I bought a mattress set through Groupon and then a few hours later I got an email from Groupon saying that my bank had declined the transaction. The email said that I needed to go back into Groupon and re-order the set which I did. I got an email shortly after this transaction from my bank saying that they declined the amount for the first purchase and I had to authorize the transaction which I did not realizing that I Now had ordered * mattress sets. I tried to Contact Groupon through customer service but your customer service was down due to the very beginning of this pandemic. I tried to stop payment through my bank a few weeks ago and they have now refused to stop the payment. A couple weeks ago I got a call from the delivery service and they said that they were going to deliver two mattress sets and I told them that I’m only paying for one so only deliver one set. Last week they did deliver the one set so I don’t know where the other set is and all I want is a refund for the second set. At this point I only have one set, that’s all I need I want to know what Groupon is going to do about the mixup.
