Hello, I hope you're doing well. I recently purchased a Groupon voucher for 40 5x7 prints, priced at around $7. However, the voucher shows as redeemed even though I haven't used it. The voucher code in question is GPEAE18E5F39. I would appreciate it if I could receive a refund or, if possible, a new code so I can still take advantage of your services. Thank you.

I recently spoke with a customer service representative who informed me that the Groupon voucher I bought for CanvasOnSale's 4 16"X12" Acrylic Prints was mistakenly issued for US shipments only. The voucher was paid in US dollars, and it mentions shipping to both US and Canada. The representative advised me to contact Groupon for a voucher that allows for shipping to a Canadian address. She couldn't provide me with a new code to place the order. Even though the voucher expires in a week, she assured me that the expiration date shouldn't cause problems, but Groupon needs to rectify the issue. I am sharing my order number [redacted]21. Upon receiving the TV cabinet and assembling it, I noticed deep scratches on the front doors. Initially, I thought it was only on the plastic covering, but even after removing it, the scratches were visible on the doors. I expected a brand-new item, and this misleading representation is disappointing. Wasting time assembling a damaged product is frustrating. Contacting Groupon for a resolution has been unsuccessful so far. The live chat is unavailable, and there has been no response to calls. I am unable to return the large item for a refund, which is frustrating given the significant cost of over £[redacted]. I urgently need someone to reach out via phone or email to address this issue. Hello, I have encountered an issue. On April 2, [redacted], I ordered 20 face masks for a total of 22.98 euros, but the items have not arrived yet. I keep receiving notifications from DHL stating that the package is out for delivery. Today, on April 18, [redacted], I received an email indicating that the package was delivered and that I was not home, which is untrue because I was present. The package was actually taken to the post office at Staatsstrasse 98, Kolbermoor, where I am supposed to pick it up. This location is 15 kilometers away from me, and I no longer drive due to being 83 years old. I live in Rosenheim, not Kolbermoor. There are nearby pick-up locations in Rosenheim, like Lessingstrasse DHL, where the package could be dropped off. I kindly request a refund instead of picking up the package, or to have the items delivered to me directly. Looking forward to your response. Best regards, Josef Kugler

My cell phone broke, so I purchased an iPhone 7 Plus on Groupon on March 6th. After about three weeks, the tracking information stopped updating, and the package never arrived. Groupon offered me Groupon Bucks for a similar deal, but I had to pay over $60 more because the original deal was no longer available. I decided to order an iPhone 8 for $[redacted]. However, the same issue occurred with the tracking information not updating after it shipped. FedEx mentioned that Groupon needed to file a claim for the missing package. Despite my requests for a refund instead of Groupon Bucks, they insisted on store credit. I expressed my desire for a refund, but Groupon mentioned escalating the issue to their internal team. After 3 days, I received an email stating that I was given Groupon Bucks without any confirmation of a claim with FedEx. I want my money refunded so I can purchase and receive a cell phone. I am disappointed with the service I received. I ordered a Rattan-Effect Lounge set on April 8th. I was informed it was out of stock on April 23rd during a live chat, and it was cancelled. I am seeking a full refund promptly. My bank advised that refunds should not take more than 30 days. I have contacted consumer rights and was informed I am entitled to a full refund under the Sales of Goods Act. Please provide the refund for my Visa Debit payment promptly. One month ago, my father, John Eells, from Missouri City, TX, placed an order for two car diffusers (with 2 oils), 2 purple essential oil diffusers, and a selection of sixteen aromatherapy oils on Groupon. So far, we have only received one box of 16 essential oils, one car diffuser with the tree of life design, and not the rest of our order. I am a loyal Groupon customer but am deeply disappointed. The reason for my purchase was the diffusers, which have not arrived despite my patience. I am now frustrated and demand that Groupon rectifies this situation by delivering the products I ordered or providing similar replacements. This order was meant to be a thoughtful gift from my dad to lift my spirits during quarantine, but Groupon's poor service has left me disheartened. I will persist in reaching out to Groupon and other channels until this issue is resolved. The order was under John L. One month ago, my father, John L. Wells, used his American Express card to place an order for me. The order included 2 boxes of various aromatherapy oils (16 in total), 2 car diffusers with the tree of life design (including oils), and 2 purple diffusers. However, upon receiving the shipment, we only got 1 box of aromatherapy oils and 1 car diffuser. The rest of the items are missing. This is very frustrating for me as I was specifically looking forward to the diffusers. I will keep contacting and following up until this issue is resolved. I expect to receive what I paid for. Ich habe am 12. März Penaten Feuchttücher bei Ihnen bestellt. Bereits zwei Tage später konnte ich über dpd sehen, dass sich meine Bestellung auf dem Transportweg befindet. Seitdem hat sich der Status nicht geändert. Nun wird angezeigt, dass es bereits geliefert wurde, obwohl ich nichts erhalten habe. Dies verärgert mich sehr, da ich die Bestellung bereits bezahlt habe, jedoch keine Lieferung erhalten habe. Ich würde gerne mein Geld zurückerstattet bekommen, damit ich die Feuchttücher anderweitig bestellen kann.

I recently received an email from Groupon stating that my order was delivered, but I never received it. Despite sending pictures of the incorrect items I got instead, I have not received a satisfactory resolution. I requested a resend of the Kathy Ireland 2" Thick Cotton Fiber Mattress I initially ordered. I am disappointed by the mix-up and hope to receive the correct item soon. My concern is also regarding an upcoming order for a Chatton Oversizes and Overfilled Embroidered Comforter Set (8-Piece) King - I hope a similar issue does not occur. I can be reached at [redacted]. I received a response stating that the email address I used is not associated with any account. However, all my purchases and promotions are consistently sent to that same email, which you claim is invalid but is the only one I have. Furthermore, I provided the coupon code GI162ZD3Z and security code NAFCC9FFFF, though they do not appear in your records. Hello, I purchased a trip to Rügen - Binz "Strandvilla Glückauf" as a deal for €[redacted] on 15/11/[redacted] (paid €[redacted] due to discounts). The trip was for 26/4 to 30/4/[redacted]. Groupon mentioned the option to extend it up to 12 months, with details sent after the deal expires. The agent offered extension months with extra charges or same price for Nov/Dec. Cancellation seems impossible now or next year. We find the extra charge unfair due to the Covid-19 circumstances preventing us from traveling. We purchased a Groupon voucher for Great Wolf Lodge but had to reschedule due to closures. Great Wolf Lodge approved the change, but now with the extended stay-home order, we needed to cancel. They agreed on April 8th to refund us in 7-10 days but it has been weeks with no refund. They claim to not have the funds as Groupon did not provide them since we didn't stay. Groupon, however, says they can't refund without Great Wolf Lodge's approval. We are stuck in the middle and really need this money, especially during these tough times. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

We purchased a Groupon voucher for Great Wolf Lodge but couldn't go due to closures. We rescheduled once due to the stay-at-home order extension, then canceled with lodge approval on April 8th for a refund. Despite an email confirmation and waiting weeks, we haven't received the refund. Great Wolf Lodge says Groupon hasn't given them funds as we didn't stay. Groupon claims they can't refund without lodge approval. This has dragged on, and we're in desperate need of the money. Some in our group are out of work. Groupon, please process our refund promptly.

I have contacted Groupon's customer support via email three times, but have not received any response. My order number is [redacted], placed on April 10, [redacted]. I have not yet received the package, and UPS informed me that it was returned to the sender in China for unknown reasons. I no longer want the order and would like a full refund to my credit card. I am very disappointed with this situation and would appreciate an update. Thank you.

On March 22, [redacted], my group bought Groupon order #1[redacted]15-[redacted]. When Craig Resort closed for our planned trip due to the Pandemic, we requested a refund to the original credit card used for the purchase. While the other couple got their refund, we only received a Groupon credit. We are in urgent need of the money. We are willing to rebook next year but require the refund to our credit card. Previous attempts to contact you about this were unsuccessful. We faced challenges, including getting tested for the virus, fortunately yielding negative results. Hello, I replied to your email dated April 22nd regarding the Groupon credit issued to me. My preference is to have the refund processed directly to my VISA credit card. Despite not hearing back from you since then, I kindly request that the refund be credited to my VISA credit card instead of providing $1,[redacted] worth of Groupon credits. The trip I purchased, a train journey from Vancouver to Banff, was canceled due to circumstances related to the Corona Virus. Under these unexpected conditions, I believe a refund to my VISA credit card is the most appropriate resolution, given the unique circumstances of this trip cancellation. While a Groupon credit may suit scenarios like cancellations for other services, in this case, I seek a direct refund to alleviate the situation. I ordered facemasks from your company the same day I left a note requesting to cancel the order if they were from overseas, which unfortunately was ignored as they did come from overseas. I have since returned them to the post office with the "Return to Sender" option and here is the tracking number: #[redacted][redacted]90. I kindly request confirmation that I will receive a groupon credit for the amount paid. I asked for the cancellation immediately after placing the order, and I hope this can be resolved promptly with a credit being issued. I do believe having a customer service number with live representatives would greatly benefit your business in addressing such issues more efficiently. Thank you.
