Good afternoon, I am seeking assistance regarding an issue with a Groupon purchase for facial treatments. Today, when my mother tried to schedule an appointment, she was informed that the Groupon could only be used Monday to Friday, a detail I don't recall seeing in the fine print when I bought it. Despite this, when my mother attempted to book for a Tuesday, she encountered rudeness from the staff, who requested the voucher numbers and insisted on scheduling for when they could accommodate both of us. This demand prevented my mother from making the appointment on the spot. Is there a way to request a refund now? The voucher is for Belle Sante Spa, and I had bought two - one as a gift for my mother so we could enjoy the treatments together. I recently purchased a 90-minute massage for my husband and myself from Community Holistic Health Clinic. However, after receiving the massage today, I was quite disappointed with the experience. To begin with, the massage lasted only 60 minutes instead of the full 90 minutes as advertised. Additionally, the massage therapist applied very rough and vigorous pressure throughout, which was not relaxing. She seemed to lack variety in her technique, using the same three motions repeatedly, leading to soreness rather than relief. When I inquired about booking my husband with a different therapist, I was informed there was only one other therapist available, who works only on weekends. I am concerned he may not enjoy the massage either. I am hoping for a refund or at least a voucher for the Groupon purchase, as I frequently use Groupon for various services. Thank you.

I purchased a travel package from a company for a getaway, but due to the current circumstances with the coronavirus, I am trying to cancel my trip. They are offering a credit instead of a refund, which I find unfair given the situation. The credit has a limited time for use, by the end of the month. I purchased a Groupon deal for two 90-minute horseback rides. The appointment was scheduled for 10 am on Sunday, March 8th, [redacted]. However, when I went to the location a day early, it turned out to be a convenience store, not the horseback riding site. The website listed on the Groupon is also unavailable. When I called the provided number, I was directed to voicemail and asked to leave my information. After receiving a text asking for my details, they claimed they didn't have my name on the list and suggested I pay an additional $20 per person to be added. This seemed suspicious to me, and I believe it's fraudulent. I am deeply disappointed with this experience and request a refund from Groupon. I bought 4 crystal statue figures as gifts for my family. I previously got the same statues from this site without any issues. This time, Groupon did not mention the extra charge for additional people in the picture, which has left me feeling ripped off. I visited Rockin Jump with my family last Saturday and bought a Groupon deal for 4 people for $68. I am requesting a full refund for a Laser Groupon purchased from UniQ Laser Center for $[redacted]. UniQ informed me that they cannot accept a Groupon if one has already been redeemed, even if it was over a year ago. I tried to cancel the order from my account, and it shows "refunded" in customer support. However, the funds have not been credited back to my bank account. I have booked and paid for a 3-night trip to Amsterdam for myself and a friend through your company. However, after paying for it, I contacted the provided number to arrange the holiday. I found out that the amount I paid did not include the discount. The trip being offered departs from Southend at late night, only giving us 2 days in Amsterdam. An alternative flight from Stanstead on August 10th was suggested, but it requires an additional payment of £42 per person. This unexpected cost is making the holiday more expensive than anticipated. I am unsure whether to proceed with the additional payment to the operator and concerned about the safety of doing so. Can I cancel the two holidays I initially booked with your company?

Hello Groupon, I bought Groupon order #[redacted] for Planet Beach Spray & Spa. Despite my attempts to contact the property numerous times, I have received no response. Upon visiting the spa, I discovered it has been closed indefinitely, extending beyond the reopening date they had provided. Since they are unresponsive via email and appear to be unavailable, I kindly request a refund to my original payment method. I booked a carpet cleaning for 11 AM on Saturday, March 7, but the owner arrived at 8:40 AM while I was rushing out for another appointment. He refused to return at 11 and insisted I reschedule for the following week. Despite my absence, he proceeded to clean with someone else in my home, which was very disrespectful. I am requesting a full refund for my purchase of 50 units of Dysport at Downtown City Spa. The voucher number is [redacted]0 from Groupon with the code VS-W7YI-XHW2-K679-GC7V. I tried to schedule an appointment but was informed that they did not have Dysport available, despite advertising it. The technician suggested exchanging it for a lesser amount of Botox, mentioning she couldn't recall the last time she administered Dysport as advertised. I attempted to book a hotel room, but the process seemed to fail. I tried again and ended up with two bookings. Now my card is not working, and I need to find alternative accommodation urgently for my out-of-state trip. I need to cancel the duplicate booking and make sure my card won't be charged in the future for a service that was not fully provided due to the double booking issue.

I attempted to book a hotel room but encountered an issue where the booking did not go through. When I tried again, it ended up showing as two bookings. Unfortunately, the card I used for the bookings got deactivated, leaving me without a room and a working credit card. This situation is troublesome as I am traveling out of state. I had a disappointing experience at the spa recently. They couldn't find my confirmed reservation, even though I had it on Groupon for Valentine's Day. We had to arrange for a sitter and leave work early for our appointment. The staff didn't apologize and could only offer a new slot a month later. The service was rushed to fit in a steam shower, which turned out to be just a regular shower. The technicians were average, and the setup took a while. The supposed 90-minute massage was cut short to only about an hour, with no apologies from the spa staff.

I am disappointed with the service I received at Skinny Spa Sherwood Park. During my appointment, the technician did not handle things properly. After giving it some time, I was still unsatisfied. I contacted the boss to reschedule and booked additional cryo fat freeze sessions but faced more issues. I placed an order # 1[redacted]32-[redacted] for limo service to Dulles airport and back to my residence upon return. Prior to booking an appointment for the pickup time, I was required to purchase the service. Unfortunately, upon attempting to schedule the appointment by contacting the limo service, Transgap Limos, I encountered difficulties. Despite multiple attempts and messages left at the provided telephone number, there was no response. Finally, when I did receive a reply, the service provider was unsure of his availability at our required pickup time. Furthermore, I was asked to pay additional charges for tolls and tips via credit card before confirmation. Due to the uncertainty and lack of commitment from the service, I chose to seek an alternative limo service for our travel to Dulles. I am now seeking a refund for the $[redacted].00 payment made. I am currently trying to cancel a hotel reservation through Groupon, but whenever I try to cancel it on the website, I encounter an API error.
