I purchased a coupon on December 20th for a one-night stay with breakfast and entry to the Saint Vincent thermal baths for two people, valid until May 31, [redacted]. On March 24th, I contacted you due to the current health emergency, asking to postpone the expiration date or get a refund. Your response advised me to contact the hotel directly. Despite several calls to the hotel without any response, on May 8th, I sent an email and have yet to hear back. I now request a refund for the coupon.

I bought a treadmill on March 30 and paid £[redacted].99 upfront. Despite not receiving the item, trying to contact Groupon has been incredibly frustrating. After contacting them via email, they offered a full refund in Groupon credit. However, I communicated that I wanted the refund back on my debit card as I won't be using their services again. In response, they offered an additional £20 credit. Insisting on a complete cash refund for the product I never received, I made it clear I want my money back in full. Now, they are asking me to wait another 30 days for a resolution.

I ordered the Raton patio eight-piece set, but there were issues with validation from the bank causing multiple cancellations. Despite that, I ended up receiving one set, but now there's another unexpected delivery scheduled. I have contacted my bank for a refund, and they will take action. I need Groupon to resolve this promptly. It's frustrating that it's hard to reach anyone for help. The package won't fit in my doorway, and I have informed FedEx that I am refusing the delivery. I placed an order with Blooms to Go that got cancelled by the vendor yesterday. However, the voucher is still showing as redeemed on my end. The vendor offered a discount on a future order, but I also need the voucher to be active. I received an email stating that my order (Order Number: [redacted]92) was cancelled due to COVID-19 impact on the floral industry. The order has been refunded, and the Blooms Rewards membership has been cancelled. They mentioned that my Groupon Voucher has been reactivated for a future order. To apologize for the inconvenience, they provided a free $20 discount valid for 90 days. The offer cannot be combined with any other deals. I have $46.60 in Groupon Bucks to use. On 5/13/[redacted], I placed an order for $46.83. The order charged my credit card the full amount, not applying my $46.60 Groupon Bucks. I am seeking a refund of the $46.60 by check or card credit, not as Groupon Bucks. I've been trying to contact Groupon for the past three days with no success. I had a disappointing experience with Printerpix through a Groupon deal. I believed in Groupon's trustworthiness, but it seems Printerpix is unreliable. Despite Ticket # [redacted], they fail to provide confirmation emails, answer calls, or deliver orders, which feels like theft. After contacting Printerpix, they claimed my order was in production and promised a confirmation email within 30 minutes, but I never received it. There's no tracking, and they ignore messages on Facebook and calls. I attempted to call them 30 times today, only to get music and then disconnected. I bought a graduation gift through them, and this situation has left me extremely unsatisfied and disappointed with both Printerpix and Groupon.

I realized after placing the order that the address on my account was incorrect, as it was still set to my previous address at 18 Whitestar Place, SO143GN. I requested Groupon to update the address, but they refused. Disappointed with their customer service, I decided to cancel the order. I sent two emails requesting the cancellation. Three days later, I received an email from Groupon stating that my item has been shipped and to wait a few more days for delivery. Although I appreciate the update, I am frustrated and would like to speak to a customer service representative directly to resolve this and get a refund.

Voucher Code: VS-11R7-W7HR-H1YW-J5L7 I purchased a Groupon for an SUV complete detailing service at A-Z Detailing in Eden Prairie, MN. I had an appointment today, but when I tried to drop off my vehicle, I couldn't speak to anyone in person. After speaking to them on the phone, I was told my Groupon was not valid for returning customers, even though I couldn't find any information about this policy. I decided to cancel the appointment, but now they want to charge me a $35 cancellation fee, which was not mentioned in their policy. My Groupon voucher also did not specify any restrictions for returning customers. I am requesting a full refund with no penalty and considering filing a complaint against A-Z Detailing for their poor business practices. They are withholding my SUV keys until I pay the cancellation fee.

I often browse through Groupon to find interesting items, and recently I came across disposable face masks for $11.99 each. While trying to determine the quantity available for that price, an order was accidentally placed for 50 masks and some other items I had viewed before. I did not intend to buy extra clothing items, as I had not selected sizes or colors for them. The total order was approximately $[redacted], mainly due to the masks. Upon contacting customer service through live chat to cancel the order, I was informed it was too late but could return unwanted items. Regrettably, masks were non-returnable. I managed to cancel the monogrammed jackets but received two blouses and a women’s knee-length tunic without specifying sizes or colors. I would like to return the blouses and the tunic from a previous order. Can I send them back together in one box?

Upon inspection, the Tamar Sideboard arrived in three boxes. Box 2 has some items with defects from transportation. Additionally, the white drawer fronts and cupboard fronts were missing. I would appreciate a replacement for the items in Box 2 and the missing white fronts. The E Com Nova TV Unit is in perfect condition, but there were no assembly instructions included. Could you provide a PDF copy? The Coffee Table arrived with two defective items with chips on the corners. I can send measurements for the defective wood. I am hoping to have these pieces replaced. I purchased a Groupon deal from Proflowers on April 30, [redacted], for Mother's Day flowers. Unfortunately, the flower delivery was a disappointment, and Proflowers refunded me directly for the flowers. However, I'm still waiting for a refund from Groupon for the discounted deal. I'd appreciate it if Groupon could refund me the $9.99 I paid for the Proflowers deal. I would prefer a refund over credits for future purchases. If possible, I would also like to receive a $30 credit for a different offer, maybe for a local restaurant. The new offer should be equivalent to the original coupon value. Thank you.

I received my order on Sunday, but it was not the anabolic gold protein I had purchased for £38. Instead, the box was from the supplement centre, which I had vowed not to do business with again due to previous issues. The advertisement did not mention the supplement centre, or I would not have bought it. I opened the item and used only half of one scoop, noticing that the sugar content does not match the anabolic gold product specifications. Having used another version of weight isolate with higher sugar content, I am certain this is not the correct product. I suspect they may have switched the stickers on my item, possibly due to past problems with their deliveries. I believe the supplement centre logo was covered by a sticker on the tub. I am diabetic and can verify this, and I would like to return this item.

I recently bought a voucher from Dreamy Eyes by Kris, but I have been unable to redeem it. When I reached out to the seller, Kris informed me that she is currently not accepting Groupon vouchers. I made the purchase on 5/20/20, and when I tried to book my appointment on 5/21/22, I was unsuccessful. I contacted Kris via text message on 5/22/20 to resolve the issue. I am disappointed and confused as to why she is advertising if she is not honoring the promoted vouchers.
