children and am obviously going on this vacation I initially purchased, and now my bank account has $** in it. Now, of COURSE, there is no way for me to get ahold of anyone, sending me into tears and a pretty bad panic attack! This is completely unacceptable, and I need it fixed IMMEDIATELY
