Hi, I recently ordered a Groupon deal and have not received the voucher. I was charged $**.** on my Visa ending in (*****) and I am unable to request a refund without the voucher. I prefer not to engage with the merchant and have faced issues getting Groupon tickets in the past. It has been a while since my last Groupon purchase. Thank you.

I am having difficulty connecting with a live person or speaking over the phone, which is very frustrating. Despite sending numerous emails, I have not received any resolution. It has been challenging to obtain my refund for an order placed yesterday where I was charged $85.00 without receiving the voucher. Following the instructions provided, I could not request a refund, as I never received the voucher and do not wish to engage with the merchant. I initially reached out on May 24th, [redacted], and I am still awaiting a response today. I am dissatisfied with the service and after receiving my $85.00 refund, I do not plan to continue using this platform. I have two main reasons for requesting the refund - firstly, the non-receipt of the voucher, and secondly, my reluctance to interact with the merchant. I spoke with a live manager who assured me the credit had no expiration date. However, when I checked recently, the credit had disappeared, and the customer service representative was only willing to refund $18 of it, claiming the other part had expired. I am confused as to why parts of the same credit have different expiration dates. The representative was unhelpful and wouldn't provide further assistance. I want this matter resolved and the remaining $18 credit reinstated. I specifically remember being told there was no expiration date during a previous conversation with a manager. I expect the company to honor what was promised to me. I would like the call log reviewed to verify my claims as it is on record. This situation is frustrating, especially considering the current limitations due to the pandemic, and I hope for a fair resolution.

I need to cancel my Groupon purchase for bobbleheads because the shipping fee is not what I expected. The vendor informed me that the $25 fee applies per bobblehead, not for the whole order as I thought. It is too expensive for me, so I asked the vendor to cancel the order. En enero, mi hija me regaló un cupón para Mas Belleza en Alcorcón, Madrid, pero no incluyó el número de teléfono del centro. Después de buscar en internet, encontré un número que parecía no funcionar ya que se desconectaba durante las llamadas. Tras varios intentos, un contestador mencionó que ese número no existía. Intenté comunicarme a través de los teléfonos gratuitos indicados, pero nunca respondían. También recibí mensajes en mi correo que no solucionaban mi problema. Cuando finalmente encontré esta página, parecía no estar operativa. El cupón tiene validez de seis meses para reservar cita, pero debido a la situación actual del coronavirus en Madrid y las restricciones de movimiento impuestas por el estado de alarma, programar una cita se ha vuelto imposible. Dado este inconveniente ajeno a nosotros como clientes, y considerando la falta de verificación de los datos por parte de la empresa emisora del cupón, prefiero solicitar el reembolso del importe a la cuenta de mi hija, quien realizó la compra. I need assistance with a recent order issue. I purchased a phone and a case on May 2nd with a delivery date of May 11th. However, the package was supposedly delivered on May 9th, which I did not receive. I have been in communication with Groupon since that day regarding the missing phone. Initially, after many chat messages, I only received the case. I then asked for the tracking number for the phone but was informed that the merchant only sells cases. They mentioned that the manufacturer would reach out to me, but I am yet to hear from them. I tried contacting Groupon through a found number but their office was closed. I am unsure how to proceed. I attempted to use my Grumpy Goat Seafood Cantina voucher over the weekend, only to find out that they no longer accept Groupon vouchers, which has apparently been the case for a few months now. It's disappointing that there was no communication about this change, as it led to an awkward situation at the restaurant. This has happened before, and I feel let down. The UPC voucher code I have is [redacted]5, and I paid $21 for $40 worth of food. This experience has made me lose trust in Groupon. I request a refund of $21 to Judith G. Lawrence promptly. I find it concerning that Groupon keeps promoting deals for the same restaurant that no longer accepts their vouchers. I recently opened an account on Groupon, approximately 1-2 hours ago. I seem to have mixed up my email address and password during the process. When I reached out to the chat support, I had trouble staying connected as the representative kept asking if I was still there despite my responses. The shakes I received were different from what was advertised, and I realized after checking the details that there was no mention of potential variations. I bought two vouchers for grooming at All Island Pet Supply Grooming. I have been trying to find out when grooming will begin for weeks but they seem clueless. They have a long list of customers waiting and groomers in Nassau and Suffolk Counties have been working for a few weeks. The manager at All Island claims they cannot groom due to the law, but when I called the Covid-19 info line, they said groomers are allowed to operate. I've had to turn to another groomer, incurring extra costs since I can't use my Groupon Vouchers. Who knows when I'll be able to book grooming at All Island. I'm seeking a refund and will contact my credit card company to dispute the charge. It appears this vendor is unprepared to have staff available for grooming services.

I purchased a 5-piece cast iron set from Groupon on April 18, [redacted]. Unfortunately, one of the pans had a faulty enamel coating, with it flaking off inside the pan. I decided to return the entire cast iron set due to the poor quality and it not meeting my expectations. I made the return within the 14-day policy and requested a full refund to my card, not store credit. After researching my consumer rights, I learned that I should receive a full refund to my original payment method within 14 days of the return. However, it is now June, and Groupon keeps insisting on providing store credit, which I am not willing to accept due to the low product quality and my lack of interest in purchasing from them again. Hello, I am in need of some assistance with a frustrating situation, and I am grateful for your help. I purchased a Groupon for a Dental Exam some time ago and scheduled an appointment for mid-May. The groupon expired on May 19th, and the dental office advised me to redeem it on the day of the appointment since they had no availability before the expiry date. The day before the appointment, they called to cancel and asked me to reschedule in two weeks due to not accepting Groupon customers because of Covid-19. After two weeks, when I tried to reschedule, they informed me they no longer accept Groupon customers and suggested I contact Groupon for a refund. I tried to cancel the voucher in the "view details" section, but the "edit order" button is unclickable. The Groupon customer service phone line seems inactive, and online customer service is not working, displaying an error message. I believe it is fair to receive a refund for a service I cannot use. I bought the Seneca Collection Jersey Knit Sofa and Loveseat Slipcovers on May 13. They were delivered on May 20, but I realized they were too small for my furniture, despite being within the specified dimensions. The sofa cover had a small hole in the right arm, which may worsen due to the fabric type. I was disappointed to learn that the items are non-returnable.
