Help with my Groupon issue
Before contacting them, items GetHuman-glynnski may need:
Name on account, Email on account, and Billing address

Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-glynnski's own words
Get nice flowers delivered to my *** year old Mother-in-Law for Mother's Day ... I got a Groupon for Proflowers on April **, ****, for a flower delivery for Mother's Day. The order number on your "Congrats" page was ****-******-******. Proflowers screwed up the flower delivery and delivered a dried-out, falling apart mess. They have refunded the amount I paid them after your coupon was applied, but not the amount I paid you for the discounted deal. I want to have that money back--and I will not accept any credits relating to Proflowers again--they are truly a sorry customer service company when problems arise. If you want to give me a $** credit (the amount Groupon said the purchased coupon was worth) for another offer--maybe a local pick-up-the-food restaurant--I would appreciate that. The offer would have to be for the $** of the original offer. If you can't do that, please refund me the amount I paid Groupon for the Proflowers deal--$*.**.
Flowers were delivered dried out and falling apart. When I asked them to redo, they refunded my initial Groupon-origin charge and charged me the full amount for the second delivery. That one should have been completely free-or done at the lower price originally agreed upon with the Groupon deal.
Either give me a non-Proflowers credit for the $** of the original discount or refund me the $*.** I paid Groupon for the discounted ProFlowers coupon.
I am a new customer--won't go back to Groupon or Pro-Flowers again at this rate of response and problem-solving!!
Emails to Groupon and multiple call to Pro-Flowers--with no success, of course!
