I appreciate an update on the status of this order. Furthermore, due to the current pandemic situation, I have two unredeemed Groupon vouchers. The first one is for Rose Royale with voucher code VS-6XJT-C7GH-S92Z-23N3 (expires on May 25, [redacted]), and the second one is for Mangia & Co with Groupon code VS-MTX4-KKG2-C9Y7-CVCX. I am a teacher at Linton Public School and I have 19 students in my classroom. I purchased a deal for 5 photo books for $23 on March 15 in North Dakota. Due to unexpected circumstances, we transitioned to online teaching, causing me to forget to redeem my photo books. When I tried to do so on April 5, they told me the coupon had expired. I would appreciate it if I could still use the coupon to buy the additional 14 books I need for my classroom. Any help in making this possible would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. I accidentally placed two orders, one paid through PayPal and the other with a credit card, both for four sets of bedding - two white double sets and two grey double sets. I only require one white set and one grey set. Could you kindly provide me with two return labels to send back the goods? They are in their original packaging and unopened. Since I don't have a printer, I'm unable to print the labels. Can you also clarify if the refund will be processed to my PayPal account or the credit card I used? Your assistance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I need assistance with a voucher code issue. The voucher does not display any code as instructed. I am unable to make a purchase because there is no option to upload an image to the seller on the website. I find the site confusing, unlike other websites I have used. It would be helpful to have a direct link to customer support and a phone number provided. How can I obtain the voucher code required for the item? Your prompt help is greatly appreciated. Hello, I am facing an issue with my email account. When I click on a desired item, the offer opens, and I can click on the purchase button. However, when I am directed to the next page for payment method selection and to review my information, the purchase button is unresponsive. This happens consistently with various products. I tried accessing my settings on Groupon.de, and although I am greeted by name, there are gray bars above my name. There are no options available to view past orders or anything similar. My last order is probably from 2 years ago, could this be the reason for the issue? Thank you in advance, Karen U.

I purchased two $20.00 discounted floral arrangements for $40.00 each on May 4, [redacted]. When I tried to place my order, the delivery date was not until June, so my vouchers were converted to Groupon bucks. I found another company that could deliver sooner and used my two $20.00 Groupon bucks for a $40.00 purchase. At checkout, I was surprised by a $7.00 additional delivery fee, making the total $47.00 instead of deducting the $40.00. After contacting the floral company, I learned there is an $80.00 minimum order this week. They refunded the $47.00 charged, but Groupon only refunded $20.00. I am having difficulty contacting them via email as all my emails bounce back. I seek a resolution today or I will share negative reviews on various platforms.

I bought a PrinterPix coupon for three books, but after ordering one book, the redeem code shows as used. I planned to use the coupon for different books, not three of the same book. How can I get a new code to redeem the remaining books? The coupon expires on June 27, [redacted], and I purchased it on March 28, [redacted]. The deal includes three 11''x8.5'' personalized 40-page hardcover photo books with free shipping.

Hello, I'm Kristin Dobbin. I made a reservation on February 17, [redacted], at 2:14 p.m. My booking number is [redacted]. I contacted Sycamore Hot Springs Resort to confirm my room since I didn't receive any email or notification about my upcoming stay. It seems there was a mix-up with my reservation; it showed I booked for February 17/18, then rebooked for May 5/6. This doesn't make sense as it was my first time using Groupon. I paid $[redacted] for a two-night stay, but the resort canceled my second night without my consent. I'm a single mother and cannot afford this mistake. I booked this for my daughter's birthday, and now we have no money left for her party. I hope you can refund me or reschedule our stay. Hello, I tried calling the phone number provided but no one answered. The hosepipe I received is not what I ordered. The masks also did not arrive. I would like to return the hose because the description does not match what was sent. This experience has been very disappointing, and I will not be doing business with your company in the future. I would like my refund in real American currency instead of Groupon Bucks. The tickets I purchased for Trolls Live were bought with hard-earned money, not Sandy event bucks. It is unfair that Groupon is offering vouchers which I can only use on Groupon items and not providing a refund. I believe it should be illegal to keep my money for an event canceled due to circumstances beyond my control. I demand my money back for the tickets. Groupon needs to be accountable for their actions, particularly during these challenging times. The situation has left me frustrated and in need of financial support for my family. I am disappointed with Groupon's handling of this matter and feel it is essential to bring awareness to their practices. An upset customer 😠

I am having trouble accessing the customer service support on the website as it continues to load endlessly. Due to the cancellation of my appointment because of Covid-19, I am seeking a refund of $[redacted].00 to my original payment method. I purchased two mattresses from the Groupon website, and only one was delivered by Hermes courier. The tracking information indicates that the second mattress is being returned to the sender. I would like the second mattress to be resent to my address promptly since I paid for two. I am disappointed with the service and need clarification on when the missing mattress will arrive. If unable to deliver the second mattress, a refund needs to be processed promptly.

I purchased a Groupon for a membership at Sam's Club back in March but have not received any confirmation of my purchase. I have been mistakenly charged twice on my Discover card, on 3/11 and 4/3. I have tried reaching out multiple times without any response. I was advised to go to Sam's Club, but they redirected me back to you. Despite my efforts, I have had no success in resolving this issue. I wish to join Sam's Club but without the necessary voucher, I am unable to. I made a purchase through Groupon on May 6, [redacted] for an FTD floral arrangement for Mother's Day with Order # GRPN[redacted] at a cost of $67.40. I purchased a Groupon for a massage, but the salon was unresponsive when trying to schedule. After contacting customer service, they provided $[redacted] Groupon credit. However, when I tried to use it, the credit was missing. We intended to use it for our anniversary, especially since Covid prevented us from using it earlier.
