Hj i have bought * times family tickets for odeon cinema southend and i have tried all the tickets and none of them are working its saying that its invalid or been purchased with compare the market and its not available , or that i have been using the vowcher and i know i didnt then i even tried to put the vowcher codes in lower case but still the same i just need my refund and i need to go cinema with my family as it was a promise and now i have to buy once again the tickets over the counter . I need some answers .
