I recently purchased a Groupon for Elite Management Janitorial Services, specifically for Four Man-Hours of Deep Cleaning. When I called to schedule the appointment on 3/10/20, I was met with unexpected rudeness from Jean. Despite just mentioning the Groupon, he accused me of exploiting the system to avoid paying fairly for hard work. He also insisted on additional payments for a thorough cleaning. This behavior left me quite taken aback. Considering this negative experience, I am now contemplating using Necha's Cleaning instead, although it seems the previous discounted pricing is no longer available. I am seeking a resolution to this matter and wonder if it's possible to switch to Necha's Cleaning service or receive some form of compensation. I am requesting a refund for my reservation at Melbreak Country House Hotel that I made through Groupon. The order number for the deal is 1[redacted]10-[redacted]. Unfortunately, the individual I purchased the reservation for as a gift, Glenn O’brien, is unable to use it due to unforeseen family commitments. The reservation was for a 1-Night Stay: Double Room for Two with Dinner Allowance, Late Check-Out, and Glass of Wine, priced at £75.65. The stay was scheduled for Saturday, 28/03/20 to Sunday, 29/03/20 at the Melbreak Country House Hotel in Little Clifton. I understand there is a 48-hour cancellation policy, but due to the circumstances, I would appreciate a refund.

I have a reservation booked through Groupon for Great Wolf Lodge in Gurnee, IL from Wednesday, 3/18/20 to Friday, 3/20/20. After speaking with the hotel, they advised me to contact you directly regarding my booking. Unfortunately, your phone lines are currently down. Given the circumstances, I need to cancel this reservation due to multiple reasons: 1. Officials are advising against travel and large gatherings in Illinois. 2. My family is unwell with a cold. 3. My parents, who have pre-existing health conditions and are in the high-risk group for COVID-19, were meant to join us on this trip. I purchased progressive lenses from Lensabl for what I thought was $[redacted], but they actually cost $[redacted]. I was asked to pay an additional $62, feeling deceived by the pricing discrepancy. Dear Customer Service, I am contacting you for the third time about my difficulty checking into Hilton Garden Inn Boston/Burlington Evolution on March 7th to March 8th. On March 9th, I called customer support twice and was advised that a claim would be filed, with resolution promised by March 13th. Despite providing my reservation details and proof of payment, the front desk staff refused check-in, attributing it to missing information from Groupon. Despite my attempts to involve a manager, none were available on-site, leaving me no choice but to seek alternative accommodation. This experience was highly inconvenient and unexpected, as it is uncommon for me to encounter booking issues with Groupon. We had made reservations at Sunriver, OR from 4/2/20-4/5/20 through a Groupon deal to celebrate our 54th anniversary. However, both my husband and I fall into the "at risk" group for the COVID virus. Therefore, we have decided to self-quarantine to reduce our exposure. Traveling to Sunriver, staying in a room, and dining out in restaurants presents too much of a risk for us given the current situation with the pandemic. We kindly request your assistance in canceling this reservation due to the rapidly changing circumstances. Maybe we can revisit this trip in the future when things are more stable. I have been unable to reach any agent, which I find very disappointing. I need to cancel my hotel reservation at the King's Port Inn in Kennebunkport, ME for tomorrow night (3/17/20) and Wednesday night (3/18/20) due to increasing Coronavirus restrictions. Hello, Earlier this month, I purchased a voucher for a chiropractor/massage for my mother through Groupon. This is my first time using Groupon and I was unaware that refunds were only valid for the first three days. I recently received an email from Groupon about the current situation with the virus and extending voucher periods. However, due to my mother being elderly and her health issues, I am not comfortable taking any chances. Can I please request a refund? I am currently facing challenges due to the province's state of emergency and have been unable to reach your company for over five days to reschedule my Niagara Falls Hilton Hotel stay. Despite having a voucher, many attractions are closed, rendering the deal void except for the room reservation. I also was surprised by the deal being in American dollars instead of Canadian. This situation has become a nightmare as I am worried about taking any risk. I urge you to assist promptly as the hotel is unable to act without your intervention. This lack of communication is frustrating, and I will report this poor service if I do not receive a response soon. We simply want to change our reservation to a safer time.

To whom it may concern, I am requesting a refund for two Groupons due to the closure of the respective locations indefinitely. The hair salon is closed past its expiry date and is no longer accepting Groupons. I would appreciate the refund to be issued directly to my debit card since my credit card is inactive. As an older individual affected by Covid-19, I have been unsuccessful in contacting Groupon through phone, chat, or email. I purchased a voucher for my parents/in-laws as a Christmas gift, a 2-course meal for 4. They had a booking on Thursday but had to cancel due to government guidelines since they are in self-isolation (falling into the high-risk category due to COVID-19 and my father-in-law's recent heart attack). I tried to extend the voucher date but encountered an unhelpful staff member. The restaurant is willing to either delay the voucher or provide a refund, but they directed me back to you. The original date was March 14, [redacted], but due to the Coronavirus, it was first rescheduled to April 17, [redacted], and now to July 2-5, [redacted]. I contacted Jurassic Quest customer service and provided my ticket order number. They changed my adult tickets to July 3, [redacted]. The representative mentioned that Groupon would honor the kid tickets; she advised me to bring them to the event on July 3, [redacted]. I purchased a Groupon (GRPNTWU9JG) for flowers, advertised as a $40 value for $20 with free shipping. After finding flowers elsewhere for about $30, I thought this deal was great. However, when I proceeded to place my order online, the balance due showed as $42.27. Thinking it was just $2.27 for taxes, I called to confirm. Surprisingly, they mentioned their flowers started at $60, even though I had selected some on sale for $35. The whole experience was misleading, and they even wanted to charge extra for the vase. Despite feeling frustrated, I had to go ahead with the purchase due to circumstances at home. In the end, it cost me $20 for the Groupon and an additional $22 from the flower company without a vase, as I couldn't afford more expenses. Hello, my name is Anna M. I spoke to a staff member yesterday about a broken microwave that was part of a set I bought from Groupon. I was told I could return it for a refund. However, the set included a kettle, toaster, and the faulty microwave. I have only kept the microwave box. I am unhappy with the offer of a £20 voucher in compensation for the broken microwave as it doesn't reflect its value. I now wish to return the entire set. The Groupon advisor I contacted did not follow up after suggesting the voucher. I find this customer service inadequate. I request a replacement microwave or a full refund for the set. If the issue is not resolved, I may seek advice from trading standards and citizens advice.
