Hello, I recently purchased a Groupon for Botox but realized that the fine print does not specify if it is valid for new customers only. When contacting the Botox facility, they mentioned they have discussed changing the fine print with Groupon, but it has not been updated yet. I appreciate using Groupon and plan to continue doing so; however, I prefer a refund instead of Groupon credits as I do not want to be rushed to use them within a certain timeframe. Since the Groupon fine print does not mention the restriction for new customers, could you kindly process a refund for me? I noticed that Groupon has marked my order as complete, but it's actually not. The tracking details are missing now since the page has been updated incorrectly. The tracking showed my package at the Hermes depot on May 21/22 with a 24-hour delay expected before delivery, but it seems to still be at the depot according to the last update I saw. It's now June 17th, and I have yet to receive the parcel. I tried contacting support via digital chat and provided the order number a week and a half ago, but no response has been received. Hello Groupon, I urgently need your help. I bought two scooters for my twin sons' birthday this Sunday. Although they arrived on time, I was dismayed to find both scooters are damaged beyond repair. The boxes appear damaged too, possibly due to something heavy falling on them during delivery. I've taken photos. Given the approaching weekend, I fear I won't receive a timely response or resolution before the birthday. Unfortunately, I can't return the scooters as I have no other gift for my children on such short notice. Additionally, I had a baby on Tuesday and am recovering from a traumatic C-section, limiting my ability to purchase an alternative gift. Considering the extent of the damage, I believe a refund is a reasonable request. My husband may attempt to fix the scooters, but it's not ideal. I hope Groupon can also address this with the delivery company as the damage seems to have occurred in transit. Could you please confirm the refund process or suggest an alternative solution promptly? We are in a challenging situation, and I trust Groupon, as I have been a loyal customer. On 6/19/[redacted], I purchased Groupon # VS-857L-YBHS-94XN-42RS for a PA State vehicle inspection at Auto Max LLC for $21.37 while on sale. Today, when I called to schedule the inspection using the Groupon, they mentioned an additional charge of slightly over $20 for taxes, 'hook-up fees,' and the sticker. I disagreed, stating that the only legitimate extra fee would be the $4 for the sticker in my state. Auto Max LLC suggested contacting Groupon for a refund if I wasn't satisfied. I used PayPal for the Groupon purchase and request a refund of $21.37 to my PayPal account. I'm filing a complaint against Auto Max LLC for false advertising and unfair charges. This morning, around 10 am on June 21st, I unintentionally placed an order on the Groupon website via my iPhone. I meant to browse but ended up finalizing the purchase without confirming my address or choosing gift cards. By 2 pm, I received an email confirming my order. I managed to cancel the local service coupons but not the shipped items. I inadvertently selected to receive "Groupon Bucks" for a dog bed purchase and prefer a credit card refund over $[redacted]. Even though Groupon now offers full refunds, I only learned from customer reviews that the money is credited for future buys. I find it misleading that Groupon promotes full refunds without clarity on the credit usage policy. I am seeking a full refund back to my original payment method.

I recently came across a 90-minute walking tour in Savannah, GA sponsored by Journey By Faith on the Groupon deals section for Savannah. The price was $25 for two, with a markdown to $20 for that day. I made sure to read all the details before purchasing because I've had issues with Groupon in the past. However, to my surprise, the fine print specifying that the tour is only valid from Monday through Thursday was only shown after I bought it. This is disappointing as we will be in Savannah from Thursday night until Monday morning, making the voucher unusable. It would be great if Groupon could display the important details like this before the purchase is confirmed. I hope for a refund due to this oversight.

Hello, I have purchased 2 Groupon vouchers for the restaurant "Au Bon Art" in Courcouronnes but would like to request a refund as the available dates do not suit me. How can I proceed, please? Given the circumstances related to COVID-19, is there a new validity date available? Or can we request a refund? We had printed the vouchers and presented them at the castle entrance, but were informed that we needed to contact you via the internet and receive the tickets 5 days later, which was too late. I have been struggling all day once again to use my account to purchase a voucher for a hair salon in Toronto after receiving a promo code valid for one day only. The site seems to be malfunctioning, as I am unable to update my payment method without it asking for a USA code, which is not relevant as I am in Canada. This issue has caused me to be unable to apply my 50% off code. Attempts to contact support via live chat have been unsuccessful, with no answer on the phone either. I was attempting to purchase a voucher for EN.R.G Hair & Skin Studio in Toronto. I hope this can be resolved so that I can obtain the discount. Not having my visa card added is a significant problem that seems associated with a mix-up with USA Groupon on your site.

The Groupon instructions directed me to click on "Redeem Online," however, this option was not available on the voucher page or anywhere else on the site. After a chat with a representative, I was advised to go to the Home Chef website to redeem the voucher. Despite my concerns about how Home Chef would recognize the Groupon voucher and my request for redemption steps, the representative only referenced a "discount code" without providing the specific code needed on the Home Chef site. When I requested to speak with a supervisor, I was informed this was not possible, and my ability to respond in the chat window was suddenly disabled. Despite promises to escalate the issue to a supervisor, no further contact was made. After numerous emails to Groupon support for assistance, I ultimately requested the cancellation of my order on June 18, [redacted], due to the frustration of navigating the redemption process and the lack of support from Groupon in addressing my concerns. I ordered 2 inspections, asked for a refund, received 2 refund vouchers, but only one was refunded. ??? When will the second refund be processed?? - Visor helmets. Placed 2 orders, they no longer appear in my order list, the order of 2 pieces is still pending delivery ??? Requesting a refund - Set of pots HG 16 SSG mentioned as delivered but unfortunately not received today ?? Need clarification - Batch of plants, a disaster as half of the plants were rotten. I recently purchased a Groupon deal for Sweet Swirl Rolled Ice Cream, paying $20.00 for $30.00 worth of product. The offer did not specify that the full $30.00 had to be spent at once. During my first visit, the staff did not mention the requirement to spend the entire amount in one go. They gave me the impression that I could gradually use up the $30.00. However, upon returning to the store, I was informed that the deal had been fully utilized and that I should have spent the entire value on the initial visit. They suggested contacting Groupon for a resolution. While their ice cream is delicious, it is not worth $20.00 per sundae.

Due to the Coronavirus Advisory in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, and the increase in Covid-19 cases, I am trying to cancel. However, when I attempt to cancel, I am informed that I can only receive a refund in Groupon Bucks instead of back to my original payment method, contrary to the policy I agreed to. I was informed that a refund was issued to me on Tuesday, June 13th. The reference number provided was 1[redacted]81-[redacted]. However, upon checking, this number seems to correspond to an order for boxes of sweets on Groupon. I have been trying to contact them without success, as they are not responding to emails and the live chat feature is no longer available on their website. I am unsure if the refund will be processed back to my bank account or Paypal, or if it will be restricted for use only on Groupon's website.

The desire is to exchange 2 pajama pairs for specific color combinations of blue shorts with blue top and fig shorts with black top, reserving the third pair with gratitude should an exchange not be possible. Hello, I am Pamela Lugo. I made a purchase on May 29 through Groupon. While I received the blanket I ordered, the CBD gummy bears never arrived. According to FedEx, the package was handed over to USPS without an apartment number, leading to its return to Groupon. As it has been a long wait, I no longer wish to receive the CBD bears.
